We asked a kitchen sink drain clearing. . .Joe was here in 1/2 hour took care of it, no mess! His organization is now in our Rolo-dex!
Me ripped off. He came in to fix an overflow in the sink. I later realized he is the one which connected the pipes below the home that connected the washer to sink to drain the washing system. Charged me to snake the sink. He even went so far as to yank a water line out in the laundry room. When I asked to get a clear explanation of exactly what he had done. He quoted for an occupation, left the sink still leaking and damaged. I tried becoming a better excuse and he became rude and belligerent. Telling me I'd need to go to pipes school to comprehend how to do his job. He left the kitchen sink in worse shape than before he came. Beware. He takes advantage of the challenged. He refused to offer a receipt, nor warranty the work. His name was Steven.
We've used their services and both times we were happy with the outcome!! Not only did he come at a timely manner, but was speedy and knowledgeable!! We will remain customers of his!!! and highly recommend his company

Hired joe to get a rental property. He sent a kid out. Never won't return calls and got a reception. I Won't Ever hire him
Drain Man Plumbing does work! I live in Valley Springs and had a loss of water pressure brought on by a pressure regulator control valve to my home from the city water main. I called Joe and he responded in 20 min in a fully equipped and nicely marked van. He went to work on the problem, then answered all my questions, was very professional. He had installed a valve that was new without any leaks or problems. Quantity and my water pressure stream now is 100% back to normal! He also installed freeze security at no charge on the piping. Based on my experience, I highly advise that you call Joe at Drain Man Plumbing to make your plumbing repairs or do installations correctly and at a reasonable price!
These guys are great. They were able to come out (after we'd waited a complete afternoon for another company), they had been comprehensive, repaired everything, answered all of our inquiries, pleasant to work with (which is rare nowadays ) as well as THANKED US FOR OUR BUSINESS!!! I recommend them and would definitely use them again. Thanks guys.
The Drain Man is a guy that is fantastic. He came over when I cared for it and had a issue. He's readily answers any questions I have and very accommodating. I would be quite confident calling him again. His hours are flexible and I understand when I want to I will get ahold of him.
