They have been efficient and tested everything including my dishwasher. They took all of packing materials and the components and cleaned up before leaving.

Accessed the situation and had a cheap alternative. The fix could not have taken over 30 minutes. And the cost was great. Our problem was noticed late on a Saturday afternoon. We left a short voicemail describing our problem, and Greg returned our call in under 30 minutes. Since our problem was outside and it was getting dark soon, Greg said he'd be at our home first thing Sunday morning.
The next time I have a plumbing issue, I am calling Greg. I had an issue with a sump pump in our elevator station.
Greg showed up at home Sunday morning as promised. Luckily, our problem was a simple - albeit cluttered - fix. Service was very friendly and professional.

I asked Jeff come take a look at my downstairs toilet which I felt my 7 year-old son threw something . I augered itself and it did not go well. Jeff came out and augered the toilet which made it better. However, it was slow to empty. My wife told Jeff that our son had thrown a soap cap down the toilet and flushed it. Jeff took off the toilet and checked the main lines. Jeff noticed that the cap was stuck right down the primary line and managed to clear the barrier. I was very Happy using Jeff's services. Jeff did not leave until the job was completed to our satisfaction and spent resolving the problem. Quite happy.

Greg is highly recommended by me. My primary water line to my home suddenly broke. I made many calls requesting emergency assistance. Greg returned my call and rearranged his schedule to assess my situation. Greg had my water line that was rusted substituted and more and by the afternoon came early morning. Greg attracted same 12, so that the job will get done, help. Steve and greg were both approachable, attentive, efficient, knowledgeable and professional. They both listened to my concerns regarding my pipes, answered my queries, spent the excess time replacing all components including pipe going to irrigation. Fantastic service. When I had friends staying in my 13, I had a dishwasher escape and I was off. I was able to have someone out same day I called and difficulty. Excellent followup as I kept and was called in the loop every step along the way. When needed I would recommend this company and will definitely use them again

All I could say is WOW! On Saturday I decided to have a peek in my crawlspace and discovered wetness. Man what a mess did find! I am not one to creep in small spaces so that I called the plumber I had used previously and my crawlspace is quite narrow and he said he was not able to come until Monday. He said that I would need to turn the main off because it seemed like something. I tried to do this but struggled along with my two children to never have water in the home. I discovered this plumber and thought what do I have to lose and decided to go on Yelp later in the evening. I called Greg and that he was in a birthday party but told me he would stop by my house on his way home. It was at 6:30 PM and that he was at my home at seven. He moved to the crawlspace and advised me what had to occur to address the issue. He said that would need some time that I could have water but for now he would temporarily look after the flow. Bad man crawled right into a area and got covered with sand as a result of wet area. Not only did he solve the issue however he did it. Very wonderful man and had a very positive attitude. Also regardless of the mud on his clothes he made sure to not monitor sand anywhere in the home and he triumphed. I definitely recommend this company! There are he is absolutely amazing!

He showed up at 7am looked and instantly understood what was going on because my home was built in the 60's he understood how the Method flowed or in my situation. Greg was a life saver... Allow me to tell what happen so on December 28th my sewer machine chose to plug us up at 10:15pm!!! And my wife and kids began to panic because none of toilets were flushing. So I started calling and yelping for some S.O.S. Rotter Roter stated they can attempt to help me tomorrow with a hefty price and everyone I send a message stated the same thing due to how late it was. That is understandable and then Greg reached out through yelp and then gave me a call. While he could not help me that late at night due to a morning job and gave me a opportunity to keep looking or if he can fix it right away, he could come to assess.

All I can do is confirm of the reviews and add one additional 5 star review. Greg is efficient and professional. He addressed our problem when answering my questions. No question that I will call him in the future for any plumbing issues.

Greg is wonderful! I had a crisis escape, known as Greg and over an hour that he had been onsite and had the leak repaired. I cannot thank Greg sufficient for his prompt reaction! I will certainly be calling Greg later on.

I could hear water running for a few days, but could not figure out the source. When it stopped raining I could see the difficulty was under my brick patio. I pulled a few bricks, scraped the dirt away from the pipe resulting in an outdoor spigot. I ran to shut off all water & the front part of the home. Now what? I have no water into the home. I can't wait until Monday, although so I know that it'll be challenging, it is Sunday of the Thanksgiving day weekend.
The 2nd one goes directly to VM. The one says that he does not do this sort of work and says to call Greg @ Redwood. Bingo! Greg is at a kids b-day celebration, but says he will come later and we agree on a moment. He calls back & says that he can come now & he shows up 15 mins. The rusted pipe that is gavanized cuts out and reuses the spigot along with another pipe, so I'm good to go w/in 30 mins. If you can believe it and the price is under $150. I'm maintaining his magnetic card to the refrigerator for another time I need plumbing done right.

On July 4 we planned to have a lot of household over. Hoped they'd be able to use our pool. However, some plumbing work was had by our new pool heater. I phoned Greg to see whether there might be an opportunity for him. Not merely did he perform all of the work he did a wonderful job, and also came back later to enhance something he was not 100% satisfied with. I can't suggest Greg and his company enough, In case you have a plumbing problem!

Greg came on our first day at our new Santa Rosa house! He deftly figured out in which out the clean cleared the pipe of all tree roots and grease in recording time and hid in our front yard. . . .on Christmas Eve with good humor and professionalism.

Greg's the Man, He did precisely what I did not want to do! We had a kitchen sink blockage under our house. Over the years broke the straps which encouraged the drain pipe, causing pipe to break in 2 spots. Needless to say the odor was water, in addition to the crawl area being saturated with spoiled garbage disposal food waste, and terrible. He took photos to reveal, evaluated what was needed and went under then gathered what was required to finish the job. This guy is a straight shooter and will not BS you. He takes pride in what he gets it correctly, and can.

Yucky stuff while operating the washer coming into tub and shower. . Greg and called Redwood Sewer answered checking to gauge urgency degree. He could come after that although advised he had a small job in Petaluma. He got to the home by
10:30 and tackled the work head on. Despite complications of the drain
scenario, in unplugging it, he remained confident and succeeded. Cleaned
the yuck up and with a smile and payment has been on
his way. Just took an hour thanks to his energy and determination. That he explained , was considerate, and told me how I could prevent the issue later on.

Being a home owner that is new, I feel it is important to attempt and fix things on my own. For me, I am also not so good at it. I managed to shatter the copper pipe while attempting to change the hose bibs supporting my washer on a Saturday day. I needed to, obviously, now keep the water into my house closed off. I started going through plumbers on Yelp looking for assistance, got a call back from a couple but none might get to me some even offering to return on Monday morning, that night! Greg replied his phone away and explained he'd be over in 20 minutes. He managed it professionally and quickly. Fixing the second hose as well as restoring function to my washer bib which I hadn't had a chance to break yet.
Not merely did Greg do an wonderful job, he came from the other firms I'd talked to that wouldn't be able to help me before Sunday afternoon or Monday morning I'd obtained in lower than the estimates. I've got Greg's magnet on my fridge and that I know who I will be calling next time I choose to hulk out and shatter some copper.
