Who telephoned me ON HIS DAY OFF!?! Tyler... he apologized for the older unit's collapse, said he'd done what he would, etc.. However, I believed he'd done a fantastic job. It wasn't his fault. It was ours. We chose the option which was to fix our unit. That's about us, not GSPInc or Tyler. We agreed to replace the device.
"EEK! Expensive! Is our unit really a terminal instance? Can not you futz around with it a bit? Help us get the following few years out of it?" Tyler was not confident, but consented. He did some fidgeting & some cleaning & some other stuffs I didn't understand & Lo! The device functioned. All was well. We were joyful. Tyler was not positive, but he felt convinced he'd coerced out of our unit.
We had a Takagi water heater that stop working. Bummer! No water. We known as George Salet Plumbing, Inc... they dispatched Tyler to come our unit.
He got our Takagi working in a jiffy, but he wasn't optimistic about its long-term operation. Turns out you need to perform routine maintenance to those sorta water heaters. We'd not. Not once. Not ever. That'd generated a whole group of issues which Tyler explained. His suggestion was to replace the device.
Tyler arrived the following week & replaced old Takagi with a new sleeker, sexier Takagi that runs more efficiently, etc.. While we do our laundry, super stoked to be able to take showers & wash dishes . And we're super-super stoked with George Salet Plumbing, Inc & will make certain to do routine maintenance on our Takagi... & when we do, we're gonna make certain to ask for Tyler.
Before our unit collapsed 9, it was 48hours. I called GSPInc & asked for Tyler. He was away for another few days & wouldn't be back in until the following week. Gah! No water for the weekend!?! We shoulda listened to him. We shoulda replaced the device. Bummer! But we got on Tyler's schedule.

The BEST! On a Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend, after wasting 2 hours awaiting Ace pipes to show up (they did, nor did they predict ), I had been desperate to have our bathroom repaired prior to the weekend. I called George Salet Plumbing, they took care of what and came out over 90 minutes.
Fernando was friendly, professional, capable, quick and neat. He secure our bathroom floor and placed on shoe protectors. He explained the issue, told me the cost of the replacement component, and really had the role in his truck --a real time-saver!
