It was reported that we had a leak under our house and Martin was pleased to go and inspect the issue at the crawlspace.

Down the Drain Plumbing reacted to my Yelp query for emergency support. Service supplier contacted me to get a better idea of the problems he would be facing. My son is renting a space at a 3 story condominium with his chamber being on the 3rd floor where there isn't access to a sewer clean out. Turns out that there were two separate clogs in the 3rd narrative line. After about 60 minutes, both clogs were removed and the service supplier cleaned up after himself leaving the bathroom the way that it was found by him. Emergency service fee was $225 which appeared reasonable. We received one other quote -$450 for a principal line clog with no accessible clean out. Would definitely use them again.

I can't even begin to tell you how pleased I am to have discovered Martin. We had a leak in our water lineup and had another company come out to look at it. It was in an awkward place on a slope. The first firm's proposal was to reroute the pipe, after pointing out we'd require a leak detection device and then who knows how heavy it is a result of the incline and we would have to remove plant and possibly we'd cover the leak detection and not locate it, yada yada. So to get a moment that was hot, rerouting a pipe seemed reasonable. But wait for this. You should sit down. Get a glass of water to get later you choke. You are sitting down right? The quote for this pipe that is new would be 16k. As in: sixteen thousand dollars. At that stage I immediately called since I was ready to begin digging up it myself, a leak detection business, who ended easily locating it. I called a few more technicians to get estimates for repair, and Martin had a last minute opening to take care care of immediately and his pricing was really reasonable (from the HUNDREDS my buddy, not tens of thousands ). Not that I hope to require a plumber but Martin is the ONLY one we will call!

Martin installed two bathrooms for me did a good job at a sensible price. He had been on time and cleaned after the job was completed.

They did a great job a shower faucet that wouldn't turn the water off, at no cost. They were able to reach us the day and were very affordable.

Martin was nothing short of exceptional! Attention to detail, timeliness, his professionalism and aggressive pricing made it a win-win circumstance. He took the time to describe the difficulty I was having, gave recommendations and that I felt like I was not being upsold on nickel or goods and dimed like some contractors make you feel. I had been left with the impression that this proprietor cares about the relationships and his organization with his clients. He wishes to provide a service that is fantastic to clients. I'll certainly use them again.
I phoned several plumbers to acquire a clogged toilet sink. Down the drain plumbing was available the same day and replied really quick. Martin was able to snake a chap stick that caused the clog .
An hour after I was notified by my renters about the de snare busted in the toilet and it was draining water. From when it was snaked by Martin on the other side of the bathroom, this happened.

Very unprofessional. Sunday, I called on Saturday and made appointment for day because he was not available same day. Martin said would be at home 8-9 am on Sunday. I called him 3 times on Sunday morning around 10 am but never got a return call, & 8:30, 9:00. At 10 am I sent text requesting for Martin text call back & at 10:46 am that his phone battery expired. At 11:05 am and I should call him. Does he believe after he show no regard for the time I would call. This left me in a bind having to search after 11 am for a plumber on a Sunday. An expert firm wouldn't make. It was his duty to contact me that I would have opportunity to locate alternative. I needed to be the one.

Martin is. You won't be disappointed with his job. I thought my home had multiple problems but Martin helped me figure out that it was just a very simple plumping, which he repaired at an affordable price.

Got a reply and sent a message to the drain down that I called for one hour later, we set an appointment. They were on time and got right to work on clearing my drain. He cleaned up after himself and was very polite and got my own drain functioning. I saved his card I'll use them again and the price was great as well.

He explained the issue and demonstrated me it , he had been nice very clear and professional. In getting some equipment due to a parade nearby, despite a slight drawback, he was entirely done & gone before the plumbing company bothered to return my call. Hopefully I don't have some plumbing difficulties, but when I do, I will be calling Down the Drain Plumbing again.
I put out an online request to get a plumbing problem through Yelp, and Down the Drain Plumbing called me in minutes. Others took hours despite their Yelp page stating they responded in 40 minutes'ensured'. So, an instantaneous plus for Down the Drain Plumbing.

I received a response to fix my laundry faucet and the price quote was lower than everyone we contacted. Someone was out within a few hours and the problem has been solved speedily. I would contact them again for additional plumbing needs!

I find my ceiling is leaking, This morning. Not leaking from my light fixture although just leaking had a places that are more wet. I messaged Martin from Down the Drain Plumbing to get Assistance. Told him the problem and sent him a photograph. At that point he started to address what I had to do. I.e. clear the area, don't turn light, and switch off the main water valve to shut off the water into the house.
