I Discovered Superior Plumbing Services through yelp. Error code was being given by my Rheem tankless water heater. Customer support wasn't helpful. Will fixed the issue and George the manager was quite pleasant to take care of. Will was favorable, explained everything and worked on the tank so I thought it wasn't fixed after a couple of days error code ceased, and it was giving error code. It has been over a month now. I'd definitely recommend these guys. These guys picks up calls or calls one back.

Called Superior Plumbing for a pipe leak on Friday of Memorial Day weekend. Will was able to diagnose and isolate the problem pipe and he called out a group of specialists to restrain the property harm (emergency restoration services) and implement a resolution (asbestos pipe liner ). Will and the wider team did a wonderful job working to mitigate the effect and have my plumbing back up and running in the shortest time possible.
They sent Will to evaluate of the problem!

Superior Plumbing consented to come out to look at what I believed was a slab leak. The appt was scheduled for Friday day and they would not have the ability to repair it but they would have the ability discuss my options and to recognize the flow. On the day of the appt Jeff known as early to tell me he could be right away if I had been available. Once there he began looking for the leak and eventually determined it was at the wall. They were able to repair it.
The technician Jeff did a great job and was very professional. I would go with Superior Plumbing for almost any plumbing work later on.

The final result (running the line by the gas meter having a"T" by an present line) has been the ideal decision and we are now happily cooking our meals on the new gas stove top. We are very grateful for the chance to work with Will and George -- two personable and professional men.
We wanted to replace our electric stove top with gas and needed help. Superior Plumbing stood out from the others although we called several pipes and obtained quotes for the work. In speaking with George (the owner) on the phone, he asked great questions and freely shared information that helped us understand the intricacies of the project so we knew what options we had. Will was the tech that came into our house and carefully evaluated the project without rushing through or making quick decisions (unlike other people ) so we decided to go ahead with the work.
The first call we create for any future plumbing work in our house will be to Superior Plumbing.

I phoned George on a Saturday to fix the plumbing problem. The builder set up a tub surrounded by a box. There was no door to get the plumbing from any angle and the region close fittings was crowded with framing.
We'd opened up the"box" which means that we had to split the thing open and tear the tile out. Jeff, the plumbing technician, was able to install our Moen fixture operating in very tight quarters inside the box.
Jeff did the work and we have new fixtures. So pleased with this plumber.

We had a leak in our own water spigot in yard and also the shut off valve that was connected to it. Superior managed to give us a quote. The plumber was knowledgeable when replying my questions and came early. He did a perfect job. He had been a friendly, polite and good guy. I urge to neighbors and will call for future job!

This is my first time using Superior Plumbing and could use them again. I called on Friday and clarified the matter with all our kitchen sink. Jamie came came out the following Saturday morning over the agreed time. Our options were explained by him also took care of the issue.
These guys are worth a telephone if you'd like friendly and timely service at a fair price.

There are many qualified plumbers in the area. No reason to work with a company that performs sloppy work and disregards customer services.
P.s. I should have looked closer before falling to the high yelp inspection score. Many are out of reviewers using background /# of reviews. Clear warning signal.
I can let all of the above go, but the last straw was direction chose to handle the problem. The degree of entitlement, arrogance, and disregard from the proprietor George, from the company, was. When the problem was clarified to him , he didn't stop for a minute to show any understanding from the point of view of the customer. His attitude was condescending and defensive from start to end despite me politely explaining the issue to him, interrupted and spoke over me 6 times, and ended the conversation with,"We can not make everyone happy." I guess he's right. He certainly did not make me happy, and I highly recommend my fellow yelpers to think twice before making the exact same mistake I did.
Notice: All these guys will bribe you to eliminate negative reviews. On principle, clients should not be cheated to begin only to be offered reimbursement upon getting reviewed candidly. In the sake of this Yelp community, I chose to post this review to the good of all.
Terrible experience with"exceptional" plumbing. The job was quoted as being quite complex and requiring hours of work, but labor time to completion of job was to replace a drain tube. The invoice? $523. What is worst is that the tech (Jaime) left the water running for 5 minutes to diagnose the problem and in doing this, made the problem worse. Water came out of underneath the cabinet (which he blamed on painters at the home, who never touched the kitchen sink which AM). He did not bother to ask any questions or get clarifications if he did not find a flow and let the water run. Which plumber in his right mind would do anything and watch water run from from underneath cabinets? We have to seek the services of a remediation company to reverse the damage which was caused and possibly switch out a few cabinetry.

I had a lot of questions concerning water softeners versus tank versus tankless water heaters, repiping water conditioners and am about to start a number of renovations for my home. One of Superior's technicians (Jeff Shaw) stopped by and spent about an hourgiving me quite detailed information, based on the house's current system and requirements. He knew I had spoke to a general contractor understood that there may not be much work for them and because there was more than plumbing work. He marked how they need to troubleshoot them as essential and each the trouble spots. He seemed trustworthy and very knowledgable. I am going to straight to Superior if I ever need a plumber!

An Enormous thank you for Jaime in Superior Plumbing. My condominium sprung a leak in the bathroom that went down into my kitchen. Jamie was discharged to my place. He quickly assessed the issue and went to work repairing it all at a reasonable price. Can not recommend enough, give this guy a raise!

I dropped a gas line leak that allowed water to the line and blocked the flow of gas was correctly called by gas distribution to my home and jeff. He helped me effected a fix of my lineup after clearing the water and subsequently get a support to locate the flow.
Really pleased with their service.
This needed 3 visits so I was very pleased to have someone knowledgeable and dependable aid me.

Superior pipes is hands down the plumbing firm I have ever used! George (maybe the operator?) Is always nice answering the phone and he's an abundance of knowledge. We had a leak in our shower drain tube along with the firm I called before Superior said they would need to cut on my slab and the estimate was $2000. Will said he could fix it without cutting my slab and came out and that he did. Saved me tons of money and his work was impeccable. I called again for 2 unrelated pipes issues. Jeff came and the man is a plumbing genius. He troubleshot a water heater and it was quite clear to me that Jeff 100% knows what he's talking about. Just honest no upsells and superior work. Also, did I mention super speedy service? Another plumbing firm won't be used by me. Because men!!

So... My house has been built in the 70's and has had a lot of upgrades through the years. I had a bend pipe which attached the home and the support line. You guessed it and it was always suspect blew at night, fortunately while I had been home. My plumber, Will, came outside and was extremely professional in installing two new quarter flip shutoff valves as well as replacing the lineup. Will kept me also dug out the line and informed about his coming times while I had been absent because of a family crisis. I believed that the pricing was fair for the quantity of work and will urge him to my neighbors that have similar support line. The company response time was also extraordinary based upon my experience.

Whenever you are a single female with no husband or husband, you are scared of getting scammed by anyone which means you tend to put things off and not get them repaired. When a valve issue was leaking on the garage floor and became beyond placing off, I called Superior Plumbing. Jamie rushed outside and was my home within an hour. The problems were repaired and there is no sign of leaking. He explained everything he was doing and gave me options at various price levels. Thank you!
