Francisco came out for a backed. He is knowledgeable, very kind, considerate, and does fine work. This one was and he got it done! FRANCISCO IS Superb!I called Tremors when it stated they had been closing in 30 mins and Francisco replied and explained he would be at our home at 30 mins! Having a family of 5, this was a massive burden off our shoulders particularly over a weekend. He was so transparent with what he did and showed us tips about the best way best to keep our issue!

His price was competitive to others but he was responsive and upfront with us then plumbers.
Since the owner of a company, he works difficult to make sure that his client will be happy and the job is done.

At 5:30pm on a Thursday we noticed the water at the shower was starting to back up. We tried to fix it ourselves but by 6:30pm nothing was working. I found another plumbing company that called, and had hundreds of testimonials but didn't get a call . Francisco was then called by me, he said he could be in my home within one hour and picked up instantly. He came in an hour quickly evaluated the circumstance. He managed to clean our sewage line out in less than one hour. He asked if we had some additional plumbing problems we wanted him to look at or ask questions. He spent another 30 minutes answering questions and providing us home improvement advice.
We'll definitely be calling Francisco again, if we need plumbing work.

2. The valve just spun when I went to turn off the water supply to the WH. So I had to turn off the h20 . No biggie. I inquired if he can replace the valve. Totally. Easy. Francisco pointed out that the type broke down the gaps and of valve was installed previously and got us sorted.
Because our water heater made a decision to turn our garage into a swimming 16, I called Francisco. Thank goodness he had been available. He is super easy going. Willing to answer a bunch of my questions that are non-plumber . Genuinely a nice man.
