Cardinal Plumbing staff are exceptional! I've used them twice and they'll be my go to for all plumbing needs going forward. From asking a quotation, getting a call back communicating with the tech, and the authentic service the experience was nothing but exceptional. Willie Lopez was our latest tech and we could not be happier with the service he provided and professionalism.

I did get an emailed copy. I did an online search at one of the home and started looking over the prices improvement stores and has been floored by I. The 1/3 horsepower sump pump which I paid $575 for market. The test valve for the sump pump which I paid $265 for sells for only $25.
I would strongly NOT recommend Cardinal Plumbing Heating & Air since they billed me over twice what a different plumber would have billed. During a heavy rainstorm we had water leaking into our basement, and so I phoned them and they sent a plumber called Jesse out. He arrived and said that the sump pump and the check valve for the sump pump had been bad....both found in a closet in our cellar.
I felt I had been scammed big time decided to phone another plumber and inform them what I had done and see what they would charge.
Pump - $230
Would advise anyone needing plumbing work done to prevent Cardinal Plumbing like that I did or else you may acquire ripped-off. Below is a photograph of my receipt showing the fees with personal information. Click on the photo.
I known as one which had good ratings and he said that the total to put in Both items such as parts and labour would be around $400 broken down like this:
I didn't have a clue about the expense since this was an emergency and I had something done because water has been leaking into our cellar, I told him to go ahead and do it. So the total with the $179 warranty included came to $1019 plus change.
So I was billed by Cardinal Plumbing of what a different plumber would charge for exactly the exact same thing, over twice. I phoned and talked in Cardinal with a manger and complained about the charges and asked for a partial refund but he flat out refused. Since I told him I would never be using them 24, he didn't agree to repay the $179 for the service guarantee.
He finished the job in about one hour and then pulled his iPad again and had to scroll through screens and that I signed or initialed with my finger where told me to. There was a lot of jargon which I really didn't have time to read so that I took Jesse's sentence on which I agreed to when I signed or initialed. It was in registering the iPad using the very tiny font, frustrating I could read.
Valve - $50
When I was done signing, he left did not provide me a receipt or proof that the job was done since it was on the iPad and said a copy of what I had just signed would be emailed to me the following day. I have never had a business doing work on the house not provide me a copy and that I didn't feel comfy.
Labor - $114
He'd an iPad type apparatus with him and he showed me the prices on the iPad for the check valve and a new sump pump. He scrolled through the items quickly and gave me a total of around $990 to replace both that came to $677 for the sump pump and $312 for the test valve. He said do not charge an hourly rate like plumbers do but that the labor to install the parts is built into the purchase price.
He said that if I consent to purchase their one year service guarantee for $179, he could take off 15% of the purchase price of the two parts so that if he takes off the 15% ($148) then adds the $179 back on then I truly wind up paying only $31 for the support touch.

Lesson learned, but glad I have somebody who shows up fast and fixes things!
5 stars for pace and Willy and Twanda who called to organize it all! Because that was a whole lot of money to unclog a toilet 4 stars.
I have going on this week so just having one less thing to do/worry about made it to pay nearly $300 to have a auger done. SadlyI getting a three foot auger rather than a 6 and saving $20 was why today I invested the money.

This provider is honestly full of people. They saved me a lot of grief sending someone out for a same-day phone to investigate a busted hot water heater- a balm to my nervous soul that day along with a faster response time compared to any other firm managed. I highly suggest them for their efficiency and professionalism. They're very fast very responsive, very friendly, and incredibly good. I regret that their rates are competitive, because it loses them company.

After I got the estimates, very Expensive company never went together. They have excellent reviews and I am sure they do good work but I guess over paying not me people like. Each of the companies I went did a good job a roughly half the cost.

We'd he explained everything to me and Barry Baker come out to our house He was so thorough and professional and made me feel so taken care of I signed up for the maintenance package understanding he will be the one! He managed to repair my ac and it is running great ever since! Thank you Barry!!!! You're a money life saver!!!!!!

Willie was on top of the game and came out. Everything was done in moment. And at the end that the pricing has been the He snaked my kitchen drains and installed a new garbage disposal. Telephone Cardinal Plumbing"ask for Willie". He was fantastic and professional.

They do work, but are expensive. The technician was fast and efficient, but I got charged 3 hours' worth of labor for work that required one hour and a half. Apparently since 3 hours' is the"standard" amount of work it should have taken, so that's what I got charged for. Unfortunately I had been between a rock and a hard place since I was about to leave the state, otherwise I'd have shopped around a bit more. Lesson learned - will not be using them again and will acquire more quotations next time.

Very best service! Honest and expert knowledge! Willie came pumping issue resulting in a flooded basement. I thought I will need to alter but he found it fixed and 's just the float being jammed it in moments. Then he analyzed it and it works like a charm. Not only honest but he's smart and obtained expert knowledge and found the problem right away. Other company quoted me million dollars but cardinal fixed free! Amazing. I signed up for their membership. Highly recommend. When the tech is on the way, they also email/text you with image. Super management!

Update: the bill was discussed by us and the owner called. He was willing to work with me my expectations and in staying a happy client and was very considerate. The bill was assessed and corrected satisfactorial, dispersing a refund. The rating will be upgraded further when the modification is complete. The credit was indeed recieved. So, two hints here: (1) Always gets several estimates, if possible, that clearly state the materials and labour, (2) if there's a concern using a service or bill, with Cardinal Plumbing in this case, get in touch with the owners, as customer satisfaction is a top priority.
Well, we're in the middle of talks with this company about their billing to get a electric water heater install. While the technology said their rates are competetive, their charges were all but that. The entire bill was over $2090 to put in a $600-$700 (retail) water heater. Something wrong here. After discussion with this bill is completed, will update this review or con.

Shane came out to repair a leaking gas line and was honest and fair with what needed to be done (and what didn't). Another company wanted to charge us 4 times as much to replace the line when it was not vital. Shane worked in 100 degree heat indicator weather worked to get us on his calendar, and followed up to ensure Washington Gas came out to inspect the job and turn our gas back on. An excellent professional who represented Cardinal at the finest possible way.

Technician was polite and came timely but didn't understand my ductless minisplit system and provided no useful alternative whilst pushing a costly"cleaning" I didn't need. Another company did something to get the system functioning and came out.
Cardinal would not be recommended by me.

I have an older system that happened to crash on the coldest night. As requested, tom from Cardinal came out the next day. He managed to get my heating pump back up and running, chasing down an issue I did not know I had, especially because I moved into the house.
Cardinal, and notably Tom, will work to get the task done. Very courteous and professional employees. From Tom's spouse, and workplace, Barry. Can not say enough about dealing with individuals that are good.

This is simply a review of Cardinal's usage of the Yelp quotation system. I am giving them a middle of the road inspection because while they did get in touch with me fast....it was supposed to say that I must give them a phone.
I can appreciate that not everything could be troubleshot through pictures & online. . .but when suppliers had the ability to do so. . .it puts a company like Cardinal a bit.
When I did call, they were able to take my advice and pair it up. .

The initial plumber I predicted never revealed, the next one seemed a bit unprofessional (and pricy). I picked Cardinal due to the way. I like the text when they're on their way, the photo of the tech you'll be anticipating and the quick email of receipts and estimates. Mostly, though, since if CJ. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He set me at ease immediately and gave some good advice. He did a great job explaining the issues that resolved them quickly and came up. Highly recommend both Cardinal and CJ.

I had Cardinal visit with us . I wanted to use this offer. Cardinal is currently stating this deal applies only to their membership arrangements. I cannot use this for any solutions I buy.

I have handled faucet replacement before but our kitchen sink was a whole other job and am the DIY kind! There was over screw a rusted the previous step although I had all the components and tools. Shane came by and helped me out so much! He was so useful and informative, he managed to get the old faucet off (not easy!) And install the kitchen faucet I'd bought. I can't say enough how appreciative I am of his job now, thank you for allowing me ask questions, since I wanted to understand, watch and for being so efficient! THANK YOU! I can now go and enjoy my weekend! You are wonderful!

They are consultative and very helpful. Had them for services such as support and duct cleaning of HVAC. Fixed system and issues working.

Had the technician come out to get an exhaust pipe extension. The support was fast and instantaneous. The only thing was that the technician was running late and showed up an hour after the time that is guaranteed but did not actually bother me as I was asleep. But great support and would use again. Also employed the yelp deal.
