Very timely and professional. I had a few follow -up problems and questions and he came back the following evening. Knowledgeable and Acceptable pricing, I will definitely use them again.

This is the very best plumber in the region. And we've used a bunch of them. Service by surgeons that are aware of what they are doing. And they fix your problem but they get it done the way making sure all fixes are performed to code. Prices are fair. A & R has become are go to surgeons.

The woman who picked up was super courteous and helped instruct me on the process. She explained how if you want the water to go into city storm drains, then you have to experience the city. She explained how it shouldn't go through the sewer lines.
I called them to receive a quote on using a sump pump installed beneath my home to look after some pooled-up water from the rain.
Because she helped me by educating me I'm still searching, but needed to leave a review.

George was exceptional and arrived at our home. He's knowledgeable, kind and professional. I feel well cared for and that I k ow George is currently fixing my home just like its his own. Thank you!

Our guy was ok except he struck our kitchen faucet tried to make it look like it was broken trust me there is not any way we wouldnt have discovered before he worked on it, if it had been broken. Disappointing that he liked. Likely won't use them .

I'd like to upgrade my review. Today Shannon called and is willing to charge for the part which was utilized. I truly appreciate that she called me! Thanks and like I said earlier the tech and telephone staff were fantastic. I'd use them again!

Very friendly, prompt and professional service. I like the fact that they were fine enough to call that the plumber was on the road. Joe Diaz showed up, assessed the problem and told what he will be doing. He took less than 80 minutes to solve a shower pipe position. He talked with me and was very considerate. . .not down to me. The cost was quite reasonable.
I'd definitely use them again.

A&R Plumbing has been twice in 1 employed by us and had an extremely positive experience both times. We were fortunate to be assigned a plumber named Mario Garcia. He was able to locate a water flow in the dark, wet (and chilling ) crawl space under our house and immediately replaced the corroded pipe. He then came back since the old once was ruined when the above water flow should have shorted from the socket to install a dishwasher. IN both instances he was friendly, professional and efficient. Also, the plumbing business managed to adapt out requests for appointments in a way that is timely.

Good response time were really helpful with our broken pipe. Price was not cheap but fair.

Wow... I finally found an wonderful plumbing business in Monterey. They always answer the phone straight away and they come out swiftly. I came home to get a laundry and garage sunday. They were here within an hour and charged a price that is very fair. Technicians were very professional and concerned with no uncharging to fix the problem straight away.

I've been using A&R Plumbing for the last few years. They're knowledgeable and reliable. Additionally they try their very best to create it out. That are wonderful!

We had a backed up sink. Mario came on time, was awesome and fixed our problem and without an upsale. A&R has not been used by us before but they're now our move to plumbers!

That the taps were had by us to our washing machine. A neighbor urged A&R. We had been called back straight off and they had me send a photo to a mobile phone, so that they could tell what was included. That day, the support was scheduled by them. They called to tell us the arrival time and they had been inside the two hour window that was quoted. Joe was excellent and did the work. Very friendly and friendly. The price was quite reasonable. We will use A&R from now on.

Had an plumbing dilemma over a Sunday. Mario came in such a timely fashion and arrived at the beginning of the two hour window that was awarded - amazing! He was courteous, professional, and seasoned. Will go through this company again!

My family has done a great deal of business with R and A over the years. I had them do a little work on my place and felt the price is fair I requested them to do some very simple replacement of drier ducting and they told me they don't do that. Why are they known as heating and plumbing repair if they don't do things such as ducting? I know that they had to do because they substituted the ducting on my drier on my house in Marina 6 1/2 decades 27, ducting.
I called to determine if they could fix a bathroom and would not be in a position to be fit in for nearly a week.
Update!! The water heater that they installed at my house does not have the proper trap. I'm preparing to sell and because this is a fire danger I must fix it!! Thanks for doing this correctly and NOT charging lots.
Not certain if they have gotten too big for their britches or what I am going to seek another plumber for my requirements out.

Love love love this provider! I work down the street clean up company and these are our go-to people! The office staff is courteous and always friendly and man oh man the technicians & technicians themselves are so kind and knowledgeable. We have not hesitated to call them and their response time is quick! Their rates are fair and they've been voted for a few years in Monterey county! Enjoy them!!!

Because her regular plumber was outside of town my Grandma got a referral from her neighbor. She called for a crisis the next day, and they came out, the plumber showed up and he was nice and helpful that is the sole reason we are giving a 2 star. Well the billing lady Monica called and asked for a payment, my Grandmother is blind and asked when they can leave the bill and that I will call it in for her or send a check, Monica did not wish to hear and was pretty horrible to her on the phone. I will not be using them , I understand needing to be paid on the spot but to frighten a blind old woman having a crisis and not leaving a bill is unacceptable, it's not like she had been late on a payment or something, won't be using them .

Now, I phoned A&R to get a leak under my kitchen sink at 10am. I was surprised they could schedule my repair inside a couple of hours of my phone. He had and the repair was done quickly. I have used this company before and I think they are the finest on the Peninsula. Professional workmanship, considerate and friendly in person and on the telephone. Plus reasonable pricing.

We had three separate issues with her Plumbing. Mario Garcia troubleshot all three issues. He was efficient and fast. He went beyond and above. He explained us the process. I was rather impressed with his job. I would happily call A&R Plumbing.
