Because I headed to work, I called Raul. He had one of his crew, Issac, call me and get into my house at 11. I was given a good estimate by This and I chose to update to a tankless water heater.

That is my 3rd time using RC Plumbing. The first time was about 10 years back and the service and price were fantastic. I woke up to no water. My hot water heater leaked and is 19 years old.
Issac did a fantastic job, I have hot water again. When I need them, I will continue to use this company, they reach me.

I have used 3 times to this company and have had outstanding support. They are reasonable in price and are fast to respond. Will use again!

Highly suggest RC Plumbing to the plumbing needs! Had an issue with bathroom and my dishwasher service and knowledgeable.

This fix was to get a gas line connection underneath the house from the crawl space. I've been at the crawl space after spending 5 minutes down there and I hate everyone around me. Issac crawled a few times examine and to fix my gas line connection. He answered all my questions and explained the fix procedure.
Here is actually the third time I have used RC Plumbing for a fix. This company is customer oriented and also they have some fantastic employees and rates. I really like they react and how they give you when they will arrive a time window. Issac came out for the previous two repairs. Issac is among the most happy plumbers in California.

Apparently slab leaks are their specialty and we were taken such care of. The price was the procedure smoother and less than we initially thought than we imagined. Thank you RC Plumbing for taking good care of our slab leak!!

I had been dealing with a leaking kitchen sink to the longest time. I eventually decided it was time I'm glad that somebody was able to come all the way to Elk Grove. Ricardo was thorough, respectful, and Very prompt. It's great not needing to be concerned about emptying a bucket from under the sink, so I've got a new sink. Thank you so much!!

So my husband is happy with the service because he believes knowledge is power, therefore he does not agree with my critique. I'd no idea the cost until this company left. They were here that is including paperwork and the plumber going outside. I looked up this movie on how to do it and knew the garbage disposal had been clogged:

I can not believe this much would be charged by this company and because of this, I really do NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY & will not have my husband call this company.
For 10 minutes of the time. I thought it was going to be $25-$35 and being my husband would make sure it's being done the right way, I avoided carrying out the fixing of it.

Very professional and gave me a very accurate estimate. The job ended up being minimal and we can do it ourself. I would recommend Rc plumbing and could call them for plumbing issues.

This location was predicted by me for RC for a recommendation. They looked in my mom's issues and came out. However, I never obtained the quote. I called back several time to have the plumber call me and had to call and get the quote. Never did I get a call backagain. I was given explanations as to being busy and only one functioning, etc.. In three week interval I called five times. No way are you going to get my company. Moved on the plumber with ratings and reviews. Shame on you!

We had a water heater pilot light go out three times within 3 to 4 month. Would relight each moment, had a tech come out to diagnose the issue. The water heater still had a warranty for parts
He called the warranty phone number, determined the defective part, thermalcouple. Component was available at Lowe. Tech mended the water heater .

Great support and reasonably priced, would definitely recommend this company to your plumbing needs. Had a congestion in my pipes that had been inducing washer and the kitchen sink to back up into my tub. Called them 10am to ask someone to come outside, and they had someone here by 12pm the exact same DAY! They resolved the issue by snaking my clean out lineup, and only cost $125. The people in the office were super friendly, and so was.

Chris did an outstanding job of understanding and attending our dilemma. Chris is knowledgeable more efficient and easy to use. He has been here and I would recommend him as a superb representative of RC Plumbing.

Raul is a great person and the guys he sends out to you are too. It really helps to know a man when you have a plumber in the household! Raul is that man!
He isn't in to switch and bait plumber mentality and cares about his clients. (along with his guys fixed the problems I was having the very first time-not so with all the"household" plumber. . .hehe)
I won't be using anyone else.

I was referred to the place by my sister. She said she knew the operator. I recently moved in a home where all was going wrong. One of which was my downstairs bathroom flooding. The place couldn't come out until the next day although I needed to use my home warranty service and they had reviews on Yelp. After obtaining the warranty company to let me select my own place I chose RC. They squeezed me for the day about the schedule. I was very customer support and forgot his name but the gentleman that came out was understanding and compassionate. He found the issue known as the warranty company to get acceptance and completed the work. I would certainly use them again and refer family members and friends to this company. Thank you for honesty and your service.

DEPENDABLE AND EFFICIENT. My parents phoned me quite late on a Sunday night. I talked to the owner the next morning and told him my situation, which was so that there could be communication problems, that my parents do not talk a lot of English. I requested they billed me over the phone, and they gave me a time that the technician would be there which I advised my father about as well.
I talked to my pops and he informed me things that were good. The technician came just at the start of the window time that they gave me and done a very efficient, complete occupation. My father said he was quite kind to him was patient in explaining the cause of resolution and issue to him.
It had been nice to know that I could welcome this business into my parents house and believe they are safe. . Most of all, they knew that there was a problem and it felt like they cared to repair it. They were there to do their own job but more than thatthey excelled. Because men!!

Friday pipes emergency. . .the only bathroom in our house! RC Plumbing into the rescue! They came quickly, plumber was comprehensive and professional. Price was reasonable! Would definitely call them! Thank you RC!

RC Plumbing is Wonderful!! Terry, the pipes technician, corrected an issue with a flange. The technician explained potential costs if the initial procedure would not solve the issue and what had to be done. He finished the repair. I requested him to put in the toilet bowl due to flange issue and an uneven floor. The toilet bowl was even installed by him. He assessed the water leak and finished the setup of the toilet's rest. He charged a rate that is fair and did an excellent job.
Terry is quite pleasant to work with.

I have used them several times prior to fixing up plumbing problems . The estimate I got was 795 just to fix a water leak under kitchen sink. They said no, when I asked if they went out there to diagnose the issue. I am now searching for plumbers I will trust again to perform quality work for reasonable pricing.
