Great experience with Alan Frank since they responded to replace a faucet. The technician was very friendly and educated (also pet friendly) and managed to perform the swap out at less than 1 hour. He came within the two hour window phoning and making sure we were aware of his birth. He was quite polite and stuck to the reasonable quoted amount... No Surprises!
I got a exact same day appointment and had a leak. Nobody showed up, no one known to reschedule. I called the office a few times to see whether they only ran . Nobody picked up. A message was left by me about 30 minutes before 6 pm and no one called me back . I've wasted waiting to get my escape as well as a no show persists.
TLDR: Don't waste your time for this corporation. Very unreliable.
Allan was amazing. I had a gas leak behind my furnace the gas company couldn't fix, so until it had been resolved they needed to close down my petrol. I scrambled to find someone to repair the leak and known as multiple companies. Fortunately, Allan was able to squeeze me in to his busy schedule at precisely the exact same afternoon to help fix the leak. He was also very honest and allow me to tighten the leak without having to transfer the furnace (which some companies suggested they had to perform ). After fixing the leak, he gave me advice on how I can put in a descaler to prolong the life span of my water heater. He came back to add the descaler and gave me a price. For whatever heating/plumbing services I want I will definitely seek Allan. He is honest, effective, and fast!

Their work is outstanding and I can always rely on his understanding and skills needed to complete the jobs that are most troublesome. Therefore there are always plumbing problems, my home was built in 1941. Allan and his team worked long hours had the gas problem. So as to finish the job allan Frank is unique because of his immense experience and willingness to work. Allan generally has all the elements in his van. Allan maintains excellent communication . He comes with a grin and is always punctual.

After spending thousands of dollars for this company they came late, stopped showing up, and flaked about the work. Installed a AC unit that is dreadful, would never respond to support calls. I ended up replacing the unit. Referred him to a different client and he flaked on these. I really don't understand what happened to him but he is very unreliable. I'm very sad since I used them a lot in the past things turned out badly. I could offer.
Had Allan Frank pipes unclog a few drains and come out. Took care of the clogged drains and was quite professional. I'd call them any moment.

We used his crew to re-pipe our house and Allan & they! They showed up exactly when they so were exceptionally detailed and worked , and said - and Hector kept me calm although the procedure. We got water and 4pm completed all. If you want a Re-pipe telephone Allan! Our water pressure is excellent now!! Then we had 2 weeks later after we had completed a bathroom remodel to do the things that are past - set the bathroom, hook sink up and replace an old tub drain. He worked efficiently and was calm, got it all completed fast, and our toilet that was new was ready to use.
OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!Allan was quite professional and showed up right on time. We had been using a gas flow coming out of our flooring furnace and he knew how to fix it. Other firms were telling us that our heater quoted rates and had a rebuild. Allan was HONEST and told us it was readily repairable on site. The problem was fixed and it's now working. THANK YOU!
