My brother's place in"The City" needed a sewer line repair work done beyond the home. Honcho Jack came out with team and completed the job. Drain connection was root bound, so the whole section had to be substituted. Crew had the next day, it covered up with dirt, replaced, dug out and simmer to the concrete work. Finished off the concrete work in 3 hours (2 flags).Sean(the proprietor ) has a team!!! . San Francisco Plumbing Co. (Valley Rd.. Brisbane, Ca.) Excellent work!!

I've done business with SF Pipes for the previous 15 decades. To a full building re-piping wash from a water heater installation from a drain, they have been nothing but courteous and professional. Sean and his crew have always been fair and prompt .

Very professional and honest. Help fix and fix leaks on some fittings that are European that are tough. Very responsive and speedy support.

After a effort did not work, I had made the error of using a chemical drain cleaner in my shower with poisonous and inferior results;-RRB- - .
Sean snaked the drain right away and even replaced two washers onto my sink... once I had already paid!

1st service: Changing a water heater at a rental home. All work has been completed within 24 hours (with licenses that they got per my request), without any difficulties. A couple weeks afterwards, the natives complained of the smell of gas. I'd SF Plumbing operate on the preceding work done and come out to look at out the links. In the end, it had been coming from a gas connection in another location. They fixed that (probably just needed tightening) with no charge.
2nd support: Changing a pipe and and leaking into the garage. Due to the location of the pipe, they had to come out several times to find out a solution. They didn't recommend changing it, although the slop sink did not have a suitable p-trap drain. They ended up replacing the pipe and no complications have appeared up to now.

SF Plumbing've be used a few times by me.
4th support: Fixing a sink within my downstairs in-law unit. We believed it was the pipe under the sink which leaked. It turned out that basket strainer was loose. Plumber arrived a little late...(maybe 15 minutes) and replaced the part. I believe he was there an hour or an hour and a half. No problems or problems with leaking since that. Price was reasonable. Plumber was educated and friendly.

Next support to be done (no appointment nonetheless ): Clogged bathroom sink, fix/replace sink drain which is now loose, fix/replace faucet handle. My husband generally snakes of the lines once every year or two. In this case, he got to the point and has tried to wash it out. He also tried to resolve the hot water handle but was not able to eliminate.

3rd support: Fixing a bathroom in property. This forecast took all day considerably longer than expected. Bill was approximately $350.00. The guy had been really nice. He said if he had known how difficult it was going to be because it would have been more economical, he'd have just changed the toilet.

I have used this Plumbing business. I've been pleased. No regrets and no issues. What impressed me most was seeing DJ analyzed and tested then re-tested the setup to be certain that there were leaks or not any problems.
I highly recommend this firm for pleasant staff , fair rates and service. Thank you and keep the fantastic work up.
I am sure my jobs were considered small compared to other jobs that they do but no way did they make me feel like that.

San Francisco Plumbing is excellent!! Since mine was almost 20 years old I had a fresh water heater. I checked prices in the few places and SF Plumbing has been the very reasonable (by several hundred dollars) for the identical heater and setup cost. I made an early morning appointment and they arrived on time. Installing the water heater took them a couple of hours since it was a tricky area to install everything, but they were professional and very pleasant and friendly. They explained what they were doing and also advised me about other issues. I trust their advice, found them to be very favorable (I met three individuals, DJ, and also others but forgot their own names, but all were good ), and will use them in the future for any plumbing related needs.

They came out for a crisis now. They helped to match me on a situation, friendly and were fast to react. He mended plumbing that was adjusted and the leak to prevent issues.

I went to give up because another week went by without a telephone or estimate in the email but I decided to give them one more chance and called yesterday morning. I talked with somebody who took my name and mobile phone number and said they would call return.
I guessed they were busy as one of the brothers was on vacation, and so I waited until that Friday (8/16) to telephone. When I phoned at 4:45 pmI got and asked them to call me with the estimate.
Since I haven't had the chance to get them do some work, my review is not for their plumbing service. My review will be on the absence of customer service.
As of this writing of the review, I do not have the estimate. I feel I have been patient but this is absurd. The other plumbing firm who'll be out on Friday to get an estimate was contacted by me.
For an estimate. About 9:00 that Monday, I got a called from their office indicating they couldn't find the road name. Once I set up the appointment, considering that the road name was spelled a few times by me, I found that odd. Anyhow, I spelled the road name and was told someone would be. I got a second call saying the individual was in their way but needed to stop by another website to fall off some equipment. At 9:30they finally came and 15 to 20 minutes after of what needed to be done the inspection was finished. I was told I'd have the estimate later that day (it was a Monday). No one called with the estimate.

These guys are great .We utilize them in our comercial building and they always get the work done.Sean's got a great crew. Thank you Vic

We highly suggest SF Plumbing. We have had plenty of work done by them previously, full bathroom downstairs in our home in the Sunset, replacing, installing sprinkler in front and back of the home etc.. Most recently, a brand new sewer line. They never had to even come in the home or interrupt our water for more then an hour and did it in record time.

Obviously everything is warranted. Oh, I almost forgot, they even do emergency work. Our previous water heater in our basement busted.I named Sean and he phoned me back to a Saturday head you. Replaced it with brand new one. Very affordable prices, too.

San Francisco Plumbing has done plenty of repair jobs in my place. This last one was the biggest. The drainage below the home was not done correctly by original plumber (not SF Plumbing) and I'd moist in my basement walls and moist carpeting - quite fearful what could occur with a significant rain. Clay brought to dig out a trench, install drainage and catchment basin/sump pump. All done and washed up beautifully. They vacuumed my carpet! Sean and clay can handle any plumbing problem and make it.

If I ever have any water issue I know precisely who to call (an hour prior to the issue. .) .
I just moved into a newly renovated co-op, and wished to see if I could install a washer/dryer from the closet behind the toilet (the previous owner said they couldn't have the H.O.A to re - once I spoke to the H.O.A, they told me if I can get all of the license/permit, I really could do it).
10:35 - Still no sign. I called again, this time to cancel, but she put me on hold so she could call the man. She said he had parked and just looking for my device...
10:15 - No sign of him. I called to see what went on, and the dispatcher was very apologetic and said he should be here any minute. So I waited a bit longer I chose to believe her.
He said in detail exactly what would want to happen if I needed the installation and for it to pass town code to me. The previous owner should have pushed the H.O.A, because they had all of the walls opened and knew exactly where everything was.
They were scheduled to be in my place involving 9-9:30, however I received a telephone saying the traffic was so bad it will most likely be around 9:30-10. Historical enough note - good service, I believed...
I respect his honesty how he didn't try to benefit from the situation and go forth.
10:45 - He was finally here.
Why am I giving him 4 stars? Because he had been awesome once he came. He examined the toilet and the closet and told me it is going to be a big, major job ($15,000). I told him that man had told me it will be around $ 1,500, and I actually had another plumber have a look through the walk-through.

SF Plumbing sink for us and hooked a fresh bathroom faucet. The task was fairly simple, although the plumber was proficient. My complaints would be that before I had to leave to make another appointment, he showed up an hour and a quarter and therefore couldn't complete. This meant he had to make a trip. In addition he billed nearly $400 for this job, which appeared really excessive.

Thanks for Sean & team for the superb support and timely response. Myn'bor who has used them advocated san Francisco Pipes. We had an emergency drain dilemma for our 3 unit condo building. Sean instantly arrived to review the issue and sent a team the morning after. So grateful. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend their services.

I'm sorry SF Plumbing for taking so long to write this review. We have been using SF Plumbing for the past 12 decades. Everything has been done by these men in our location aluminum pipes that were new, renovations just installed our new tankless and we LOVE it! They replaced our old clay sewer pipes and contacted PG&E when PG&E broke a pipe and the city. This team goes way beyond and above what anyone would expect from any contractor. We also love they're a company that is family owned. They saved us don't put 10 lbs of carrot peels. 2 phrases THE BEST!
