Robert has been our plumber for years and has done a fantastic job. We call him whenever we have a plumbing issue. The principal issue he's helped us with would be the tree roots within our backyard that are interfering with our plumbing. He's got a fantastic system called"Vaporooter" that destroys the tree roots and keeps our plumbing running smoothly. Robert is professional, honest and HONEST. I strongly recommend him to anyone needing assistance.
In response to Robert Waddell's Answer for my"review":Then, this past April, we found follicles on the WEST side of the home cure. The Vaporooter product is ineffective. They don't stand behind their product and their customer support is shameful.
As I said, this is now in the palms of this Better Business Bureau. Initially, I just wanted half of my money back (because you did half the job) to pay for additional plumbing costs. However, now I am demanding a refund; the product does not work along with the hassles have been beyond my understanding. Douglas Products and you have left me no option, although I really did NOT need to write a review on Yelp like I had hoped we could get this solved as I said to Douglas Products.
This has been turned over to the Better Business Bureau (two months ago) and you have been unresponsive.
I want to insure this does not happen to any other unsuspecting homeowners who have invasive root problems and might believe Vaporooter is a product that is workable.
In summary; June 2018 I paid $ 1,000 to you to administer the Vaporooter product. You gave me a 1 year guarantee. From October the side of our home was having issues. The plumber came out and said the lineup was filled with origins. I wrote you on November 4th and you eventually replied to me on November 15th stating you're down three men and'going crazy trying to maintain .' That is if you verified you did not even treat the side of the home! You said you would return but would be charging me $450 the first 2 hours then $200 and then $350. What? You did not do the job that the job that the first time for $1,000!
I'd a pipe repair to be prepped for by Robert use jetting equipment I was getting ready to make. He used camera gear also to assure that the location of this section of pipe I went to repair and to validate the line was clear.

In December, I registered legal action against this company and got a Judgment in our favor AGAINST Robert's Plumbing and Rooter Services. Update: This fool by APPEALING the Judgment from him wasted everyone's time. Our trial was heard on April 21, 2017 and once more, a new judge ALSO RULED AGAINST this lying fool, Robert Waddell, who does not know a pipe from root buildup.
Robert's Plumbing site states that"There Isn't Any Blockage I Can't Get Through." Well, Robert, apparently that is just one more lie and/or you were allegedly working in cahoots with your buddy,"Bobby" in J&D Plumbing. The judge and we agreed, and a second judge has too. Thank you for wasting everyone's time, Robert.
Wallpaper: Last June a different plumbing firm who couldn't clear our main sewer line after two"alleged" attempts referred us to Robert's Plumbing (clearly friends). The plumbing firm announced we marked the location and had a pipe that was busted. Paradoxically enough, Robert maintained they also couldn't clear it and the pipe had been"broken" and marked it in precisely the same location as the first guy. Would you tell they had been"talking?" Robert told me we had no other choice but to start digging and the fix price with the plumber may be between $7,000 and $10,000. We did start digging and over $2,000 later and an 8' DRY hole, discovered we simply had origins in our principal line.
Therefore, I called a new plumbing firm who said they were convinced they could clear it and if not, they would not charge me out. This new plumber also informed me that hydro jetting is unworthy. Well, guess what? After not having plumbing in our home for more than a week, this new plumber CLEARED our main sewer line in LESS He put his camera down and showed me the water flowing all the way into the City's most important sewer line, WAY past the spot indicated by Robert's Plumbing. And further, this new plumber wouldn't charge us anything and felt bad for us.
I DO NOT recommend using this corporation. The proprietor, Robert Waddell, is cocky, arrogant, and has a little difficulty controlling his temper.

Robert was fantastic! Our plumbing problem could not be fixed by three plumbers and it was an ugly one! Robert was on professional and time. Contrary to the first couple of plumbers who had advocated the most expensive and invasive alternative to our problem (breaking concrete on a slab house); Robert started working on the issue using his skills and knowledge not leaping to elaborate means first. Robert is a reasonable man, the previous plumbers talked about how we'll need to reroute our kitchen pipes (sounds expensive right!) If it happens again, his recommendation would be to let him"flush it out" first. He was quick and efficient, explaining what he was going to perform and allow me to understand. My sinks are currently draining ! Robert is highly recommended by me, he saved the day!
Could I just say that Sergio and Robert spared the day?!?! Robert was the plumber that I needed to call concerning this same plumbing issue. . .One plumber came out and stated he did not possess the gear for our issue of plumbing backing up in our showers and toilets not flushing. 1 plumber took 165 bucks from us, partly cleared it (that lasted for 1 week) and would not return my messages when I called to inquire if they might come out again, since it was still backing up. Robert used a camera and might tell our mulberry tree roots had ruined our sewer pipe going out to the street. They were able to replace the damaged pipe, installed clean outs for us (that was sorely needed, as I wonder"why someone would build a home without one?") We had been assured that we should be clear of origins for a good two years, with exactly what they did, although I had never heard of the treatment earlier. What's draining great! Thank you Robert and Sergio for coming out in the rain with your mouse and camera hammer, and wading through the mud, to repair our situation, the other two plumbers couldn't seem to correct!!!
I got a recommendation from our plumber who didn't have a team available for your Saturday after a BIG rain and that I called the office of Robert and let them understand what I needed. She explained that Robert will be calling me back and he called me ! I explained what the costs might be as well as what went on and he gave me options. I requested him to come out and he was here before I knew it!! Very quick and professional! He explained what he needed to do and had it repaired within an hour Obviously, we'd highly recommend him.
