DM Select Services were just plain great!
I had a great experience with DM Select Services. Our HVAC system was leaking inside our condo, so we needed someone to come out. I was confident that someone would be able to come out over a few hours, although it was after hours , so I was worried it would take a while for a person to come out. Patrick was superb professional and did a fantastic job repairing our unit. There is no leak and we don't need to worry about it happening again. I strongly urge DM Select Services and will definitely use them.
DM Select assisted us out about the hottest day of the year! Another company (Snell Air and Heating ) told us it'd be FOUR DAYS beforw they might come look at our busted AC, DM came out the following day. Richard was an expert, he saw right away the capacitor was bad, replaced it and we were good to go and looked at our unit! Will call DM first next time!
I had what turned out to be a very simple problem with my (nearly new) kitchen faucet. ) I could have dealt with it myself, but you don't understand that if you don't have some expertise. I left the appointment based on YELP reviews. DM Select Services agreed to come on 8/7 between 9-12. James called forward, came on time (about 9am) and solved the problem quickly. He also showed me how I could prevent recurrence. DM was reasonable, although it is not cheap, as others have said. The company is recommended by me and would use them again.
Great response, fantastic service, nice men and women. If you've got a plumbing issue, they will deal with it But value for buck? Not so convinced. They are expensive.
Update -- I talked with the owner of this company. Nice guy. He clarified his pricing policy (by the job not the hours) and gave me a discount.
I have utilized DM choose for years. They are professional. They replaced our water HVAC heater and AC unit that was hot. And, even though we did not make the most of it, DM offered free funding for the entire amount to us. They had the ability to do it all and help out with some pipes problems. The staff was courteous, professional and donned shoe covers in my house! A yearly service plan is offered by them and phone me to schedule my spring and drop check ups. They also have discharged for a plumbing crisis (I will spare you the nasty details) and had us mended before 9AM on a Saturday, with a grin. While DM select may not be the cheapest they are the best when it comes to professional service.
