Jesse has completed work for our HOA a few times doing a stellar job. We had a leak in the building recently and that he re-arranged his program so that he can help us, and then returned to complete. I have SO much respect for his job and him. He explains everything has a sense of excellence, makes sure the space where he is working stays dry and clean, and so is there 100% when you want him. We had bathtub drained and our sewer line snaked after wipes are place by tenants from the restroom. Had he not come to flats would've been flooded.
I called in desperate need of an emergency plumber at 11 PM on Monday night. Jesse came himself out and try to locate his tech.
JESSE IS THE MAN! Long Beach Gas determined we had a leak in our gasoline line and had to turn off the gas into the house, in a time when California standards have freezing it. He arrived in an hour after I spent the greater part of a day looking for the source of the flow, including going in the attic and under the house and phoned him. He determined that the leak's source was that the component of the line. As opposed to tearing up the floor, he stated it would cost effective to run a gas line that was brand new . He managed to run the new line in 1 day and we're warm . 1 Time is AWESOME!
