Saved the afternoon... we needed someone to enter and problem solve 2 toilets with issues (leaking rather than working) in a pop up event we were working on. He was able to come - had the components to fix it - problem solved in less than a hour. And cheap - assisted us with leaky sinks too. .
horrible. Spent thousands of dollars on services. When my water heater that they installed less than two years ago it had a ignition kit that they had to pick up from the distrubitor that they bought the water heater from. I cant do it its free - warranty item. Said they won't take action. Ok ? But kept wanting to waste my time telling me to call the gas company to come light the pilot. Thats not the issue. Frustrating they're not cheap, do an okay job, but don't back any of their job . run dont walk
We used him on a few houses and it sounded fine. His bedside manner
leaves a lot to be desired but he has done decent job .
He needs a lot of money to disconnect an waterheater
and reconnect a brand new one that is standing next to it and light it,
no parts, no taking away anything just a simple switchover max 30
minutes worth of easy work. He seems to be angry at the entire world and
that's to bad. We wish him the very best. There are a lot of plumbers out there. ( The gas company will do it for him )
It seems workmen/ are great for a while and then they believe that you owe
them and wish to hose you down. We found him on Yelp here and previously he had been great.
He's been to my place now and I will certainly call on him. The very first time did it for 1/4 of the estimate and he fixed the job. Last time he came on a Sunday and diagnosed & fixed the problem immediately. I had a leak below my condo unit that had been an ongoing problem. Other plumbers told me that the thing required to be replaced and quoted me several thousand dollars to complete the job. Avi arrived and recognized it was a crack in the shower that was causing the leak and fixed it. I was happy I gave him a tip. He called me after to tell me that he believed that I chose and overpaid him! He's the best.

I had a crisis as our pipes are somehow connected where my bathroom sink was backing up with my upstairs neighbor's water. I realized that I needed assistance after frantically trying to get the water cleared myself.
Avi literally arrived about 20 minutes after we spoke and was in West Hollywood area. He had been individual in railroad in my garage (which can be tight and there was no street parking). He joked his point turn to get into my spot would take longer than it will for him to clear HE WAS RIGHT AND the drain!
Since I had been paying myself out of pocket rather than my landlord (I dislike the plumber my landlord uses so I always just pay for my own) he gave me a discount which was very nice and not vital. He actually cares about his customers I can tell from that 1 experience.

I live in a condominium building with crap plumbing. We arrived home to our sinks full of black stinky water. And here's what's odd -- we don't cook thus there is no food build-up in our disposal - we don't even utilize the disposal.

Avi was great! He arrived on Monday and had a new garbage disposal, day, I called Avi on Sunday and I had a clogged toilet sink and quickly repaired my sink.
