This time they took good care of our valve test quickly and economically.
Feminia and Sons has always been fantastic because our go-to plumber for years.

I have used them and they have been competent and easy to work with. About ten days ago they came outside to look at my bathtub that stopped draining. I was told that they had to return, because it was going to take 4 hours of labour and 2 men to repair. I asked a Scope of Work estimate to be emailed to me before they scheduled the project. I contacted them 3 times and to date, no one has called me back. Very unsatisfactory.

A sewage flood come up out of our kitchen drain and our garage: what a wreck! Femenia was with us. They videoed the line and located the rest in our sewer lateral beneath our garage floor, excavated, video examined the remaining portion of the pipe to be certain there were not any breaks. They repaired the pipe, filled in the trench and repaired the slab. If they were rather active this took place. They squeezed our occupation and, thankfully, Christmas finished the repair. .Throughout the procedure Femenia employees were hardworking and both professional. They did a good job and patiently and completely responded to my queries. My phone calls to their office have been responded to promptly. If we are we will call Femenia, although hopefully we won't be faced with plumbing issue such as this again!

We had occasion to use Femenia Plumbing for a project in December. The proprietor, Pedro, personally came in order to discuss the job and his employee showed up to finish it. There was some miscommunication as to the range of the job so there was a resultant inefficiency in time and confusion as to what parts would be required. The invoice was willingly reviewed by pedro and adjusted accordingly. This is an important characteristic for a company in the transactions and we'd use them .

Prompt, skilled and professional workmanship. These individuals are the ones to call for all your plumbing requirements.

One day I called Femenia Plumbing and they came the following day. Ron was our plumber. He assessed the problem right away and did the work incredibly quickly. Tested everything to be certain it was on his way and worked properly. Great job! Thanks!

He had our clogged pipe washed out by 9:30 and was professional and personable.
He also informed me of this issue (roots!) .

Prices that are fair, Fantastic service. They've done minor fixes for me, first time I used them was once another pipes service offered me $950 to perform and"Emergency Repair" in the middle of a weekday, I advised them to depart. Feminia showed up 20 minutes later I charged me $85 for its fix and called and checked and fixed a few things around the house at class act no cost, and 90% less then another business.
We have also used them for remodeling of 2 of our baths and also the attention to detail was second to none. It looks excellent even though their work is hidden off tile and walls.

They rock!! Did a inclusion with kitchen, two baths and wet bar. Jacuzzi bathtub, shower with loads of shower heads and jet sprays, sauna. Deliver and they needed to trench gas to the inclusion. They're efficient, on time and on budget. My contractor and I were satisfied! I will use them again.

We have the toilet fixed at no cost, on our own. The money I paid them was an entire waste. They do not seem to care about customer satisfaction or the quality of their job. I will not do business with them again.
The woman who answered the phone was friendly and said they could send a person between 1pm-4pm. I said that I'd be gone between 2:30-3:15 since I had to pickup the kids from school. She said that would not be a issue and she left a note of that for your plumber.
I tried calling so I could leave to get the kids from 27, a neighbor and a family member to come over and stay with the plumber. No one was answering and Eric, the plumber, said he could do the job very fast, like in 5 minutes. As I kept trying to phone I let him in the home. Until I got ahold of anybody, he ended. My car ran as I wrote him a check out, and he locked the door behind him. I was sobbing from the pain of my injury, the anxiety of an awful day, of being exceptionally late to get the kids along with the panic. I presumed because he said he had been done, the toilet was fixed.
I called Femenia & Sons to see if they might have Eric return to fix/finish the occupation. I thought maybe they stood behind their job. That maybe, because the toilet wasn't working within half an hour of their plumber they would be inclined to return and fix it.
I was incorrect.
I found the plumber eliminated the object that my toddler had flushed down the toilet, after returning home, but the toilet was still not working.
They said I would need to pay $130 for somebody to return. Um. . .no thanks.
Fast forward to 2:50pm...I'm really late getting the kids from school since I fell down the stairs and hurt my back and wrist in 2:30. I had been in a lot of pain, crying, and carrying old out into the car once I open the door along with the plumber stood there. I advised him of this notice that the woman said she'd pass along -- which I'd be gone until 3:15p. He shrugged like he didnt understand what I was talking about. The following day said he would need to return. We're a family of 6 and the toilet in our primary bathroom was not working; I could not wait until the following day.
I gave 1 star because --after calling they could send someone to my home the identical day.

We've got three TOTO toilets with running unless you jiggled the handle, that had occasional difficulties. They arrived and replaced. They wanted to charge for the work except to go buy the parts. My husband needed to talk with the owner and called. Overall cost to substitute innards of three bathrooms $642. They'd told us we can pay by credit card and then at the time of paying the invoice told us when we paid by credit card, that it would cost an extra 3%. At $145/hour actually?? When a receipt was requested by my husband, they required it be emailed or we needed to make a copy. The tech was fine, however, the company prices and policies are unacceptable. Never again.

Campbell is a good plumber. He's comprehensive, professional, until he is satisfied with his work, and won't leave. Femenia is fantastic to use people like this

The only work added following the quotation adding plumbing for a second sink for the dressing table that was new and replaced a toilet shutoff valve. (This new plumbing that I provided just required tubing that attached to the main line, and not seperate plumbing from the wall). I was told the bill could be sent to me personally, after the job was complete. At no time did anyone inform me this work which I presumed would add $100-200 at most to the bill's cost. Since the bill was than the quotation well, apparently I was wrong!
The company is taken over by unless Derek. I would Not recommend this company to anyone-call somebody else!
I used this company to have the waste pipe and water shutoff valves for a sink proceeded about 8" around to the adjoining wall to adapt a new dressing table. A quote was received by me following the plumber arrived and looked in work. I thought it was pricey to start with, but I was in a hurry (do to visitors coming to stay) and didn't have time to get a different quote. I was treated like a moron from the office clerk and told me didn't need you, when I asked about getting the permit. When I told him it was required for work behind the walls(in accordance with the inspectors office), he stated it'd take are of it when I faxed him the paperwork. I filled out all the paperwork (only needed the signature that the company was licensed) and instantly faxed it on that morning. Well, after two wasted trips to the inpectors office (believing the paperwork could really be there ready to go), itook another 3 times along with a call to the owner to get this accomplished. The owner was dismissive when I talked to him and seemed to have no clue what I was referring to.
I sent an email describing all if this back to the company since speaking to them about the telephone has proved useless, but as I expected, no one bothered to tackle it. This are into price gouging and leads me to believe they can care less. Derek was professional and cared about doing a good job. He was always on time and cleaned after every trip.

The job had been OK, but they did some damages they didn't wish to deal afterwards I found more of the harms that were hidden behind the walls and with , so unable to be viewed initially but later on needed to be repaired.
They had been recommended by a friend of mine. I got the work quote, they weren't to expensive to not cheap, so I took them. First impression wasn't to good, the guy was late. The second belief wasn't to good either, the guy was late.
