Called them to set up for a bathroom install Monday. Called to verify told probably a couple hours. Four hours after, call and told probably another hour. Two more hours go by I have a text stating technician. Thirty minutes go by, I get a call stating technician. It's now been another 30 minutes and no technician. He was just down the way, so visitors is not a issue. I won't ever use this company again. Totally unprofessional. Waiting for technician. Called one final time to be told he is in traffic once I was told that he was around the corner call. Don't use this business unless you enjoy wasting your time!

Again I would highly suggest this co.. Especially Scott J. He came to the rescue today and cared for everything related to the job (leaky faucet & replacement), including calling the city to possess the outside line valve repaired. While we waited to get the city to get here he fixed a toilet.

I wanted emergency plumbing
The water heater had replacing.They found one in Manteca and had it pushed over that night and installed. No messing about.
Ceremony on a Saturday evening, and Jason came out and resolved my issue. Timely and great client support.
We ran into an emergency when doing another job. Our water heater went outside and we needed to get it repaired right away. Rob put in a new water heater and toilet and came out right away. He was friendly and courteous. He did a great job with both installations while we had yet another significant building project. This was the very first time we employed Knight's when required, but we'll call them again.
Orlando did good spending his time to solve the issue that the preceding pipes company could not figure out although at not simply fixing the issue. He was patient the entire time personally and explained to me personally. Very happy our pipes is back to normal and it was an easy process with Orlando along with your business )
Was told that there's a $99 and if we decide to go for them to fix it, that $99 will be waived off. Nope they were charging $99 for comming here + 25 to unloose the shower head expansion pipe (as the plumber clarified ) and called the office said the plumber explained it wrong. This is disappointing indeed, and they have 5 stars here on yelp. Karma don't sleep.
Orlando showed up a couple of minutes early to fix an issue requiring the water. He asked where the service entry was found, but I had not thought. He was looking all over the house trying to find it before I knew it. So the main was discovered by him in which it enters the house and shut the water off there instead.
Had the price been a bit more reasonable with this work.
I declined the sales pitch and even though the price was somewhat large as others have noticed, needed him proceed with the job which was completed quickly without any complications. He took a quick, free look to see if code was fulfilled by the installation, which it did. He noticed the heater was fresh and then explained as the water will strike the tank when the anode had thrown away, which I was not aware of, it is important to replace the anode about every 8 years. And tank life will be considerably increased by replacing the anode according to Orlando.
After seeing the problem that he took a couple of minutes to prepare a written quote with all best case and worst case alternatives, and a sales pitch to sign up for a monthly type program that included some"free" annual services and a discount on the current and any future job.
Orlando did an awesome job in fixing a sewer pipe located in the wall. We are situated in an upstairs condominium, and water was leaking below to the unit. He came by Tues. day & explained why he needed to pull a license. He quickly completed the task and even repaired another pipe that was rusting out. I appreciate the professional, prompt, and reasonable work done by Orlando from Knight's Plumbing
My name is Tony since my water heater heater took a crap tonight and I predicted knights plumbing and drain. I reside here in a gentleman by the name of Scott C revealed up to my house along with Ceres ca! (Let me tell you that I am extremely blessed fate had brought this company to me) he was professional, efficient and very friendly. He informed me I had many problems surrounding my apparatus and since the last people that worked on it (while I was deployed) had illegally modified it, it was going to be somewhat costly. Scott C, I am assuming as he explained the prices to me seen this distress. Then he proceeded to ask me about my army time (I thought just to give me a while to adjust to the reality since the last man that did service in my apparatus cut corner's and it was going to cost me much)but understand it was to take some time to get to know me as a person and somebody else. The reason this is important is because during that conversation I'd said my service period left me 100% disabled and I was stressing because I am on a restricted income and my spouse is my care giver which creates an even bigger hardship in regards to income. Ask his manager of their company would be able to help me and keep the cost down and scott C took it on himself to use this advice. However, you understand what that did not occur. This company took it upon themselves to help a soldier out. This is he first time feel I've came from active duty in 2012 that anyone has ever done anything for me didn't cause me having to ask ( that I don't enjoy doing in the first place, since if I receive a"no sorry we don't offer you a military or disabled vet discount" it drives me crazy, so I've don't even bother asking! I am just going to say this company made it extremely affordable where I could not say"No"! And bigger my spouse and I kept insisting Scott at least and he would take it. He said he just wouldn't believe rite getting a tip from me when I've given so much for this country. This company has left me wondering if I e really have culture and before now I've started to loose faith in society a fare shake. And if you're able to request Scott C, I guarantee he will live up! THANK YOU KNIGHTS PLUMBING & DRAIN! You receive a five star from this VET!!
I got a telephone call from one of the directors at Knight's Plumbing, Approximately 3 weeks later I wrote my review. He wished to know what he could do to make it right so I had been 100% satisfied and had read with expecting a lesser price for the job done. I was stuck trying to do it for a few days and Hector fixed my problem in under 20 mins. Very pleasant and informative. He fixed a leak outside that I had not noticed. I'm going to use them .
While my father is in the hospital, needless to say the plumbing backs up as well. Pipes and drain fixed the drain and on a Saturday. They have a person to answer the phone and coordinate sending a plumber out. The price was a bit steep at $189 for 20 minutes of effort but we're desperate as my fathers home has 1 bathroom. Jason the plumber has been professional and courteous.
Great company, on and time worked out with tub leak going into initial floor's ceiling. All fixed now. :)
