I phoned F.F Hitchcock on the Friday my unit collapsed, John Bowman was first thing Saturday morning, and by Wednesday, we had a brand new unit up and operational. In the time it would have taken another provider to send us a quote, F.F Hitchcock had installed a new unit for us...

I had a service contract. Within a day after the visit, components began to fail, and the unit collapsed entirely again after they came to correct a connector.
I asked when they might come out and replace it, and they said it'd take them a week, just to come out to put together a quote, and they wouldn't have the ability to install for another month! Having a two month this was unacceptable.
I can not thank for functioning due to our plight with a baby at home with a feeling of urgency, John and the team enough.
Being a regular customer (which will now alter ) my wife called our usual company and a few other people to put an emergency order, the motorist came less than an hour afterwards and rescued us from running out of petroleum. . Excellent company with superior customer service will now be my go to whenever I want oil
My furnace stopped working around. I predicted there first thing in morning and they had been fixed my problem superfast and in my house outstanding service that they came through for me!! Thank you!!!
An absolutely organization to deal with. I was going to run out of oil - unfortunately as snow was expected. F.F. Hitchcock diminished to deliver, so that I had to make calls to half a dozen other places so that my elderly mother wouldn't freeze to death. I had to grovel, but was able to locate. Afterward I was amazed to discover F.F. Hitchcock did, after all, deliver - and happily billed me for this. They refunded the cash on the condition I create monthly payments - that from (I admit) spite I made $10 a month. And there followed a longlong set of"mistaken" charges of over I authorized, wildly erratic scheduling for the fees due, apparently, to incompetent or poor staff, and some exceptionally unpleasant email and telephone conversations with the extremely unprofessional VP John Bowman. What a human being to need to deal with. I wouldn't have anything to do with these people ever again even to keep my mom from freezing to death - sorry, Mom.
