As a hectic land owner, I wanted a trustworthy company if needed to serve my tenants. My customary plumbing support was out on vacation, on whom to call and I was missing. Thankfully I was referred by my friend to APR, and we had a great experience. My renter had a leak someplace in the ceiling. APR figured it came out of the bathroom above and arrived promptly. Win managed to find the leak, repair the wax seal, and kept us informed during the procedure. The tenants were happy.
Win was prompt and educated in his assessment of the issue with my tankless water heater. He arrived within minutes and serviced it thoroughly. By checking in the following day providing my wife advice on the phone as 23,, he went the excess mile. Will use him again!

His staff and win are next to none, we just finished a remodel of our kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Win went above our expectations and attracted me to his supplier to store around, although I had a general idea about what I wanted. I'd have never thought of those endless combinations that are possible. His group managed to accomodate my request to remain in this renovation, and everything was kept clean. I couldnt ask for a better outcome.
Win supplies working and honest and straightforward advice with him is very transparent. I will definitely come back to Win in the future for more service.
Win's service is superb. He went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the work. Win tried to understand exactly what we needed done with the project and definitely listened to all our worries. Shockingly speedy support. Arrived home and found kitchen faucet not functioning at 5:00. Searched Yelp and known as APR. Win by 5:30 had recognized the issue and came at 15 minutes and developed a plan. Since then we've also used Win for more routine plumbing matters . He and his crew do work at prices that are fair. Highly suggested.

I phoned APR to estimate repair or replacement of drain sump pumps. The person seemed annoyed that I was calling about such a thing, but first impressions aren't always perfect so I was willing to meet with them and receive their advice and quote. We scheduled a meeting in my construction to get 8:30 am the next morning. I purposely scheduled it so that I could access to my day job afterwards. I received message, no call or communication that was attempted. Quite frustrating.
I had a new shower head. Win Tsan told me the next moment he can do it and gave a quote. When he said could, he arrived. Got the work finished and cleaned. I couldn't ask for more. I will certainly use them again.
