I'm confident referring other people to Jeremy D, David B, and their Supervisor
Tipping Hat's Service Pro, David B. managed to finish work on the installment of the furnace in a few really tight spaces. He had to manage a tiny, dirt crawl space underneath the house and managed to re-attach ducts. He had been pleasant positive and hard working.
Mark J. the manager on the furnace setup project was the very first man we met from Tipping Hat. He is respectful, understanding and kind. He managed to describe why and what had to be done and took the time to thoroughly examine our heating situation that was difficult and complex. All of our questions were promptly answered, he was available for a telephone call and put additional effort into creating a strategy and setting up a team. Mark was considerate of our feelings, always reassuring us and promptly addressing our concerns all.
Tipping hat has talented employees who do secure, clean, and work that is total! I strongly recommend them! We are no more cold in our home thanks to service pros Jeremy D, and Mark J and David B.
Jeremy D. Tipping Hat's Service Pro, provided extraordinary service during the setup of the new furnace! He is respectful, considerate, professional and educated. We're comfortable with him as he took care installing our thermostat and kindly showed us how to use it. Jeremy was very patient and required time to answer our questions all. He done and went over and beyond to make sure that we obtained exactly what we had AND he saw that the job was up to code! We're so oblivious of his compassionate understanding of our situation and also his completion.
Employed there service in my old house and they were Fantastic....tech was awesome and work was done Fast and Economically I called them to schedule function . Needed to schedule a ways.
My address, which gave was asked by the receptionist. Told him I took time off work. He made a comment that"guess I did not know you." Turns out a few hours after I confirmed my appointment, I canceled it left me a"message" to inform me . They didn't leave message....as I have an extremely reliable mobile.
They didnt show up in the agreed time so I gave a phone call to them. I explained that no showed up, and who was, that I had an appointment and wanted to know an ETA.
Fine....ill just locate a new electrician.
We have had a couple of times to Tipping Hat in our home. Twice, quick, friendly service impressed us for troubles. Every time, they might have pushed us but appeared to cut us a break. We were impressed.
So, once snowstorm & the enthusiast mid-May cold breeze hit yesterday and our furnace went cold, we gave them a call.
So, when dollars are in play while I tip my hat for the small things to these guys, I'll call someone else. Now's experience smacked of either incompetence or dishonesty. I can not manage either.
To make a long story short, I am sitting in my toasty living room right now because we billed me $80 less for it, and predicted a competitor, who came over this day, fixed only Section B. He said there was nothing wrong and it appears he's right. Instead of spending $1900 to fix a furnace that was $2000, I dropped a fraction of that.
"Past performance is not an indicator of future success"
Their supervisor/tech, who explained that Part A was broken and needed replacing called me. $1100. Once he replaced he would tell me if Part B ($800) was defective. Hmmm--Spider Sense Tingling. He needed a credit card, if I wished to move. Considering that the card was in my own car, a few minutes' walk from my office, I asked if he can email me and if I could call him back. He said that if he took the opportunity to email mepersonally, he couldn't guarantee service that day. My toddler's bedroom was 59 degrees. I felt pressured. I realized my furnace that was builder-grade cost $ 2k and walked outside to find the card. He was pushing on spending nearly that to repair it. I phoned him back and passed.
Again my kitchen has been torn up for a month I am not waiting at another two weeks for one business to show up
I was given a phone number to tipping hat from one of my customers has a phenomenal company so I contacted them and scheduled for somebody to come out and help me with my outlets in my ripped apart kitchen I have been waiting for a month and have had four additional electrician companies not show up I didn't get a phone call from tipping hat that they have an emergency and have to pump may have a week maybe two.
Sean F. (sales representative) from the beginning was by far the reason I opted to work for this business. His expertise and professionalism went a long way. His team came to the appointment on time, and to be honest I've never in my life seen such a hard working group of individuals. The whole day the two service pros who worked were Jeremy D and David B. They all came in, greeted me and said hello to my puppies (and even played them a bit), and got right to work. My whole system (A/C, furnace/water heater) was installed in a couple of hours. I will ALWAYS recommend this business since they really blew me off.
OMG tipping hat into the rescue. We have used them over and above, this is our move into company. My kitchen sink stopped up, my initial and final call was to tipping hat. Joey came out to find out what our problem was knowledgeable and useful. He arrived back to blow you away. His information was precisely what I wanted. Scheduled an appointment tomorrow to have our difficulty. Thank you Joey for your wonderful input and help. It's totally my joy to use such a talented, and caring individual, I truly appreciate all of your input. Tipping Hat is my kind of company. In most of the projects they have done for me I will continue to use them and they're number 1 in my book. Thank you Tipping Hat.
I had someone come to my house to give a quote for repairing a major water shut off valve to me and they were able to do the job the moment! Brian Colasuonno was very professional. He did so that I took off one star for that, attempt to upsell me on something unrelated to my job that I didn't think was necessary. Additionally, it took nearly 20 minutes to him to give me a written estimate, and so I took the next star for that off. Another firm that came out managed to give me a quote in just 3 minutes of looking at the issue and emailed me as well. I think TH makes their support people fill out all kinds of info to give a comprehensive and multi level quote document. I can see where if I had it wasn't needed.
This was the very first time that I used Tipping Hat. They did a furnace review. Dan Ludewig was very professional and explained what he was doing within this review. I recommend Tipping Hat and will use them again when the need arises.
Honest folks to work with. Replaced evaporation furnace and cooler in 1 day. Really professional. Laid down covering when installing furnace, to reduce carpet. Clean & spotless when they left. If needed, would use them again.
Joey Crowe was amazing! He was professional, polite and very thorough. He clarified my choices . Joey was comprehensive but aware about my time, which was much appreciated. It's not simple to find decent customer service nowadays, keep up the great job Joey!
OMG.. I hired toilet workings to be replaced by them. First thing he did was examine water quality and attempt to sell me a filter system. Finally got bathrooms fixed at price but did not acquire leaky faucet. What? Professional plumber could not fix faucet? I cant' believe it. Don't call them
I called this business at the beginning of the summer to support my Swamp Cooler. I did so since this was advertised on their web page. The technician came out, to his credit that he got it working and Hooked the cooler up. He did not charge for this service.
Today, the water pump is still working. Obviously I wasn't going to cover that much. I think they did not want to do a small job like this. He'd advise me to phone a man that is handy.
Joey was fantastic. We had another tech come out to"ensure that they brought the correct parts" if they did the job. He was about why he was even there, confused and arrived, and wasted his time off work for nothing. In addition, he wreaked of cigarettes. Then a tech came a few days later to do the job and without mentioning anything grabbed a COOKING pot to catch the nastiness from our broken disposal used my nice kitchen RUG to soak up water that was filthy! To make matters worst, he left later he'd left for us to see that pot on our kitchen counter. Should have their own suppies understanding t will happen??? Or at least ask for an old towel or bucket, which we had!? Currently looking for a new plumber. UPDATE- we went with heating and plumbing and it cost us less than half the price Hat lent us and they had been so professional!
These men bent over backward to get my faucet issue fixed in a timely manner. The gentlemen I worked with were very friendly. By Robert at the workplace, to Dana the service expert, to David and Dan the repair professionals, I was treated courteously and professionally. I like these guys! :)
And installer did not appear to understand what the codes were. . .was on the phone a lot asking.
Work didn't pass inspection.
Well I decided to utilize home adviser, and HomeAdvisor indicates that my appointment is set for 11 AM. 11 AM came and went no longer Hat AC. So I called them and they said no there's a window between 11 and one so that I said I figure I will have to wait around for you guys to show up no problem then. 1 o'clock comes around so I called them and I explained what's going on and nobody shows up again? They stated no we've got you scheduled for Monday and I said no that I just talked with you men two weeks ago and you said my window now was from 11 to 1. So spend thousands of dollars and needless to say if they can not even schedule appointment I'm not going to use them. No way.
Sent a non licensed electrician for your own residence. Work and code did not pass. Looked up the electrician on the Colorado licensing board.
Do not use them. They are just a generator service which farms work out.
We moved into a house and within 3 months the HVAC unit that was 27-year-old moved out. The bidding was won by Tipping Hat, although got quotes from a lot of different businesses. They allows in hand, were out the next day and completed A/C set up that day and with the new HVAC. The techs function was clean, clean, and best of all, working great. These items can be expensive and you should always bid the job out to numerous businesses, but with that said, I'd include Tipping Hat on your list of businesses. Great job.
When I called to schedule it, I told them my unit was just about 3 years of age. Right away they explained they had no spots available for the entire season. Really?? Because there won't be much chance of anything being wrong together, I can only guess that's because they do not need to see tune up models. How disappointing. I won't use them for whatever. There's too much competition for my enterprise.
Chris Creach is a master of tragedy!
He'll be able to calmly rectify any plumbing issues (whether self-induced or not) you have. He is honest fair and keeps everything tidy and clean. He'll give a few choices to you based on the severity of the situation, allowing you to earn a decision that is affordable and wise.
Unlike plumbing difficulties, I've waited to write a review sorry.
