We are going to give a camera inspection with any drain cleaning service when you select Klear Klogs to you! They came out and Klear Klogs were called by me and fixed the problem quickly. They not only showed up at their service period that is guaranteed, but our support tech Terrence was patient and courteous with any questions we had. We have had no problems using the pipe, but I understand that if I need service anyplace else in my home they will be my very first call! I would advise Klear Klogs to anyone!! I put in the day to Klear Klogs to get a quote and recently needed assistance with my sewer line. Terrence's customer support is outstanding and I would highly recommend Klear Klogs and Terrence . I had a clogged drain pipe at my organization, I called Klear Klogs and I really talked to a individual rather than a machine, they were on time and fixed the problem, support tech was very courteous, professional, and understood what he was doing. Really refreshing experience, I'd recommend Klear Klogs for everybody. I called Klear Klogs and Terrence replied the phone. . .That alone is helpful NO answering support. . .Terrance was professional and helpful, he managed to answer my questions before he was at my home. . .He was upfront and honest, I managed to get a price before hand and not have to hear"a tech might have to come out until we can inform you that". The very next day he came to my house, on a Sat I must add and there wasn't an extra charge or some other charge that other businesses come up with since it is not M-F or after 5pm. . .He managed to give me a 2 hour window along with a called ahead. He had been at my house when he said he would be...I'd Never call another firm over Klear Klogs.... Terrance went out of the way to ensure that drain was apparent and also to assist me with a remedy. Out of Klear Klogs, Terence was predicted by us after a failed attempt with a firm.

Klear Klogs advised us if they can't fix the problem we do not need to pay. So we decided to offer them a go.

I have been coping with a toilet sink/tub for quite a while. It has been like that since we moved and really frustrating. No one knew how to fix it.
Terrance got there right in time and our drain was fixed by him in 45 minutes. It works.
It's embarrassing to have your own knees are filled to by the shower before it drains. We wanted to get it repaired because we had family visiting and were going to try another plumber,
Since I was not given a quote prior to work done, when I complained they offered me $25 back.
That calculates out to more than 181 per hour.
A word of warning. Be sure prior to having any service done to find a quote. I requested service on a slow draining sink in the restroom plus a clogged basement sink. The entire charge was $559.95 (less a senior/2nd job reduction ) which made the bill $463.
I would not have consented to pay $275 for a slow draining sink.
The charges in my opinion are gouging although the service has been performed.
Said that they do not work hourly but instead by the occupation when I whined. A clog is a level $275 each.
We can't say enough good things. Our pipes had a problem we was severe. Not able to use toilet pipes, laundry area or our kitchen. Saw the testimonials that were great and gave them a call around 2pm. Thought days, we would need to wait. They stated they could be there in a few hours. We were so happy. Terrance called letting us know he'd be here in 25 minutes. Terrance was extremely professional and fixed our problem Thank you Terrance for saving us! We highly recommend this company for any plumbing problem.
Professional from start to finish. He got back to me quickly, made an appt for the day, was running but predicted to let me know. Before it'd be $275 to $375 predicated on which I had, was told. $275 without a upselling, issues, or openings. If cardiac operation was this simple. He was cautious about bringing equipment into the home and I'm good for another 30 decades! .
If I had a problem sure I would call Terrance.
Terrence from Klear Klogs identified the issue as a town issue came to my house, called them advocated for me and stayed until the problem was resolved. Sure, I paid him. However, $350 to get a true specialist who looks out for you is worth. He rescued my basement from flooding with water and rescued me from a burglar. What an awesome Guy.
Normally I dont advertise business and some may think its a joke however, my drains in my home were blocked and I called a"Drain Expert" to clean them out. Being a home you may expect issues like this. The man said I needed a new sewer line ans 10k-$15k. I panicked and frankly was shocked. I called another company for another opinion.
Terry out of Klear Klogs arrived at the house today with everything was to be a dry 22, to assist me. He was cheerful, considerate and hard working and let me tell you that was a nasty job. The price was quite fair. I recommend and trust Klear Klogs.

We had an issue with our sewer line that abandoned water. We needed help fast and after calling several plumbers (which advised us they couldn't assist ) we discovered Klear Klogs. What a god send. Terrance came quickly and went to work. He had been friendly, hardworking, educated and super helpful. The final cost was also fair. I would reccommend Klear Klogs and Terrance to everybody.
