After my own water heater stopped working, I instantly told me, had another firm look at it with only a look it had to be replaced. Brad diagnosed and actually inspected the heater, came out today and fixed the issue. Brad is professional incredibly knowledgeable and engaging. Next time I have any plumbing or heating issue, I'll be giving a telephone to Brad.
