Called Pacific Coast for a toilet. Their rates were lower compared to a copuple and this was a fine experience.
They were polite as well as their plumber came when they said he would. He fixed the bathroom in only a few minutes and he was really pleasant.

These men came out after I phoned them. Was quite nice and in 30 minutes he said he was done. Sweet! But I looked under the sink and it still leaked. I called them up the following day and they sent the exact same man over. He then explained that it was all fixed and worked at it. Same thing. It began leaking later that day.
I had a leak underneath one. The sink is one year old and I had taken the pipes apart to wash them. I read how to perform it on the Internet. LIFE HACK. I had done it. Regardless of when I put it back together, what I did there was a leak of those joints out of one. After a while of trying, I gave up and decided to simply call a plumber to repair it.
The man declared it fixed hung around a little while, and did his thing. I gave up on Pacific Coast Plumbing and called another plumber. They came the exact same day that I phoned them - about two hours - and fixed it. It has been a few weeks and it hasn't leaked a drop as.
These men had very good customer service plumbers, and scheduling. But Pacific Coast Plumbing did not mend my minor plumbing problem so I can not really give them two stars. Part of me feels bad but I think of how frustrated I was.
Again, nice men with good customer service, but I wasted around five hours of my time waiting and $100 + and all I got was another $100 + bill from a different man that actually knew how to repair it and a headache.
On the next trip, I got a brand new man. They were planning to replace the whole J pipe. They didn't, though. The man explained that the sink has been put together wrongly and while he would try to repair it, he was advocating that we change the configuration of this demanding that goes out to my line. Oh, also that the warranty on their service was now void because they had come out three times for one appointment (which ultimately is a fair stance to take). I was not going to change the rough as a) that could be costly and disruptive and b) the sink directly next to this one was configured exactly the exact same manner and it was just nice.

This is our move to plumber. They are always responsive, over time and constant. They've done tasks big and small for me personally and the building I live in. They have reasonable pricing along with the problems stay is fixed by them. Five stars just for doing work that is great and really coming inside the window they say they do!

They may or might not be good, but they do hang on hearing. In this day and age, improper.

Called for a Quote. They can send a plumber out but the part will cost approximately $100, and the total estimate was $500 for what ought to be a 1-2 hour job. $200-400 per hour labor appears excessive, particularly since it does not include any additional pipe fluctuations that are slight. That included a portion of the pipes, although I had the job done in a different place for approximately half the cost. This is much too much, although I know Santa Monica is expensive. This review is just based on their quality of job, not on their costs.

Nick from Pacific Coast Plumbing was quite helpful in trying to resolve an issue over the phone. I would recommend to anyone who's looking for a plumber that is quick.

Excellent Service! Based on testimonials I called Pacific in the morning and, within just a couple of hours of my inquiry, the problem was resolved! Initially the manager on duty suggested I text a digital image of the crucial hardware. After getting the image the manager provided an investigation, allaying any concern for me this was a endeavor that was complex or costly. Per our conversation, the tech arrived promptly I found him to be utterly delightful and incredibly professional.
Simple and forthright is the way I would describe my experience. Refreshing! High value service in Santa Monica. Definitely recommend!

Avoid, avoid, AVOID.
Have had plumbing issues that were on-going with this particular place. Had a trip that was poor, seemed cool and but chose to give them a chance since the manager/owner known as. Have a faucet to be tightened by a bill for $250. Not kidding. :-LRB- They charge dollars simply to look if work is done and you get NO CREDIT for the fee.

This was among the plumbers we talked to this fulfilled the stringent demands of our HOA. I sent them several images of the plumbing issue, and they could tell what was wrong and give me a very fair price quote over the telephone and purchase the parts needed right away that is why they were chosen by us . The technician, Mario, was prompt, courteous, honest, and knowledgeable. We were told by three other plumbers they had to cut open the adjoining wall and shut off the building primary before they can fix the issue, without needing to do any of that Mario showed up and fixed our leak and drain.

Didn't do a careless job and efficient, everything cleaned up completely that they had worked . They explained and let me inspect and test it and answered all of my questions. In conclusion, Itook care to be neat and clean and careful with my stuff in addition and'm happy they were conscientious. Furthermore, they also followed up to be sure everything was to my pride. Overall, worth the money I paid them to come over and repair the issue.
