Robert came out and have me a bidding on a new tankless water heater which was about $2k less than a popular and overpriced competition. I gave him the job and his job was so efficient, fast, clean, and more timely. He and his helper were tidy and friendly .
He was very educated, provided options to me without any pressure and, frankly, he just seemed like an honest man. He had a sense of humor.
As it happens, a friend had a job and she spent$1300 longer for a system that was reachable. My old water heater and also the positioning of the tankless system were difficult to get, which makes his pricing much more of a nod to him.
He did the job several months ago and I have had no problems, although a competitor explained it could not be done how he did it (talks to dishonesty ofMr Rooter in attempting to upsell unnecessary work).

I'm in the flooring business. Had a puncture in a luminous system on the floor. We were able to turn off water, but customer moved in and needed water. Upon calling Hogan Plumbing late this afternoon, mended the leak and they shipped a crew. Fantastic service and reasonable prices I would recommend their services
