Kevin was prompt, courteous, kind, professional and efficient. Our landlord said they'd send someone in 5 times!!! With 2 year and a 1 Yeah, no, we will look after it and you'll pay for it! And Kevin came to our rescue! The price was quite reasonable too. We highly recommend them to friends neighbors and family! Be sure to ask the tall guy!

They called us after our review asking us why we didn't give 5 stars to them and was rather upset about it. Should you give them good reviews, I'm pretty sure their testimonials are biased that they give out discounts on services.

He came in to our house kind of reserved and silent. After diagnosis of our problem he opened . Was easy to talk to. Really a person. Very genuine helpful great sense of humor. If things began over flooding the backyard these guys are great they arrived to purge the drains and pipes in my house. So gross. I called them and they were in my house in a few hours. The origins from the trees in my backyard are harmful to the pipes. They cleaned it out and charged me a $50 cleaning charge since I wasn't going to clean that mess myself. I'm so glad they took care of within a few hours of calling.

Not sure who I spoke to at 8pm on a Saturday, but long story short I tried to replace my fill valve in my bathroom and revved up. A movie was sent by me over iMessenger and then the water line wouldn't stop leaking and also got a call back letting me know exactly what to do to stop the leak. It worked.
He did not want to charge me $250 for an emergency fix for something amateur I was doing (you all know what I'm talking about, first time home buyer newcomer mistakes).
Anyhow, I got my leak to stop and will require a rest and try again the next day. . .if I can not get this problem fixed in my own, I know who to phone (non-emergency wise). Thanks for your help!

Fast professional, friendly support. Came to my house right. I have a company for all my plumbing requirements. Clean and coureous. Even gave me a money saving ideas. Could not be more pleased with the support, and guess what? I now have water!

We only used Better B Plumbing a time for a sewer that was debatable. He arrived in the time he explained was swift to respond; checked and assessed the problem; and gave us feedback that is honest to maintain our sewer line. All doing it through the late hours of a Sacramento day that is hot!

Kevin from Better B is your guy, I mean ceramic god. When he walked in, I thought he was a kind of full time sports star. I thought I had a toilet problem but it was of a sewage pipe problem. Kevin consulted me the price until I consented to the procedure of draining it. If it didn't work out and I needed to call the property management, I wouldn't need to pay for the service. Kevin went into the sewer pipe line and did his company.
In pieces or peace, clients can flush In the end everything worked out.

I wanted to write a Inspection for the guys at Better B Plumbing and Drain. I had an issue installing a new gas drier. I phoned and while I am not sure who I talked with, they could figure out the difficulty I was having and guide me. I even had to call back a second time to ask another question as well as the gentleman I spoke with was more than pleased to help. The drier is installed and working and it is all thanks to the support of Better B. The client service provided the just reinforces it although you had already earned my loyalty in the past with service. You will not find friendlier more educated, or more useful folks everywhere. I cannot recommend Better B more!

Talk about customer service!! We called him at the hour about 1am. I began calling all the 24/7 plumbing firms I could locate on Yelp and didn't leave a voicemail. Was on the phone with a single firm that never returned my call and put me on hold and Branden from Better B called me back- remember , I did not leave a voicemail or anything.
And on top of it all, he was sweet and kept telling me not to do things since I was pregnant. Definitely recommend them)
Plus, of the 6 locations I called, he's the person who really called back and followed with coming to the home.
I'd called companies that I believed he was coming out of another one and called him by the incorrect title - ooops! But he came in, fixed the problem, told us exactly what we would need to do, so the problem would not occur and has been instant and nice during the whole time. He was friendly, easy to work with, caring and we would DEFINITELY use him . I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him know you will not be disappointed with his service.
I will say, he seemed really tired and asked if our job could wait till the afternoon and it was have been considerably cheaper, however, I'm 34 weeks pregnant and my mother in law wanted her bathrooms and shower to be working since we had been seeing. When I said I was pregnant, he said, I'll be right there and certainly enough?m, he pulled approximately ten minutes.

Brandon was professional and knowledgeable. Issue was not fixed by plumbing firm and told me they don't do inside plumbing!? What exactly does that imply?! So I called Better B! Will call Better B for most upcoming plumbing requirements! Thank you Brandon!

Service, can not recall the name that was plumbers but when the drain clean out wouldn't come off he went the other path which usually cost more but charged 15 extra. Also gave me a great wealth of information on what I need to do in the future to protect against any backups. (Adding in another clean out) definitely would urge because he looks out for the customers satisfaction and pockets.

I'm very delighted with the service and I'll use this particular plumber on a regular basis. And as a realtor I shall urge him to all my customers... I suggest that you do exactly the same!
I phoned several plumbers today who could not help me with my issues that were simple. A plumber came by my home and really referred Brandon of better B Pipes... the service man rushed over straight away to repair the issue and lower the price. The issue was a lot less of a problem than what everybody else was saying. The service man mentioned what to do to proper maintenance of my Pipes and gave me tips. He took out the time to explain. I had been given month warranty for each the services provided too.
I am unsure about what occurred with the former yelpers criticism... but I'm writing this Yelp to tell everybody know how satisfied I am with Better B Plumbing & drain service. Since we bought it has been a battle. The drains continuously clog and we've experienced various plumbing issues since we have purchased recently. It has been such a struggle finding a honest and reasonable plumber. Out-of-pocket expenses have been paid by me to several distinct technicians who have yet to be able to help None of them care and are concerned with a service for a dollar.

Everything I needed to make the shower was mended by kevin. He is reliable, knowledgeable and professional plumber, saves time and money. Kudos to Kevin, he's my go to person for any plumbing service.

We picked this company due to their 5-star Yelp reviews. Unfortunately, I can not recommend them. They offered $80 over the phone. Because we're a tiny building when they came out they upped the quotation. After agreeing to the huge increase in price job was completed and a final invoice was introduced for $450... What? When my husband asked why he was advised that"the boss" told him because it took him he needed to charge more.
Thank you for your answer. Unfortunately, my husband is not in physical condition to remove the toilet so we could receive a"reduction" on this project that was quoted at $260 after your man spent time figuring out the range of the problem. Whether a lady would have been introduced exactly the exact same reduction prospect I wonder?

Awesome experience. Called Better B on a Tuesday afternoon with a leaky tube after being dismissed by another company, and they were here in 24 hours. Plus they were gone with surrounding area and stated pipe unclogged left clean. Super super effective, fine, and highly recommended. My plumbing that is brand new outfit.

On the Wednesday prior to Thanksgiving my kitchen sink drain became clogged. I was told by six firms that I would have to wait till Friday for service. Then I called Brandon at Better B. He understood immediately that I had my kitchen sink functioning before Thanksgiving. He came several hours later and fully fixed everything. Highly recommended!
