Waterworks Plumbing

Great service and communication. They substituted the pressure regulator . They are definitely experts and did the job right. They answered my questions and were very clear about the procedure. They didn't irritate me and they were very honest. I've known them to friends and my family. I will be using them.

My advice is to keep looking. They aren't friendly, over-priced, the plumbers are in a hurry, and sloppy. Please take my advice and do not use them.
They reported my review since they said I had the wrong Waterworks Plumbing, and they said they've never assisted me, and asked for my name . I edited my review to add their information from the invoice they e-mailed me. I did this to establish this review isn't right for the firm. They reported it, saying I recorded their private info in the review. All I recorded was telephone number, address, business name, license number, and e-mail. This isn't a review that is fake. Don't use this company. I am not an employee. I am not a former worker. I do not work in the business. I am not a competitor. I had been Waterworks Plumbing's customer.

I was bummed when I got home from a long day at work and realized that my sink was leaking for hours. There was a puddle in my kitchen. I phoned waterworks plumbing to see if they could come out ASAP. To my fortune, they can. They had been on their way! They arrived within 20 min. And cleaned he puddle and fixed the pipe. They reassured me that I would not be having the exact same problem. Thank you for doing this guys s speedy and great job!

Last week that our water heater went out (I guess it was older ) so I called waterworks Plumbing to fix it. They provided us a tankless water heater and installed it straight away. We're very pleased with their service!

Waterworks Plumbing did an awesome job fixing our plumbing issue. The faucet faucet was leaking. It was a continuing issue. We hired people at first to fix it but we kept running into the very same issues. I am glad they could figure out it. The plumber was nice and professional. He completed the repair fast! I had a leak I do not know anything about pipes my husband was out of town I had been worried, then I found waterworks plumbing on yelp, I called them the customer service was very nice, they chose for me and she advised me not to worry since she will send someone within another hour to deal with my emergency. The plumber came explained to me that I had a burst pipe. The cost was fair customer service was good that the plumber was really nice and answered all my questions, I would strongly suggest them.

We phoned them for a brand new water heater and it was put in by them after on Thursday!!! Very professional, affordable pricing and customer support that is pleasant. (Receptionist was very helpful and knowledgable)We can use their services again next time.

I had a shower head replaced diverter tub drain stopper replaced, and redid plumbing.
I had them do a few things and it was well and as planned, in funding. Pricing and timing were good.
The one thing I'd say that could enhance a bit is some clean up after the occupation. Because it filled with water and a few gunk out of the kitchen sink, I had to wash out my garbage can in the kitchen. I had to wash up the bathroom floor and in and around the tub where there was some debris in the job. A clean up would make them 5 stars.

It had been my very best friends birthday and I had the girls over in my home before we went out. Needless to say, a room filled with girls and the toilet gets clogged. It began over flowing and spilling from the floor. We were freaking out because the Uber was on its way. So nobody needed to have dirty and clean up that, we were dressed and ready. I predicted waterworks plumbing Hoping they could send somebody out. I had my neighbor go to my home and wait there for the plumber. He came in about 15 minutes. I was very pleased. I knew who to call when I came across one although I've never had a plumbing problem. My friend referred me to the plumber they utilize for the houses she sells (she's in property ). She swears by them and I thought I'd try their solutions. They were professional and useful. They arrived on time and fixed the matter. Their prices are extremely fair. They are strongly recommended by me.

We were looking for someone who was not just a plumber but a person to call,"our plumber," and we found him.
Called Waterworks after receiving a super high bill. I had a flow that I would have never believed was expensive and which I overlooked. Avi came out and discovered the leak, and he let's fix it since it was a simple fix.
We had him come back and replace regulator and main water valve, which we had been procrastinating fixing. He made it work and all look great for a affordable price. He even let us borrow some tools to get another DIY job we do!

So glad that I discovered this plumbing company. Found Avi who is a skilled and very experienced plumber. I purchase the service of review. He did a thorough check up and allow me to obtain relevant license, violation, and other history from town. Doubtlessly Avi not only knows how to repair plumbing but has abundant knowledge on this field. I would definitely look for him if I have plumbing issue later on.

We observed there was a leak under the kitchen sink last night. I could not wash dishes or run the dishwasher. The house gets cleaned Mondays, and the cleaning lady would not have the ability to use the sink if it was not repaired. I called on a Sunday after Avi and 12 noon was at the office. He would not have managed to cook if he could not substitute the pipe and came over because I want to prepare low sodium foods. He replaced two bits of plastic pipe with one piece of metal pipe. His price was reasonable and he was made my plumber by his promptness . Thank you Avi- Waterworks Plumbing!

In 1:45PM From our scheduled trip, an angel came in dressed like a physician (plumbing doctor) Avi was super professional and ahead of time, fixed the problem in no time and charged us a reasonable price.
All in all could not be happy, that's what service is all about.
We is Sherman Oaks place, we called Waterworks Plumbing and a fine well spoken woman named I think Sigal was very professional and courteous and she set up an appointment at 2PM that was.
Hopefully no plumbing issues in the near future, and we know who to phone if we will have any.
In a sea of unprofessional plumbers I discovered this hidden gem company owner that at no time mended an on going issue that we had in the last year, we had a brand new pipe installed under the sink a year ago and ever since it was leaking here and there but the thinking of something which may cause damage to our cupboards was very bothersome.

I had a little job (replacing a tankless water heater ) and must say considering the little tSm avi along with the team had been fantastic. I think about and will recommend Waterworks for some of my tasks.

! Rates and Avi is responsive to queries. Is a mystery, so you know what you're becoming. He comes prepared and also looks to save you money by helping with suggestions that are preventative. He is frankly the very best in the business.

I actually had a wonderful experience with this company. My kitchen sink has been backing up the water after using the garbage disposal therefore originally we phoned a different company to come and fix it. The man came and after 10 minutes of"trying" told me there is nothing he can do to fix my sink but to create a separate clean out. I told him in doing this, we're planing but since I really must use the kitchen sink, he still must fix the sink. He said it was abandoned and impossible. They shipped Vincente out and he was quite patient and figured out a way to earn the sink function again. I called again to thank them and tell them we'd love to put out a clean just and Avi called back and clarified what we need to do. Looking forward to working to the job that is new with them!
