Very pleased with results the service and price.
Our kitchen sink has been backed up. They plus called Roto-Rooter had a plumber in our house first thing. Joe S. managed to unclog the lineup and gave us some tips on how best to prevent this from happening again.

Roto-rooter was contacted by me we had our house inspection done and was told we had some roots in our sewer line and was recommended to wash them out, after. We were not having any problems, we did not want any future problems and simply wanted the roots out as we're re-doing our cellar. The first man (Ariel) came out to our house who was supposed to wash out the roots, (who never did) found among those pipes was a little off place in our front lawn that joins to the town line. The quotation was so ridiculous that I needed to laugh. I told him why there were roots in the pipe and the pipe was never washed out by Ariel when the plumber came out. He just agreed with me and said"we can not guarantee to wash out roots." So basically we paid over $300 for them come out and inform me that there are roots in our lineup (that we knew from our inspection report) and our pipe was a little off set and it will cost me an arm and a leg to have a pipe place repaired in our front lawn. When you get in touch with a company to wash some roots out, it's pretty frustrating and they don't do the job. Today I had another plumber come out of a company that is different that quoted me at 1/4 of the purchase price roto-rooter did and they did not charge me $300 to tell me. Actually, they did not charge me anything. All are so they could get an effort at getting their money back, just an FYI. They provide you to write a review and be placed into a drawing which will find a refund of their money, after roto-rooter comes out to the house.

A bit after lunchtime now, my kitchen sink backed up & spewed water all. My tub backed up. They had Kyle (#4598) at my front door by 4:30 PM & he had been done by 5:30 PM. The drain cleaned with a power snake, then by conducting lots of water analyzed sink & the tub offered an drain cleaner to me to keep the pipes clean. The service call was $284 (with a $50 Yelp coupon) and also the cleaner was $49. As a homeowner I don't have any idea if this really is a price that is fantastic or not, however the support was excellent & I would consider giving RR a call. Kyle was polite, friendly, educated, willing to explain things to me, & cleaned my kitchen floor around the sink when he was done working. Top-notch.

They billed me $320 to install Sharkbite fittings to repair a leak in a ceiling that was closed off. I could have done this! The entire reason I hired a plumber was to avoid fittings that are Sharkbite! Rationale provided was a complete lie. They so were five hours late for their second and failed to show up for their first appointment. .

Came home from holiday and found out my primary drain was clogged and had significant back leak... Called Roto-Rooter and their tech, Caleb #5403 reacted the exact same morning. He appeared to be somewhat experienced and was knowledge capable. I have had other plumbers called to fix the problem before but without the fantastic results he performed. Caleb knew and understood what tools (blade heads) was appropriate and didn't induce 1 method the attempt to repair the issue. He took the time to ensure the job was finished successfully and unlike others who called it good and just ran a snake for a particular period of time. Also supplied and set up a follow-up with a camera snake to ensure nothing has been missed. I'm quite happy.

1st plumber we'd told us completely wrong information about what hardware within our shower would fit our system. 2nd plumber we'd told us the 1st plumber was incorrect (both roto-rooter) then proceeded to actually be quite rude- was quite abrupt in his explanations about why things did not work, told me that he"did not even see the first plumber in the system coming to our house" aka he did not believe me, and when I asked him to provide me a demo of what he did he seemed frustrated and annoyed that he had to show me. All the while- our shower was still not fixed! I called in again and asked to speak to the manager. That was 4 days before, still have yet to hear from him. I won't ever use Roto-Rooter again and to be honest have used a plumber that is different in the region who had been knowledgeable, KIND, also got the work done in under 2 hours!

3) They did NOT leave any messages earlier, as they claimed.
2) If they could not perform the ceremony 7-11pm, why did not someone notice it if they looked in their program Mon AM and call me as soon as possible to reschedule or allow me to cancel? I might have had all day Monday through biz hours to find another plumber. Rather, they waited to call me at 8:30pm, likely because waiting to tell me after business hours would raise the chances that would I'd reschedule the appt. Together with them.
At 8:30 pm , they called and said they do not really have proficient technicians accessible after 5pm so they would have to reschedule my occupation to the day, monday.
For a plumbing call to fix my hot water heater, I called on a Sunday evening.
Their customer services and I spoke to a manager about my disatisfaction. To his credit, he wasn't defensive listened, and guaranteed they would learn from their mistakes to avoid these situations in the long run.
However, that does NOT cure the fact that I have no water - AGAIN for another day. Common sense business practices and service would have saved me a headache in locating another plumber and paying for emergency charges.
They maintained they left me a message to tell me in 5:30pm Monday (they didn't leave any messages).
Their outgoing telephone message clearly says that they supply"after hours pipes service" - but apparently not in case you will need someone proficient enough to take care of a water heater! I mentioned in the original call my water heater needed service. So their advertising is misleading.

These all have read the testimonials for Littleton. Expensive. Notoriously late. Refuse to provide pricing.

So I called Roto Rooter I had sewage back up in my basement that was newly remodeled. They had pipes and pipes people at my house fixing the issue the next day, all of whom were friendly and very professional. They helped me throughout the process, including advising me about filing an insurance claim. They presented themselves as professionals and I would certainly use them again if needed. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because when I initially called at 8:30pm at night, it took a few followup phone calls from me to explain it would be better to have them all come out first thing in the afternoon for a consultation than wait all night for them to appear, since they just had a few guys on call later. It would have been better had they told me from the beginning.

We called in this morning for an emergency call when we discovered our basement laundry, shower and toilet drain all had backed up. They explained they'd have somebody out in the morning. They had not called or shown up by so I called dispatch and said somebody would call me at 12:00pm no one had called so I called. Got someone that said they'd have their next open truck to our residence. They finally came about 1:00pm. Turned into my opinion that was poor with the shipment right into a outlook that was favorable. They were very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. They were able to fix the congestion and provide us of why we have backed up, a solution. The technicians would be recommended by me to everyone. I am glad I did not call anyone else when I was frustrated with the dispatch office. They do good, honest work for a sensible price!

Bottom line, we'd plumbers in our house for approximately 8 hours on a Sunday, when it seems if the work could have been completed appropriately first time the work should have taken approximately an hour (in accordance with the second plumber).
We sat down together with the plumber to examine the charges and they had almost tripled with no services provided, outside of their time this morning from our payment.
When the second plumber came he brought a drain snake system. After snaking the lineup for some time the second plumber advised the plumber's equipment was faulty and not so he was not able to wash out the line functioning correctly. About 9:30 p.m. they completed their work, the lineup was clean and water was flowing freely with no backup issues.
The communicating up front was excellent and the expectations of when someone could be out were exceptional.
So he phoned a second plumber to come and help with the 25, the plumber worked on the line for several hours with no chance. Another plumber has been traveling from Parkerup to our house in Arvada and came approximately an hour afterwards, near 8 p.m.. The first plumber suggested he was a plumber that was legitimate and could repair and replace our pipes, however this other plumber has been a lineup cleaner and knew what he was doing.
We called Roto-Rooter 11/10/2013 (on a Sunday) as our cellar drain was backing up. We called the dispatch department around 11:30 a.m. and were counseled someone could be out within 2-hours and we'd be notified 30 minutes prior to their arrival. Dispatch called again advising a delay was and they'd notify us when the plumber was accessible. They called about 10 minutes would be to our home in 30-45 minutes.
Right now the second plumber advised he recommended we send a camera line down our drain to determine if there were any other issues and this could cost another $150. This extra service was refused by us as the lines were flowing. The first plumber advised us that there were going to be added fees and also to snake the line farther out. There was not any indication of these extra fees prior to after the work advised of service to be performed, was completed, which was clearly a different strategy from when the plumber came and associated charges.
We hired Roto-Rooter due to their reputation. If we needed to employ a plumber that was going to come in and not explained the practice of any fees we may incur we might have elected one of thousands of plumbers in the Denver Metro region to satisfy these needs, but we needed a company that could charge us reasonably quantities and explain to us exactly what fees we may incur prior to performing the work.
When the plumber came he was friendly, considerate, and immediately proceeded to troubleshoot the issue. He advised up front exactly what the fees were to achieve that, and advised he'd want to snake the drain. He asked to confirm it was okay for him to proceed with that work. He worked on the primary drain line and indicated the work was completed. We analyzed by flushing a few toilets and there were not any copies. Paperwork was finalized and we issued payment for the charges incurred. For snaking the lineup, and we purchased a bottle of drain 17, these were known fees. No other fees were incurred.
About 10 minutes after he left we ran the drain and also our washing machine started to backup. We called Roto-Rooter and he was sent back to tackle. He attempted to snake the lineup again so he advised he went to remove the bathroom to try to snake through that line. There was no indication at this time there could be any extra fees.
Additionally, as the second plumber that came managed to snake the line with his equipment this does not appear to have been necessary and it seems the plumber has been experienced in this aspect of the job.
Both plumbers were friendly and courteous, but the absence of explanation on additional fees was beyond frustrating. The plumber decreased our bill as he could see our frustration, but it was 200 more than the initial bill we paid in the afternoon, with no reason for the same.
The cost to remove the bathroom was greater than the cost to snake but if we'd known there was almost a $300 fee to remove the bathroom, we'd have eliminated and reset it ourselves.
The reason was due to the communication from dispatch and the approach of the pipes.

Hi, I had plumbing work completed with Roto-Rooter in the Denver / Lakewood area by Hunter on 01/04/2016. Hunter was very professional and polite, he gave us a honest price and a opinion. Because of hunter Roto Rooter has obtained a new and loyal client. Thanks so much! -Edward

The plumber cleaned up and left, gave an estimate, did a great job and was first. Are wonderful! Thanks again! Would recommend highly!!

We had a backed up lineup in our basement and Jim Julien and Fred were out within 2 hours of their telephone request. Professional, comprehensive provided the info needed to keep the problem from occurring. Following their trip was pleasant then, there was a courtesy call made.

Paul came out to our house to clean out a clogged sewer drain, they had been within 90 minutes of calling and in my house on time. He was happy to explain and answer my questions and was very knowledgeable. Very pleased with the service and could use them again.

They refused to give me a ballpark price on a clogged kitchen drain over the phone. When the plumber came he lent me a live near $400. I sent him off.

Down the drain I delivered a lot of dog food in a moment of stupidity. It generated a plug which I couldn't handle my house snake tool. Technician 1509, jason, came out over an hour of my call. The pipes under my sink is all wrong--too many twists and turns along with a so Jason remained for more than two hours trying to get various tools, and out plug work. He also got the snake tool to work and sawed off the plug that was glued. He even made a special trip out to have a wing nut plug in to replace the wash out . A 6 wing nut plug is not saved by any charges, along with the drain functions. Fast and great service a check at the cellar went wrong downstream.

Called a plumbing company to come out for a kitchen sink that was slow jogging. This afternoon, so we called Roto-Rooter, his quote was too expensive. Paul came out and cleared the drain that was running. He explained about our pipes why the drain ran slow and to us house with pipes and a toilet connection to the identical pipe that needs to be worked on. He explained everything so well that I could understand! Paul was on-time and curteous.
