We use The Plumbinator for our pipes needs due to their support that is friendly and professional. Today Dominic came to replace a leaking valve and he was excellent. Arrived and promptly came up with a repair plan. He was friendly and professional. The repair went fast and we could not be more happy.
The Plumbinator is Ridiculous.
Worst experience! Dylan was a wreck. Shows up, because he forgot HIS TOOLS at previous job 16, then has to leave. He comes back, cuts a hole in the ceiling where the flow is, to diagnose the flow & shows me. To me, it looks like a piece of hardware that you could get at any ACE store. Instead of fixing it, he informs me he has other jobs for & that he'll need to order the small part which could take! He leaves saying he'll send in the work order afterwards because he has to go. He spent a total of an hour in my house (minus 20 minutes for forgetting his tools), then come to find out after hearing nothing from the"Plumbinator" for almost a week, HE NEVER SENT THE WORK ORDER IN TO FIDELITY! My family can't use the bathtub & we have a hole in our ceiling.
After several tries at light our hot water heater, we believed it was done. Called and talked with Pat and he made an appointment within a few hours of my phone with me. Pat called to let me know that he was completed and on his way and was on another job. He showed up and have a look at the problem and after a few minutes had my water heater relit and functioning fine. All these are my reason for giving 5 stars... but to top it off, Pat didn't charge me for the quick fix or the extra info regarding the life span of my own hot water heater. I will call and use their services when the day comes for replacement or repair. Thank you Pat.
We predicted plumbers for an install of a sink that was industrial around the town. Most did not call or show back. Pat the Plumbinator gave us, came out for an estimate quick and sent over Dominic. Very skilled professional and he exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend
It took him about 5 minutes to diagnosis and make a small adjustment to a rubber gasket so it would chair properly. Get this - he didn't charge us anything! Where do you get that type of break anymore? I totally recommend Plumbinator's who recognizes that a rather treated client will share their experience again and again to gain the company far beyond a one time fee.
Dillon came out to assess our toilet that kept refilling.
This was customer services and service. You simply don't get these two. It is a small business, which I love to support however they accommodated me last moment and fixed my problem on the telephone. The master , pat, was quite personable and honest. He came in, did his job, and we had a super bonding moment:--RRB- I'd love to select him for all my plumbing requirements. I wished to make certain to take out some time to write a review to share with the world my expertise.
Simply saying,"wish there was something I could do to you, but sadly I can not." Would have changed everything. I'd have understood, although I'd have been bummed.
His reply was to let me correct it myself. According to him I should not do such things because I'm not a plumber. By this point I was fed up with being yelled at, lectured and disrespected by someone who had been in my house.
Turns out as I reassemble it it is still covered under the warranty. New plumber coming to correct it in the daytime. Thanks for nothing.
I wish I wouldn't have lost my cool, but of being disrespected in my home after a couple of minutes I had enough. My reply was,"If I could repair it myself I wouldn't have fucking known as you!" He stormed off and abandoned.
He abrasively told me because it had been disassembled, it would not be covered by the warranty. He lectured me and raised his voice in me. He explained, you should have understood the warranty wouldn't cover it. Frankly I didn't know. He said you should not be messing with this your not a plumber. I had been disappointed and frustrated and being yelled at and lectured by someone who came to my home to provide a support for me. I was bummed because the problem got more costly.
For me they shipped this man. He noticed harshly and the burner was out said it would not be covered by the warranty because it had been disassembled. He went to his truck called the warranty company then I was approached by him.
That being said, we have several friends using this same warranty. They'll be sure to ask that you are not sent to perform work.
Tried to relight the pilot and did not work. Checked out you tube seemed like an easy/cheap fix. I pulled the burner, then realized it would be best to call Fidelity home warranty and allow them to deal with this.
A note to your plumber. A little compassion would have gone a long way. When they give it back if you treat people don't be amazed.
It is untrue that there was no appointment set. I was told from the plumber that he would be there between 1pm and 4pm and that he had additional appointments before me. I feel completely justified in supplying a review this time as this was the time I had occasion to have a service arrangement and the service was not satisfactory. What's more, the leak was from plumbing. I attempted to explain the plumber this, but he was too busy telling me that his opinion to listen to me.
I had a water line issue due to the freezing temps this morning, and flooding ensued. I called the water company to turn the water off, and then called the home warranty folks. The service request was sent by them . The water is completely shut-off, on the advice of the home guarantee customer service person, and As it's a Saturday, I called the plumber to supply details and to see what time he would be able to come. Despite not having noticed the problem the service arrangement hadn't been received by him but was able to inform me that it wouldn't be covered by the home warranty company. Ok, I cleared it together, but he is the expert; if can you come out to have a look therefore dude? Not good, but what do I do? We wait. And wait. No Plumbinator. It's still, and 4:20 pm no Pluminator. . .or Plumbinator phone call. So I predict the Home Warranty folks again. . .AT ALL!!! It's now 5pm, the home warranty company is searching for a new plumber, no water until in the earliest tomorrow, and the *&%$**&%$ Plumbinator simply decided to not appear. . .no reason given. The following thing, Better Business Bureau complaint.
I wish there were an option for negative stars. This is the second event I've had the misfortune to possess The Plumbinator sent out to provide service by my home warranty company. Initially, I was not impressed, but life goes on, right? But this time though, I really feel like I have to say some thing, at least to warn folks.

Dylan the Plumbinator was the builder dispatch by my home warranty support. He was in our home in 15 minutes of the telephone and predicted expediting the service. The very best thing about Dylan was that he was able to finish the work same day and did it. He worked really cleanly in our toilet and also put on shoe/floor protectors upon stepping into the home. Would highly recommend!
Then I went to North Pacific Plumbing who carefully diagnosed the problem, had to dig a big 4ft hole in my lawn, and installed a two means clean out to get a total of $975 after 8.5 hours of work. Do the mathematics.
It's clear that the person Pat sent out wishes to do the bare minimum and couldn't care less whether the challenge is really solved.
I had a clogged main sewer line -- the person they sent out (not Pat) did the bare minimum (snaked through a toilet until the congestion was apparent, even though water was still draining slowly) subsequently billed $450 for the 45 minutes of his time. And he didn't recaulk the toilet.
Patrick was very knowledgable. He knew precisely what needed replacement when I explained the problem via phone. He offered me a price and arrived quickly. He had parts repaired the issue stocked, and charged me the value quoted over the phone.
I am currently selling the house and only had the house inspection.
When Pat came, he looked in my sink and advised me it would not need a new hole since they could use the hole for the air outlet.
A) The sink, using its absent air outlet is not up to code and B) there's dry rot in the cabinets below the sink, as a result of the pipe by the air outlet that Pat's worker left hanging under the sink.
Add this to the fact the job has been done a day later than promised due to a parts issue. Plus they is not even cheap! Unbelievably unprofessional.
I can't wait to find out this rot is going to cost me. Thank you Pluminator.
I did this because it seemed too hard to do itself since it said you need to place a new hole in your sink for the faucet that is included.
This seemed strange to me but I guessed he was the expert and I was not going to argue with him. Well, I should have!
They have been to two individuals my house twice, a father and son duo. Both of these were quite professional. The problem wasn't only fixed by them, They took the time to explain what the problem was and how to block it. I totally trust their evaluation. The two times I had been awarded a two hour window, which is the standard... both times they were out within the first 20 min of the window. This was amazing because I had been able to return to work quickly! Thanks!!
We've had horrible experiences with the other neighborhood plumber. The Plumbunator has been utilized by us and we are very pleased. They are responsive and honest in pricing. If you are looking for a good plumber, the Plumbinator is the own person.
When said, the Plumbinator was dispatched out by my H/W and showed up, that is the one celebrity. Pat did not return to perform the job but sent someone else who said that it would have to be ordered and showed up with no parts. I asked how long would it take to get parts because my escape is still leaking. The response I got got was I don't know with a attitude, I called my H/W and explained exactly what happened, this time I called another plumber which came out in 20-minutes and said I did not need parts, and had my water back on in 15-minutes. (Leak fixed)!!!!!!!!!!!
I will use again! Friendly service and fast appointment time which is just what I needed! Felt very familiar with him and his apprentice working at my property. They did a great job:)
Pat did a fabulous job and was my house to a House warranty
I had come to the house for a shower cartridge install to correct and regulate. He was so great, he travelled through the house assessing all the faucets and toilets to determine if they worked correctly. He predicted an hour prior to the appointment, and the night before. His boots were covered by him and he was very knowledgable and super nice. He was recommended by me to my neighbors instantly.
My general opinion is that Pat talks a big game and behaves quite confident in his skills but utilizes shoddy parts which are expired and, when faced with this, denies all accountability and won't fix his mess and can be very flippant too. Buyer beware.
I had Pat that the Plumbinator come out as part of a house warranty to my home. He installed an instant hot water heater/dispenser for the kitchen sink. It began to leak. I phoned him and he said to call the home warranty business. I called the manufacturer and they stated the component used (depending on the serial number of the part) had a warranty that perished in 2013 (the unit was installed in 2015!) . They were prepared to replace it if I could show them a paperwork from Pat he did the work. He never gave us any paperwork once they installed the unit, so I phoned him. He explained it would be impossible to check through their filing system for that or that they don't have the documents. In either situation, he explained it at that with a side of attitude and refused to try and look for it. I gave up and went to pay to get the other one installed but all of the sudden steam began coming out of the mill and it stopped working all together!
