Their staff called ahead and came in time. Estimate and the support fee were the most reasonable of all of the firms their employees were skilled and courteous and I contacted by Yelp. Will contract with them if their services are needed by me later on.
Responded fast over Yelp and followed with questions I sent.

Outstanding! Water heater moved out this weekend. Monday, I called and they got me a 1 hour window first thing, while they were booked. at 8:30 and at the start of the window the fixes were completed! Julio was considerate and professional. Price was reasonable. Didn't try to up-sell the unit to be replaced by me gave me pointers on what to look for with a classic water heater. Will definitely use again and recommend to others.

The office dispatcher said something obscure but it was the same story after phoning back a week later. Tried emailing the man to no avail.
Oh well - I went with a plumber and have no regrets other that the time spent with all the Sons and Kramer goofballs. I am sure the work.
After some back and forth with the owner through email, I waited for verification of their work start date, and got them the residue over the proposal period that was . And waited. And waited.
After making an internet petition, a team showed up as scheduled to take dimensions and asses the work, and there has been valid for 30 days a quote sent through email several days.
I suspect they goofed about the quote and left it too low, and then had a severe case of customer's guilt and were too embarrassed to revise it. Talk about ways.

Assuming the installation doesn't go sour over the upcoming few decades, are comfortable/glad to re-engage them for plumbing needs.
Finally, did select happy and Kramers I did. They were the morning after, back in my home. They were effective and quick at taking away the water heater that is dead. Subsequently were almost as quick supporting and installing the new heater. Before leaving, they gave me a complete walk-through of its attributes, the way to do its lifetime service (i.e., springtime flushing; restarting its own pilot; disabling it in event of an emergency).
Their customer service style is quite direct and no-nonsense.
Water heater died last weekend. Consulted NextDoor.Com and Yelp for recommendations and testimonials. Kramer's was the third I managed to get on site, the first to send me the first and an estimate to make me feel comfortable. I'd one company yet to come outside, but had been decently-sure that Kramer's was going to be my pick.

He Charged us $250 for the 5 minutes!!!!!
They said $65 for support call.
I will always tell everyone to steer clear of Kramer and sons!
Technician was complete. Located escape in our gas clothes dryer with his gas leak detector...
Highway robbery!

Juan in Sons and Kramer did excellent work fixing our garbage disposal along with also the capsule at our shower. Would highly recommend this company and Juan. He was quite helpful.

I had a clogged kitchen sink. The cost was outrageously high, although the plumber fixed the issue. The service call fee was not waived when the job was accepted by me. I had gone on someone's recommendation after my longtime plumber was phoned by me and found out he had moved and retired. After Kramer & Sons left, I phoned a plumbers to check their prices and none were close to the price I had paid. Two of them actually were less than half what I paid. I will never utilize Kramer & Sons again.

Very Expensive (in my opinion), which is the reason why the 2 stars.
Son and kramer called by tenant for a bathroom leak. Kramer replaced the fill valve, flapper, supply line and tank lever, and they referred to as a"minor rebuild." Overall price was. Kramer said the tech was onsite for 1.5 hours.
When I voiced my concern, Seth Kramer responded professionally. He explained. Maybe, they have too many costs, but that is not my business.
I get that technicians can be costly but this looked like a lot of cash to replace components which may be bought at a hardware store for under $30. 1.5 hours sounds like a very long time for something really fundamental. I have done it in around 20 minutes. As soon as you agree to have the job done, some companies apply the service call fee to the job, Kramer doesn't.

What I like about Kramer and Sons is that in the event that you provide them a hard problem, it can be solved by them. The folks I spoke to seem to be with it and engaged. The prices are predictable and the employees come comparatively prepared. The staff are amazingly educated and punctual. All these are people since they are dressed in uniforms, I could invite to see your family or colleagues. I also enjoy reading the signage when stuck in traffic.
As with any business that is good, there are always chances to aspire to another level. It would have been even more desirable if my HVAC tech brought some bleach but because I had it, I would recommend to get some before calling them. In a situation that was perfect, I would have liked it if my tech could have removed rodents and the tree leaves from within my condenser unit. In hindsight, it may make a difference if you receive the junior or senior tech but over time I suspect some of those differences can narrow mentoring. I think I could have done a better job prepping them by emailing pictures of my issue beforehand so they could be better prepared.
I recommend calling Kramer even for the plumbing and HVAC issues because if the problem was simple, anyone including the customer could look after it. Kramer seems to possess a sustainable organization of senior and junior employees so understanding and practices can disperse. I feel Kramer is a fine resource to call for HVAC and pipes help.

Julio Ramírez out of Kramer and Sons solved it, and quickly researched the problem, was on time. He had been created a hard situation, and fine, personable.

Fixed a problem with not getting hot enough water. Involved needing a hot water heater but also altering security valve configurations in shower heads. Two other plumbers had come by before and not figured out the issue (just recommended new hot water heater that wouldn't repair the issue ) and didn't devote the time to figure it out. So I attribute it Cost is higher than others quoted but like I said, they really figured out that the problem. Julio was the only who did the work. Recommend.

-Pipe fix
-Main water shut-off replacement
Here are the things we have trusted them with, since I have a room:
Sons & kramer is our go-to for plumbing and HVAC. Like so many other people, we found out the hard way that we bought a money pit. They've helped us in holding it together. Their rates are highly competitive, they're very responsive, and the crew--in the workplace to the guy(s) on the call--are simply good and decent people.
-Pipe snaking
-Hose bib replacement
-Broken drain trap replacement
On the past, in addition they connected us with a great, dependable (and very reasonable priced) drywall and paint guy.
-HVAC replacement and upkeep
-Water Heater replacement
Give'em a telephone. They do good work.

They provide service, and are extremely professional. A little pricy however their service worth it! When any repair was required, will definitely use them again.
After weeks of looking for a plumber who can fix tankless water heater, then we found them!

We will be phoning them back when we are ready as it is out of my budget that is present to do the job, so I want to plan for this. It is definitely a quote, but merely b/c of those work/access involved to fix what needs to be done.
There came, by the name of Julio, A gentlemen out. He was thorough and super friendly. He really drew me a diagram of how the the drainage is supposed to operate and he would want to get certain areas so as to make the repair. He spent roughly 90 mins with me offering choices of what I could do to me and describing everything.
Overall, very happy with Sadat and Julio! I'll call you when I am ready!!
Given their testimonials good on the internet I decided to give a phone to them. When I talked to Sadat through phone, he was super friendly. He answered all of my questions and did not make me feel lame for asking'dumb' questions like I know little/nothing about pipes. I had them come out and look at my tub overflow plate.

Cellar drains clogged and basically couldn't use any water at the home -- Sadat from Kramer and Sons left me a message about 5 minutes afterwards -- after opening a claim for a waste line blockage with Dominion! It was nearly 3pm when I called them back and obtained Sadat. He apologized he had no plumber on site/available, otherwise he would have sent them directly over. However he would put me first call in the morning, between. Following a couple of further calls forth and back, I was convinced that Sadat was an exceptional customer support technician --individual, knowledgable and helpful! I've come to be well versed and that I was impressed.
Comment: I'd agree that prices are high in general in this region, not just with this company, and that roto rooter could possibly be a better bargain, especially for services that are more routine. (Just make sure you inquire Dominion to your plumber's information/phone amount, and remember--the insurance DOESN'T cover removing and reinstalling a toilet, so hopefully you have an accessible principal waste pipe)
I had also gotten a price from another plumbing company I frequently utilize, Kesterson, that billed $425 to clear a sewer line. But such is life in. You could think about a move to Ohio!
At 730 Richard was at the door, wednesday! He used shoe coverings (ALWAYS love that, especially once you don't have to ask someone first)! He showed his card to me and we jumped to find out where the blockage was. Richard used adequate (GASP-not filthy) fall clothes and covered the whole area. He was very polite and explained exactly what was happening. He asked if I needed the toilet once clearing the blockage. I declined after seeing the price tag of approximately $227 (this once I had already eliminated the toilet, and I watch Youtube movies to repair lots of this much easier stuff and, normally, you may use all your household as usual without having to reinstall a bathroom --just cover the opening with a moist towel!) .

I discovered they were very affordable and shopped around after the estimate was supplied. One firm was expensive and has been unavailable for more than a week. There were A couple of others close in price but didnt represent themselves professionally. I paid a little more for reassurance and obtained a perfect outcome.
Also. . I like supporting independent businesses over big corporations.
I phoned and talked to Seth who supplied me amd days to choose from.
I was in need of several related problems to be fixed. Clogs leaks, drain difficulties and a bathroom repair.
I suggest this company since they took such good care of me.

I had them come out to inspect the system on the morning of 10th. They scrutinized my AC system and found that the head pressure (?) was fluctuating. They recommended I clean the condenser coil (the outside unit) with a water hose - so that I did. Thankfully the technician allowed me to use his water hose (I actually don't own one), thus saving me quite a little money!
I was worried in my AC unit. It appears to be a giant explosion everytime the outside unit opens up... and the house takes a really long time to reach the set temperature. I also had not had some scheduled maintenance since I bought the house o I did a research on Yelp and found Kramer and Sons.

I'd Sons and Kramer and they did a superb job! Juan, Seth, and Renee were excellent and worked through several issues with me and made sure I was happy with everything. Thank you!

I had a crisis plumbing scenario over the weekend at my condo unit at alexandria. I called several plumbing companies that were locally owned. Hollin plumbing recommended Kramer and Sons, so I called Sadat. Sadat was WONDERFUL. Talk about providing same-day service at a cost that is sensible AND providing exceptional customer services. Now this guy is in the job that is right. Of my concerns were eased by him and solved the plumbing issue under 3 hours. . .and on the same day. WOW! I couldn't be happier and I will continue to give my service to Kramer and Sons.

These guys are professional, honest and honest. We had them to install air heating unit and a water after a flood at a tiny utility closet on the condo balcony. Lots of extra work, but they stuck to their quote and did a nice job. Highly suggested.
