My bathroom toilet got plugged so which Friday night, this work order required to happen and I had company for the weekend. This company owner was the company who would provide a starting price quote service call, for AFTER HRS to me. I predicted no plumbing business and ~ 5 businesses would provide a quote. They each keep telling me once their service technician was in my home and assess the occupation , then they are going to give me a price for support. Please - its a plugged toilet - how difficult is it to provide a baseline support quotation which is exactly what Mr. Speedy did. I understood it could be more once the technician was here in my bathroom, however at least I understood what the starting point was. That made a difference.
I returned my call to Mr. Speedy since he promise me exactly what the initial starting cost was moving to me and he also confirmed that my bathroom difficulty might get repaired and functioning the exact same night.
