Rooter King Plumbing

Danny came to support a house backup and support that was excellent was supplied by him. He was courteous to us the entire time although he was not just super-knowledgeable. Along with the charges were fair and reasonable. I have used a great deal of plumbing sellers in my own time and for going above-and-beyond the telephone before but Danny deserves proper recognition I have never been inspired to write a review of one. Will use them exclusively.

I can't give less than 1 star to anything. My kitchen sink drain plugged up on New Years Day and I called Rooter King at their plumber Mark along with 6:00 pm said it was holiday speed and it would be $ 160. He said to call back on January 2nd and they'd charge me a regular rate at $80 and that there will be more plumbers focusing on a"routine" day. A holiday speed was not mentioned by the dispatch and I called at 8:30 am on January 2nd and said the plumber would contact me using a time for service. I dispatch advised if I did not hear from the plumber in 45 minutes, to return and called back a second time. Guess what? I needed to call back and the told the plumber Jamal to telephone me. Jamal called me and said that he was overbooked and could not make it out because he had 5 other occupations And to top it off, he said that a holiday speed was charging because everybody else is shut!!!! I could have gone with Mark the night before if they are going to charge me $160 anyways. Mark was available the night before. This company is conducted and doesn't have the customer's best interest in mind. With Rescue Rooter who treated me and gave me a two hour window I went in the end that the plumber would arrive. Go with Rescue Rooter for future reference.

I was right, these men are my new go-to. I called Rooter-King back a couple of months after they fixed my dishwasher to find out if they could correct a few leaking tub taps. The secretary remembered me but remembered that I have an odd working program with days off compared to the usual 9-to-5er does. She advised me for one of my days off so I wouldn't need to worry about missing any job. The plumber (I am sorry, I can't recall who it was off the top of my mind right now) was great, too. Showed up precisely when he said he had both tubs in working order in no time and would. No leaky faucet once the taps are closed! No water!
Rooter-King has treated me well. Their technicians are men who know how to finish their job cleanly and economically and their pricing is spot on. They've been great about warning me if they think some work's price will go past the estimate and are clear about what needs to be done -now - versus what could wait. They're on top of my list if I need additional work done.

Terrible people skillsI dont care that my company uses them will never use them!

It's people like this business that nobody will ever use because they have people skills.
There are people that are rude but there are people that cause you to talk about the receptionist who answers the telephone and feel less! "Ohh I would not know... Uhhh I could not tell you"

We had a clog, I believed was at the line, however he recognized the clog was someplace else at the house, if the plumber from rooter king, Mark showed up. He had to eliminate my bathroom. During it Mark was clear and polite. The problem was taken care of in 40 minutes and only cost 140 on a Sunday. Mark clean up the region before he left. Can use again

Great customer services. Call seeing and 15 minutes after a tech came and repaired it and gone 10 minutes later coming.

They were called by also my Mgr, and had a bathroom , they snaked the line and then came out over 30 mins and fixed the trouble. AWSOME Support

Called occasions and for many days. The lady who answered said she was waiting for plumbers to reunite and assured me they would call. . .no return telephone call:-LRB- My neighbors recommended them liked their work so who knows. . .maybe they never got the message. This was my experience.

Had difficult under the house congestion that was spilling raw sewage. Joseph came within half an hour. He had positive attitude and had to go in from 3 directions to clear it took 2hrs but did not charge any additional. Definitely recommend to use them cause I have had bad experiences in past.

Most of us say it, but I must have called Rooter King. Had the odor good guys out this week sinks. 20 minutes of auger grinding I am told I need to rip out the wall to get a, and they'd be happy to do it. Chris walks in now and 20 minutes water is currently flowing equally drains down. Adding Rooter King into the"call " class on the telephone. Fair, quickly, and also the actual deal. Thanks RK.
