First off, as others have said, Tim is great and prices are fair.
It was a big thing. Get the flashlight out, the welder out, all of it. Huge production. Tim got to work and dove in. Took, I think, about five hours over two days to get it solved. He did a fantastic job on it and it continues to work good (the job was done last year). The only negative was on the next day, he had been 3-4 hours late. Not really a issue but the delay did not get hauled quickly as it could have. He had been fantastic to work with and did quality work. Will definitely hire him again.

My water heater broke Wednesday night and I called Tim in TRZ Plumbing and he replied right away and said he would bring me a fresh water heater exactly the afternoon. He sent me an update on what time he would arrive and showed up on time with a more efficient and much improved water heater compared to the one I had. Tim clarified some problems going in with my pipe connections and made the corrections so it's much safer. Tim was effective and very nice and I would call him again for plumbing or other services. Also the price was reasonable. I was happy and quite surprised to look after my problem right away. Thank you Tim!! Pacifica California, kathleen D

I can't say enough good things about Tim and the reason you should use TRZ Plumbing. I phoned him because of an issue I had with a water heater leaking and he was available later that day to replace it. His pricing was honest and Yelp reviews were good so why not right? However, the best thing I received was when he showed up and quickly determined that the water heater that had it was my neighbors unit and an issue was tagged incorrect. (I'm a new homeowner in a 2 unit construction ) My neighbor still decided to go with Tim and he also helped me enhance the water pressure in my own kitchen faucet that had a minor issue. Tim is honest, friendly, professional and highly suggest TRZ Plumbing.

We could not be more happy - Tim is a shot, professional, and friendly. All at a very reasonable price. We are happy to have found a plumber near. When time comes for a water heater that is brand new, we know who to phone. Whole heartedly suggested.
We are so glad we chose to contact Tim when we discovered a leak out of our kitchen and bathroom from the outflow drain tube. He explained why swapping out a segment of the pipe would be the right move beyond just clearing the pipe, have a look at the circumstance, and came over. He along with went off for parts his assistant started the work, and came back to finish the work the moment off.

Lifesaver!I departing my honeymoon in 2 days, then the Water Heater decides it's done its duty and expires. We had no hot water. So I started the research on the interwebs at a plumber, I could not leave my housesitter with freezing water. I would ask for the recommendations of family/friend however I was searching after 10pm and I needed a plumber.
Tim got back to me immediately, gave me a quote and came within the time frame that he said he'd.
He didn't upcharge us to the reply or because it was veteran. I was very appreciative. He completed the work, did a fantastic job and was specialist. Tim saved!

Tim worked after hours and through the weekend to get things before we moved in, done for us. He kept down a coats and actually advised us we did not need to do we believed we did to save us money. Class A guy who does quality work.

Our place was developed from the 50s and the pipes was actually out dated. That said a lot of the pipes were older. On a Saturday the basement part only broke when we were operating something. Water splashed everywhere. The only way to prevent that we could not use water in the home and that would be to close off the wove. It was around 5 pm on a Saturday evening. We called attempted to have folks come in give quotes to us, and of course, most of them jack up the price to sky high. What was even more absurd was almost all them doesn't even know what they were doing. I do not even know how to place it, but it had been only my gut feeling that if I were to pay them that price they weren't likely to be able to fix it. And I was right- the thing that they sort of hurried through with us what they will do in order to fix the problem was BS. Look back, they would have the parts and tools prepared.
When more company / people in general do not try to take advantage of individuals when they're in needs how fine the planet will be. Giving real support and work that is decent.
The bill was not of what other company that is helpless - comprise some big names. And that's included if a hints.
What there is is and his technique a live explorer Tim topnotch! Call him to your plumbing / electrical. You'll be in good hands, trust me if he's available to serve you!
Back to more details of just how good Tim is. After calling and making appointments with several different vendors we offered service around that hours, to to Tim's TRZ company around 7 pm and could find. He arrived our place very quickly and picked up the phone. To be honest, we were so desperate at the point that we'd pay anything to find this plumbing problem fixed so we could go on for our weekend. When we told him what we were quoted , he laughed and explained those were mad quotes and told us not to worry. That alone made me feel better, I did not know what to expect yet at the point but I had been willing to take the opportunity since he showed up and attracted good vibe: he had been well prepared that his tool box full of various sorts of components and in well organized manner! He definitely knows what he's doing, with in no time he fixed our plumbing issue. He had been so kind that there was only part he did not have ( as mentioned our place is old) he drove out to pick up the component just like that- not even request extra or anything.

I have have never obstructed a drain at 9pm and on a Saturday night in my entire life I phoned every emergency plumbing company possible. All agency's quoted me over and $350 including $150 surcharge to consider the problem. Because I was strapped on cash I was very frustrated. I called Tim at TRZ which gave me a quote on $250's phone. He fixed the problem in about an hour because it was obstructed so poor and got to my residence! This guy not only gave me a quote I only had $300 on me which I told him on the phone although I never write reviews. I wish I was able to tip the guy more for canceling his plans because he deserved more than $300. I recommend professionalism, his honesty and knowledge places him over all.

Weappreciated the work he did, but sadly after no shows and two weeks of texting and no commitments and've used Tim in the past. We were made to go with a different plumber. Too bad.

He is a pro, knows his business, and explains everything. Fantastic work and a man!
Tim is highly recommended by me. He has been used by us for several issues. Starting with correcting a terrible dishwasher installation by other plumbing scenarios that are more involved, along with Home Depot.

Tim gave competitive and quick estimates to fix or replace the device. He explained the options in detail to our landlord who resides , but in addition to me personally, and I presumed I would have to wait till Monday for its replacement work if she decided to replace the device. Tim took the time Saturday afternoon to buy a new unit, replace it, and remove the device!!! I had a hot shower before I went to meet friends for dinner:)
Our water heater died on Friday at some point... we learned of it is passing on Saturday morning. Tim is called to by an early afternoon weekend and he was able to fit us that exact same afternoon.

If you are concerned about long processes of getting quotations, or whether you're nervous about talking to people that speak with jargon which makes you feel like an idiot, then fret not- Tim will tell it to you in pain English, as-it-is, and perhaps throw in a few jokes on the way. He's super easy to talk to.

I had some plumbing redone at my house to match a brand new laundry machine. As a jack of all trades, he was able hook up a gas line to the drier in addition to to help change! Speak about piece of mind.
Not just that, Tim was able to look at the sink that fixed it, also has been making odd noises on-the-fly. When something comes up later on I will certainly call again.

Tim was quite fast to come to my house's saving and very fast to answer his phone. It was midnight and still had a grin on his head. If it were me, I wouldn't have the exact same expression.

Tim is great to work with (but may be somewhat hard to get a hold of sometimes, probably because he is in fact ). But, once I got a hold of him, he came out quickly and did a fantastic job. He ended up needing to do work but he did not charge any extra. I offered to pay him and he refused - said he would stick with his initial estimates. His prices are very reasonable and he is very fair and easy to work with. We are grateful that we found someone near by to count on.

I noticed that there was a watermark under where he had worked on the wall. The wall started up and it had been soaked. It was a scene that is bad. I told him I needed this repaired and called him back. He agreed to show up 45 minutes later.
After an awful beyond awful contractor do a bit seriously shoddy work, which comprised wet pub stub-outs, I hired TRZ to eliminate the stub-outs (a few months following the contractor) and set up angle stops (valves) so as to proceed with installing the wet bar. One angle stop was leaking. I called him and he showed up immediately to fix it.
Great customer support.
While I waited, I opened up more of the wall to expose the pipe that resulted in the angle stop. Then I realized the leak was not my shoddy contractor, although out of his job. When he showed up, he agreed and proceeded to cut the pipe and update the contractor's work--properly this time.
He insisted on NOT charging me for mending the awful beyond the mess of contractor.

I had a leak from my own water heater and we were quick to call for estimates, Tim was not the only one using a quick reply with a quote over the phone following pictures were sent with the issue. In addition, he came out first thing early morning and changed out my own water heater with brand new fittings, pipes, easy shut-off gas valve (because the preceding has been unreachable), etc.. VERY considerate and Will DEFINITELY call Tim for needs!!!

TRZ is that you want to call! We had a significant leak at our rental component which could require cutting into the ceiling. Tim not only cared for the leak, he cleaned up a mold problem, mended the ceiling and repainted. He does it all! Highly recommended!

Tim was quick, courteous and very really excellent. Made our plumbing issue almost seem fun! Lo-stress and efficiency is exactly what you want in these scenarios, and Tim provided all that and more!
