Update: They came out the day as promised, after I predicted. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Fixed the copper pipe that was broken and made me aware of another problem with my tankless water heater that I will need to take care of. The charge for their time appeared reasonable.
I've utilized Benson Plumbing since 1994 and have never been disappointed. Dave and Bernardo are all guys that are fantastic and they're super reasonable. They perform quality work and also show up on time. I've used them for toilet repair, taps, sinks, hot water dispensers, water filters, garbage disposals, shower heads and drain cleaning. They have access to hard-to-find parts.
I had a gas leak from a very corroded pipe within my gas meter vault. I contacted David out of Benson plumbing, and not only was he instantaneous and accommodating, he and Bernardo made me feel like I had known them for ages! They immediately become your" go to guys" by simply their own work ethic and demeanor. My leak was quickly fixed, my gas was turned back on, and I was charged a price! Could not be more happy. Had the pumps which moved everything up to street level in our house in Laguna Beach along with a cluttered problem with a sewer storage tank. These men gave us a competitive quote price wise but with better gear. The whole job was done on schedule.
