Strong company!
Really thankful for its professionalism and quick work at this corporation!
They cleaned up and removed the clog they were called in for in a quick efficient way, took photo proof and indicated what to do with the repair on that!
They were able to come out on short notice and the guys who came out managed to instantly spot a problem (caused by a previous company that only did repairs a couple weeks back )

He did not identify himself and assumed I should know what is going on, who he is, and let him in as if this was his house!
He got the job done but possibly just a little training.
Maybe the guy was having a bad day, active day I really don't know!!! BUT that does not mean customer service or that his communication abilities ought to be horrible!
I visited my parents and they advised me they had been awaiting a plumber that has been scheduled 1-5, it was 6 when he showed up.

I called Royale Plumbing if our dishwasher was not completely draining after a cycle. Tanya managed to schedule an appointment and handled all of the paperwork directly. Luis arrived on time, quickly found the issue (a clogged drain hose) and mended it. In a ideal world, everything goes this easily! Thanks Royale.

Enjoy they exist! Saved my sewer issues, including on an actual holiday! Yikes! Professional.

Royale rocks! Monique took such good care of us, the exact same day getting a plumber out we predicted. She followed up with a fairly priced quotation and the job was complete on the subsequent day. Installation of the new bathroom was quick and seamless and the installers were both professional and courteous. Would definitely suggest Royale to anyone I know who needs a great plumber (and that does not occasionally?) .

This is an update from my previous post regarding my experience with Royale Plumbing.
Now a Rinnai plumber came and the issue was fixed of the unit being looked in by him, within 60 seconds. It didn't take new components or distinctive diagnosing equipment... nor did it need replacing the entire unit! Rather, he cared the issue be resolved efficiently and quickly and had integrity because of his work. What Royale Plumbing does is the exact opposite... they did NOT suitably diagnose the extremely simple issue and instead tried to upsell me 2000 worth of work! Royale Plumbing is unprofessional and it was not only frustrating working with this particular business, it was pointless and upsetting.

Fantastic experience! They showed up when I had been away and took care of the problem.I have a pet in the home that was fine and seemed unbothered by the service occurring. They post charged me quite readily and also did a follow up call to see how it went. I'll be back.

Might request him to babysit since my 2 year-old daughter just loves him and also go back to Leon.

Handled of the repairs to our place, dealt with all the owners above us, kept my loved ones and is an all around great human.
Leon was an absolute lifesaver. We had a horrific plumbing accident occur in the condo above ours that led in ours flooding. Until I left the country for per 11, happened the afternoon.

They know their stuff.
So they can advice you with a personal 16, they remember your property and their jobs.

The support is the best! They're effective and that I really like a company that will clarify in"woman" without making me feel as if it's beneath them. In addition, I like a company that will provide me a cost upfront - seriously - if you have been doing something long enough, you should be able to provide me an idea about what kind of pricing I am facing - even if you estimate high then surprise me with charging me less than you anticipated - I will be your customer for life.

This company is on the top with their professionalism, experience and client service. They operate clean and my tenants love the friendliness and attentiveness to the needs of their customer. Most of all, their pricing is reasonable and recommend ways to save money on a repair with a preventative measure. Also the office team is responsive and wonderful. "Two thumbs up!"

I have a faucet that leaks as it did before, and I will have to spend money for another company to come fix it.

Save your money and time and don't use this organization.
I tried fixing the restroom sink myself but wasn't able to do so. Called and explained what had happened. Someone came and ended up fixing the part that was not broken to start with. In addition, he didn't have the part that had to be fixed with him. He left and said it leaks but someone would phone me. She did phone, charged me nearly $200 and explained it'd be another $100+ to repair the other area (the only area that needed repair to Start with)

Love Royale Plumbing. Have used their solutions on three properties and in my home. Their team is respectful, kind and knowledgeable and they do quality work. They've helped me resolve water issues and after hours emergencies. I cannot recommend them enough.

They were effective and completely amazing throughout a last minute call for a pipe. They prioritized the emergency and rearranged their day, and let me know what was happening each step of the way. Everybody from the plumber to the telephone staff were friendly. They communicated with one another, so that the plumber did not make any changes without the telephone staff allowing me know just what everything would price. A fantastic experience.

We've used Royale Plumbing twice and only have very positive experiences. They (Monique)answer the telephone promptly and with fantastic courtesy. They show up on time and the estimates are reasonable,the team is knowledgeable and very considerate.

When my shower faucet turned into a gushing geyser in 2AM, we called every"24 Hour Emergency" Plumber in the region and Royale Plumbing was the only one to answer! Monique was understanding and very helpful. I couldn't be more happy with the service and the cost was very reasonable! Don't squander your time, Royale Plumbing should be the place you call when you have any plumbing requirements.

The plumber, humberto, and his team were friendly and nice and did a good job.
Monique, who I spoke on the phone after among the parts of our own water system broke (due to over tightening by the plumber) was quite rude. She raised her voice was arrogant and threatened to have the men working in our depart since they were taking. Clients should always be treated unlike Monique who started raising her voice and telling me that they have 30 decades of plumbing experience, obviously she doesn't have an experience talking to human beings and being polite just like a good individual.

Update to response. And poor rating was given due to attitude.
This place is overpriced and impolite.
If she had been just polite using a price adjustment, I'd have given them a fantastic rating. . .too bad.
Had there come a plumber in to fix a leaky faucet in the purchase price of 150. First off, it is a rip-off but it had been a weekend and an emergency. I also asked them to install a faucet once I gave them the parts, which they charged an extra $50. Without telling us after they were done, they charged an additional $40 due to a faulty supply line. You've got to tell us you are installing an extra component and for what price. (Btw, the supply line was worth approximately $5...)
Tried with a lady named on the phone due to the price, and she had been RUDE. When my roommate was being polite, she pretty much yelled at us on the phone.
Note: she commenting on most of the negative comments on yelp. Don't be deceived by her reasoning in typed words. .
