After obtaining about 1/2 a dozen quotes from plumbers that were several, it took only about 30 minutes to know that Bluefrog will perform the job for me.
They knew what the problem was based on my description and moved to work. They did not try to up sell me and there weren't any sales pitches. They were prompt, reasonably priced and courteous. And they did a wonderful job. Should I find myself in another pipes 14, I will call them again and I recommend them highly to anyone who wants a fantastic plumber. You won't be disappointed.
A true lifesaver. Our Kitchen sink clogged and it was Bluefrog to the rescue. I gave them a telephone based on previously posted reviews and wow, am I glad I did. From the initial phone call through the fix, I am rather happy that I predicted Bluefrog. I felt secure, and the customer service was superb.
Fantastic customer service! Saved me $, too! I could not turn off my Emergency shut off valve. Which is crucial if there's ever a pipe or leak burst. They contacted Irvine Water Switch off the water and to come out. The technician at Bluefrog coordinated everything I did not have to do anything. Charged me to the repair that was lent to me and the technician spent time. Bluefrog Plumbing is strongly recommended by me.
I despise having leaks and my house appears to possess more than it's talk. Usually once I have a plumber come out, they attempt to sell me on things I truly don't need in addition .
