Hat's off to AC and Bellows Tech, Trey. Appointment. Trey arrived with his service equipment, ready to start. Showed him the AC device, and a couple of other problems. Trey resolved the tiny problems and did a technician check and service on our unit.
Bellows set up our new Lennox heater and AC unit a bit over a year. Heater was serviced runs perfect. With the early outbreak of weather, thought it was time.
Prepared for Summer. We love our"cold" atmosphere.

Answer, and the service from Jose was excellent. He moved out of the way to come back quickly with a snake that was different and got the work done. My only complaint is that it was pricey, but that par for the course with plumbing.

Awesome service! Two weeks later, I called and got an appointment. Matt was in and out within thirty minutes and showed up at the start of my window. No mess was made by him at all, you could not even tell anyone was in my toilet after he snaked my bathtub drain. Super professional and quick, exactly what I wanted!

I sent an email via their site right before new year & I got a call the next day to them. We scheduled a day for someone to come out that happened to be NYE. I asked if we would be charged more since it was NYE & the lady said no it was a regular day for them. He moved to his shop, got came right back to swap out it the part. We had him look at the escape from the bathtub spout but he said we're opening a can of worms & he may not of been able to get it back since the spout was frozen on. He might have taken it off & charged an arm leg to fix it. I believe he was very fair & honest and I would use Bellows again. Their prices were surprisingly reasonable.

I just finished up having my water heater fixed and these guys did a excellent job despite some bumps in the road. In the past couple of years a number of the water heater firms made it more difficult to buy replacement parts. Be aware of this as my eco-defender now makes if your coupler goes out you buy the entire assembly. Matt who, is a sensational plumber, and did his own diagnostic and pleasant man came out to the home. He tried to get just the part that he believed was needed and the firm doesn't sell it without the remainder of the unit. He explained me personally this since this is really a eight-year-old water heater that this really is this fix and came back to me. We decided to move forward and discussed the options. He explained in total he would need to charge me more to put in the parts do it may not be complete fix. He came back the next day ordered the extra part up and installed it. We then discovered that the fix wasn't completed by . The Company worked to make me happy and have this all done since life is a drag without water. Matt was excellent, everything was explained in full, and even though we had any surprises we got through this and I feel good about the job and I truly feel good about it being able to have a shower . I called the clogged toilet drain which a different plumber didn't fix to be fixed by Bellows. Matt from Bellows fixed the issue, arrived on time and kept everything clean in the procedure. Very professional job for a reasonable price, I call Bellows again.

We arrived home with hot water and our heating turned away because of a leak. We called one of the larger companies and they weren't able to assist. Bellows responded to our query, even though it was a weekend. Their office employees were friendly and helpful and when the plumber arrived, he was very efficient, knowledgeable, attentive and courteous. He found our flue was eliminated which advised us suitably and could have had serious consequences and substituted it. The price was reasonable too and our experience was excellent and I would strongly suggest this neighborhood support.

All experiences we have had with a plumber have been impartial and clinical. With our toilet update, Bellows was the first time we had an experience in professionalism, personality, and the grade of the job. Thank you Jose!

She provided me the name and she apologetically told me they were not able to accommodate the service quoted although I received a call back.
I used their Yelp attribute to request a quote (so convenient! -- hint, tip, other companies!)

I obtained a email reply that was quick . And I put a follow up telephone for more questions. The young lady online (Bianca?) Was very friendly, but I think she was in training and had to fumble a piece for replies.
This inspection is.
I very much appreciate that she would say,"let me check" rather than imagining or draining off the questions. She quoted a potential service date and cost.
I let her know that I would call around to get a service date and return to her.

I'm at the diagnosis business myself and understand when someone knows their stuff and is systematic in the pursuit of a repair that is solid. Located a blown fuse on my AC circuit board but did settle on that as the problem's origin but tested the fix and found there was more to it which turned out to be a short in the control wire which he instantly fixed. AC good to go. He's also worked on the heating portion of the unit and sometimes found that the issue (2 entirely different things at separate times) and mended it. Second time required some piping and was a gas unit using solenoid. Tested his work to be gas connections were tight and perfect. No wonder this company has 5 stars. I'd contribute more if I could. Communication was excellent and pricing fair. Look for a fantastic Heating/AC company.

If and only if the issue is fixed by bellows correctly I shall drop my complaint Board is licensed by Condition.
Chelsea is the most unpleasant condescending human being I have ever had of coping with the miss fortune. And she has.
This is a complete lie in Chelsea. Yes they have"today" return to attempt to fix the issue but only after many many months, a complaint with the contractors board they are exploring and with the San Rafael building section on my side.

I ended up going with one of the vendors. They were able to perform the job (like the flue replacement! ) ) Total and approximately $1,500 under Bellow's price. I had been told the flue did have to be replaced, when I asked them about Bellow replacement quote but the job had been less than Bellows had clarified it. Ultimately, picking Bellows price my household three times off work (bid, walk through and start of job) and another couple of weeks with no furnace while we looked for another vendor. My furnace passed its inspections and without the special equipment or penalties associated with Bellows day-of price growth.
I had a encounter with this provider. I'm a first time home owner and needed to replace my furnace. I had four distinct vendors and decided to proceed with Bellows. They didn't have the lowest quote but I believed they had been the very professional and thorough. They did the bid and then another walk-through. About two hours, they predicted on the day of the job in to say it would cost an additional $ 1,200 to replace the flue and they had made a mistake. They acknowledged they made mistakes in the bid procedure and the walk-through. They would take at least 8 hours insisted that $ 1,200 additional was the low end of the repair as replacing the flue are a two person job and need rental equipment. Everyone I talked to about this told me it had been incorrect. They realised the aforementioned and I called again and told me if I didn't pay the additional $1,200, they leave and would choose the furnace - that is what they did.

Revising my review from 4 stars to 5. The problems I had incorrectly attributed to the Bellows install crew turned out to be the fault of a product line defect from the HVAC manufacturer. During the 5 month troubleshooting process, Bellows arrived to my house more than 10 times. The ultimate resolution, and the ceremony was exceptional. I'd hire Bellows again in a heartbeat. Their integrity is second to none.

Project 1 was that the furnace install. Spencer was great to use and was the project manager. He asked, had been extremely helpful explaining the plan for its install and answered questions.
Project 2 has been the water heater install. I didn't believe it had been possible, but Jose was just too amazing. He allow me to know when gas and the water will be off, and obviously communicated all of the job and asked questions.
We will go to Bellows for this project, and are likely getting our AC replaced in the future.
Patrick and Chelsea in the workplace were able to schedule the install on back to back days to minimize the disruption this kind of work triggers. Both were extremely helpful in organizing the work around my own schedule.
We hired Bellows to get water heater and a brand new furnace. At the onset it was clear that they're great. Jason came by for the initial quote, answered a lot of my concerns clearly and completely. We delayed our project a few months to work out the financing, after we were finally able to get the project done, and Jason came back out.
Both projects ended with results. The workmanship is top notch, and the private interactions and communication was much better with.

Bellows came into my home after having asbestos removed, to update the work from the garage. They did an wonderful job and the ducts look great! They have been friendly, effective, and abandon the space clean. They made sure everything was working until they left and helped me to discover all of the vents inside my property. I strongly recommend Bellows.

Wow! At first we could not locate our kitchen sink problem. All the pipes and valves were dry. He heard a trickle and figured out it was our faucet. The faucet was substituted by bellows using a much better one and now our kitchen is operational. Thank you Bellows!

UPDATE! Following our initial experience was brought to the focus of Bellows, they followed up with an apology and also scheduled a new appointment. The job was done shortly after. Technicians and the work were very professional, and we are very satisfied with the job. Thank you for correcting the issue.

We had an in home estimate. We wanted to relocate a return vent from a bedroom into a larger area (living room or hallway) cause it is common sense you do not want a return vent behind a closed door and notably in a bedroom - they are loud and need to breath. We also wanted a quote and install. After 5 months of waiting
Disclaimer: Function was not done on our home, here is why:
"We are going to have to put the AC unit at the driveway, so cause it is the only legal location" - really ends up that is the only place we can't put it because of legal easement problems.
"Your return vent is fine where it's" - no, it is not

Bellows Plumbing came through. When my mother's furnace died in the midst of a cold spell, Bellows didn't make her wait several days to regain heat. Rather they took a worker in order to devote a brand new furnace for her only so she could have heating within one day. Thank you, Bellows, for respecting and understanding the circumstance. Other companies simply said sorry and she would have to be without heating for a week.

I managed to get an appointment. Jose managed to discover the issue came out on time and fix precisely what was needed. This was a result that is great and I would strongly recommend Bellows and Jose . I will be utilizing Bello

This review is for the team, work still continuing, but... They are comprehensive, type, professional. I've had a number of problems and they help me know what is going on while being understanding of my own situation. Their work has a warranty too. Chelsea, the office manager, is a gem. She's been on the ball helping me while mat leave! I think that is a set of people. Highly recommend.
