Review from Marti's Plumbing for Mike. Mike did a great job with a kitchen sink repair. He is very a knowledgeable professional, we will ask for him next time we need plumber.

Not impressed. $330 to tighten a faucet and turn the hot water heater. This also included time to purge. But the shower analysis was inconclusive; it ended with a guarantee. It's been a week, and we haven't received the quote to fix the shower. At $165/hour, I'd expect professionalism and more efficiency.

D) In absolutely NO WAY was I lewd over the telephone. It is disgusting by placing their child in the forefront of a false charge linked to sex anybody would attempt to make that claim. IMHO it is ill.

IMHO -- the primary responder asked for help because was in transition and they dropped historical records of customer jobs. . .ergo, she couldn't tell me if was the tech that set up the disposal without connecting the exhaust.
At zero TIME did I speak about cash, payment, and I certainly never waived a handful of cash, nor did I"mistreat a teenage girl". Is past me, why someone would use their minor child in a skirmish.
I am not ranting about the"little kid" who YOU put into a position to take care of clients.

Note first is that Victor doesn't refute my claim that previously his firm failed to connect the exhaust of the garbage disposal they set up.
In fact, my statement is crystal clear she had been doing through the procedure.

THE experience with plumbing services. Reasonable cost, fast work replacing two water heaters. Many thanks to David and Daniel!

Erica is great - we needed 2 bath vanity faucet places replaced plus a kitchen faucet, as well as three water shut-off valves installed. She was right on time, worked quickly and efficiently, came ready with all of the equipment and piping wanted, was clean and careful start to finish. A glitch was we found that the next day; she came out, spent a long time making sure that it was solved, gave guidance on another - and didn't charge anything for of the time she placed in!
She was very professional, very pleasant, if we have some issues and we will call her. AND, pricing that is aggressive. Great all around.

Utilizing Martin's plumbing for a fix of underground water flow. Ed and Patrick fixed it. Really job!

Finest service! We've used martis prior to this time and they've ALWAYS been fair and extremely helpful! They have always found the time to squeeze in service we've needed although they were fully booked for the afternoon. Certainly the very best company to call for pipes services!

ERICA is great and comprehensive professional, NO COMPLAIN person, maybe not afraid/worried of getting her hands dirty. She did the work of cleaning the clog herself and lifting heavy equipments handedly. I was so amazed to see these being done by that her. She billed very decent sum .
Marti's plumbing was predicted by us on a Monday morning and they scheduled a plumber to visit with our house that had clogged sink. Our kitchen sink gets clogged once in every 6 months. Our kitchen sink can be found on the first floor above the garage and it's not simple to snake it. We used professional services of 3 different plumber-handymen in the past. Everyone of these complained about our kitchen place and they didn't tackle the origin of the matter. The work they did would maintain the water flowing for 3 or 4 weeks and the problem will appear.
ERICA that the best plumber we had snaked the drainage from wasn't fixed. She decided to open the clean out. The previous plumbers we used strove to find out the clean and none were so successful to find out the clean in our town house. Erica found the clean out but it also opened and cleaned the gunk and iron rust that's been becoming accumulated there for years.

Called Marti's to estimate obtaining my home sewer line replaced. They quoted a reasonable price, they communicated to me and answered my own worries as quickly as they could have (thanks, Tiffany) and so were fast to program. I wouldn't hesitate to call them .

I would like to thank Tiffany for scheduling a plumber on a day, and also helping me along with my plumbing problem. Also I would like to thank Mark the plumber who came to my house to correct. Marti's pipes went over and beyond my expectations. Whenever I have Plumbing problems, I'll use them.

Messaged and known as Marti's around 10am and had an wonderful technician at my house by 1:45pm. No additional"same day" charge. ERICA is strongly recommended by me. She cried well, was specialist, gave me her candid assessment and promptly fixed my elderly mother's water flow (old house, old pipes ). Next time I have a plumbing issue in my Los Altos house, or my mother's, Marti's is becoming our business.

I had a disaster on my hands once I do the laundry and of my toilets backed up and overflowed. It was certainly the most disgusting thing I have ever seen. I called Marti's Plumbing because of the reviews here. Erica showed up throughout the appointment window and instantly got to work. The problem was a main line, and it was causing the toilets to float since when the washing machine emptied the water had nowhere to go. Erica got everything solved in under 2 hours and explained me personally the problem. I found Erica to be professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. I Will Certainly use Marti's Plumbing again if the need ever arises

I have way overcharged. The plumber spent 45 minutes to install and then billed me $500. He knocked off $70 to $430, when I complained. . .and it is currently leaking under my sink. Never will use these .

I've had a bad experience with this store. I contacted them to substitute cartridge. I bought the part and kept ready since It's only accessible speciality pipes store (Hansgrohe)
Steve and another guy came, quoted $145 to do the job and I gave them a go. They eliminated the cartridge but came out from 2-3 bits (sleeve ). Since the old one came out in bits and the new one is a piece, he thought we had the replacement part that was wrong and delivered me across south bay for * correct part. He left for the day while the water was supposed to come next day and is shut off. Before leaving, the other one used the restroom (no water) w/o my permission and left the whole thing in a cluttered state (he brought into a bucket of water out of his truck to flush but it is still a wreck ).
Next day, Steve came but could not install it and damaged the ceramic bits (broke into two pieces) and left saying he could not do it (water main is still turned off).
We had to survive two weeks.
In case you have to use them for any reason, be certain you have. I will not use them due to unprofessional behaviour. You can't leave it like the way they did although I know the inability to mend.
Worst aspect of this experience is the fact that they abandon w/o any w/o along with solution water. So we can find another plumber if you can't mend it, it should shut. I called them back days after to make the point but they were very rude and unprofessional.

The plumber finished two out of three tasks that I asked (hence two stars here). He said he'd search for a part and would have to come back to complete it and had issues with the job. I did not hear back from him had to text a few times to him. I reached out to the office in that day which I was promised a call back, but there wasn't any returning telephone. I finally gave up and needed to find another plumber. A plumber did not mention any of those issues the first plumber mentioned and finished the job. Communication is a real issue here, although I won't judge their proficiency.

Steve answered the telephone promptly following hours. They could come out the next day. I showed the leak under the home to them and they could fix it within a couple of hours. I was a bit disappointed that they couldn't recognize the pipe diameters by sight. He didn't have the repair materials, but they came quickly. The cost was a bit on the high side, but still reasonable. I would rather pay a bit more for quality work and quick response.

Very professional. Eddie showed up on time, took off his shoes to keep my carpets clean. About staying within our budget, Inform us a couple of alternatives for the leaking faucets & was ok. Reasonably priced, good service. Thank you!
