Thank you Anthony and Colorado Sewer Service!
* Upfront about pricing
My line couldn't be caught by my company . They called my job and Colorado Sewer was completed in 3 months. Antonio did a fantastic job and was a pleasure to work with. It's exactly what you want. Timely work and very reasonable prices. I've a couple of rental houses and Colorado Sewer has a new customer.
If you have any sort of Sewer issues. . .give Colorado Sewer Service a call!
Omar is the Sewer Line Whisperer!
These guys are past professional and clarify what they're doing in an easy to understand fashion.
Hopefully we're not going to need your services anytime in the future, but when we do we will definitely be called Colorado Sewer. Top notch!
After a few of hours had passed, Nico had predicted and allow me to know he was on his way (it was 4pm). I was shocked that they had been early! Nico came and has been friendly. He discovered a grease clog down our plumbing around 25ft and snaked our line. He was able to get everything working again within an hour and fixed! $169 was billed which was about $10-$30 more than their opponents, but for them to come out same day has been worth it!
First of all I want to begin with saying that following our kitchen flooded due to a severely backed up pipe somewhere in our walls, Colorado Sewer Service was the sole plumbing service from the 6+ which we predicted that was able to view us TODAY. I'm not certain why HVAC/plumbers cant have more availability, after all when many people call them for help its usually a situation that requires immediate attention (flooding kitchen, heater went out to a cold day, water heater out and your whole household cant shower, etc..)
Once I phoned around 11am when we called to make an appointment they told us that a 7pm. I didnt care that the window was that late, I was just thrilled that somebody could come help us get our kitchen sink and sink functioning so we could use our kitchen. In addition, I work from home so that this was a huge diversion and I needed to get it repaired.
We had another company(Rooter Town) outside said sewer was plugged needed to dig to fix. Youre tech showed up and opened up the line (tree roots) in an hour everything was back to normal. I will use this company from now on.
They sent. Who does that? Sold.
I arrived home with a backed cellar drain and bags of laundry from vacation. They came out the night and fixed it.
Thanksgiving morning our sewer line backed up. They were there in a couple hours and stored our Thanksgiving.
Came on weekend. Resolved problem. Brian -Really knowledgeable. 100 percent would ask for Brian every time and would call them back
They were quick, polite and professional. Only comment is that they simply clean out lines. They cannot mend sump pumps, or lift stations. If this is your problem, these aren't your men to call. It will net you a invoice for $129. :-(
I can't say enough good about this company. We had a major stoppage problem on both bathrooms. Alan was consultative and my husband was out of town and worked until the whole sewer line was clear. He was professional and a quite difficult worker. Cleaned the regions and was sweet. They were affordable and it is SO APPRECIATED after setting ripped off by several folks lately. Fantastic company. Five stars. Highly recommend!!!! Alan deserves a promotion! :)
This is most certainly the best place for all your needs. I called them and they were here within a hour was excellent. Second they're so fine was really friendly that goes a long way in my own book, Cody came. Got the clog. Fantastic service. Strongly recommended.
Colorado Sewer arrived to wash my sewer now. My sewer line is not clean, while the technician was friendly and personable.
I had a sewer scope done later this day at which the line is still occluded, and they discovered spots! They stated they would have to send their particular camera, when I called Colorado Sewer to ask them to remedy their work. I would have to cover this--$100! Should they see the same occlusionsthey will re-clean.
This is unacceptable, particularly since Colorado Sewer is among the pricier sewer!
Don't, do not, do not utilize Colorado Sewer!
Had a clog in our kitchen sink and had someone over in less than one hour. Service was professional and fast. Highly recommend!
Called Colorado Sewer Service on a Monday to find out about getting them come out and clean our sewer line because of tree roots being found during a sewer extent. They were able to come the next day and at the earliest part of this 3 hour window! The technology was very friendly and clean; and they got a 90 day warranty on their work.
Would absolutely work with them .
Just had Colorado Sewer Service service out to my home this morning and they rocked it! Norman was quick for my home, awesome in describing everything, and quick to figure the situation out he had been doing. He had been respectful and professional if I ever need help with my sewer line and I'll call them in a heartbeat. I would recommend them.
Wow. . .what a wealth of advice she was. It appears to be important for a business to have their front person be considerate and knowledgable (and in such a case empathetic, which she was). She gave me the run down of their fees (wow. . .where are they the last 24hr of my life?) They bill by two hr increments and it was the cheapest.
It was a long night the very first night of calling emergency after hour technicians that! The plumber who came out didn't do anything to help us. In reality, while he was snaking the line (in the riser out ) he told us he would"feel that the origin" as the cable bucked back and then he kept pushing it "cut up the origin". We went downstairs while he was doing this only to find the"origin" his cable was actually the end of the pipe which lead back into the house and it was hitting the wall. We know nothing but needed also to stop and to inform him that was really NOT a origin but the wall. Note: this was a random following hours plumber and NOT anyone from Colorado Sewer (we had not contacted Colorado Sewer nevertheless; we were novices at wee midnight hours at this point!)
The young guy came out who was SO nice and knowledgable. He worked for two hours AT LEAST. Then he called for another co-worker to come evaluate the issue for its"jetting". The next gentleman came, explained the situation (after again, working for another hour or even more).
We'd sewer back up into our basement toilet toilet and tub.
We made it rain that day paying each of these fools to , snake the drain and provide us their $5,000-10,000 estimate to"fix" the issue. In other words, until I spoke to a real line fix individual who recommended Colorado Sewer to"jet" it (I hope I'm calling it the appropriate process; essentially large pressure water to purge the congestion, whatever it may be). I was also told that they were expensive, fair and trust worthy (at this point I was skeptical of everyone.)
This is a long story so I try to get to point of the review and will spare you the details.
Ok, so it was not THAT short of a story but still...
THANK YOU Colorado Sewer for saving the (very long) day!
We went thru six plumbers (the next day) and also the city actually came out to check the tap and the main (which we had been told weren't the issue ). We had quotes of up to $10,000 from most stating our lawn required to be dug up because after all we live in an 100 yr old home, right and traces replaced? What I learned from that 24hr period (and it was alot) is the old pipes may have a flow but probably have for 40yrs and that is fine. A crack doesn't need complete line replacement and an whole lawn excavation. None of these issues were apparently our problem but we genuinely didn't understand not being the expert.
I really needed to cry and hug their necks when the congestion was eliminated in about 30 minutes and we, following 24hrs of not having working sewer (image: no toilet flushing, no showers).
Give them a call when you have problems on your sewer line. If nothing else, then call them and they will be honest and let you know if they're the people for your job. You aren't going to get in a catastrophe and taken advantage of if you are desperate.
Late night (10:30pm) call to Colorado Sewer for a filthy main... that they were very professional, prompt, and the rates were quite reasonable considering the time of night. They supplied a service fee which was fair, with an hourly fee.
Jonathon was fantastic with communicating, and that I really laughed when he told me how soon he would arrive (though was likely luck... You would not expect any late night support to be there in 15 minutes). He remained until the problem was figured out (roots nearly 120' down the long front driveway), and was courteous and professional with my tenants.
I will most definitely use Colorado Sewer again, and I will recommend them.
The last result (and obtained a second opinion) I just have to do tree root maintenance in my sewer lines fall and spring which is very very inexpensive in comparison to an unneeded 12k sewer line replacement.
The technology that came out at all was not appreciated by me. The City Of Arvada will view the video at no cost and give you a second opinion on if you need a substitute or not.
Frankly they got the job done and rid the roots from the point but not without making up and trying to upsell me.
He tried to tell me since it was on so they would likely have to cut out pipe rusted that they wouldn't have the ability to get this giant steel cap. I showed him that the clean out where he was able to get in and that is but didn't he ask or look in the first location for one?
Then he told me it was bacon grease which clogged my sewer. I don't pour down bacon grease there. He then said he made it apparent but could not get his instrument back out so we probably had a busted line (which by the way is $12,000+). He suggested that I have it scoped to get an extra $235. I laughed and told him no way since we simply had the sewer scoped for $100. If I paid him $125 that night another company could come out and take action, he said. Having a name like that, I'm fairly sure that company would tell me I needed my sewer line replaced.
They came out at night for no extra charge to fix a sewer. My cellar shower has been overflowing with sewage water and also flood my downstairs.
Norman came out when his firm was known as by HOA. This business that's a good sign is used by HOA. Norman recognized the issue. It had nothing to do with HOA or community piping. He took 15 minutes to repair it. Costs were reasonable. I recommend particularly and their service Norman who had been knowledgable and friendly.
We hired another plumbing business to resolve a drain blockage, what should happen to be a very simple issue. They told us it had been an HOA problem and failed to mend it.
Next timeI won't use. Trust crowd encounters that are sourced so long as the testimonials seem. Also, good idea to contact HOA to get a referral.
Totally recommend these folks!
Service was friendly and I LOVE that he did not attempt to sell us more solutions. Paid $189.50 which is exactly what they told me it'd cost for as many as 100 feet and he'd 110. In addition, he gave us recommendations on what to do so we do not have some issues (so long Charmin and hello Costco!)
Called the company and they stated they would place it on the Atta Boy plank.
For a sewage block and Brian was wonderful had them come out! Considerate of our carpeting and literally scraped against the wheels of the snake .
