We agreed to pay the price to get it over with, but following the plumber left we understood that he didn't even replace the insulating material he needed to remove to make the repair. Very unhappy with the experience overall. This company appears to be very sketchy and I am not sure why they have so many positive reviews.
Belle View Plumbing lately repaired a leak. Someone came by within a couple of hours to give us a quotation, which was fine, but the price he uttered then DOUBLED after performing half the job. This completely unwarranted because I could not have been more apparent in the description of the leak. I said the location, explained the leak, and send pictures of the broken pipe.

Another happy client. I called in the morning to see about a toilet issue, Ibrahim managed to schedule an appointment which worked with my schedule. He clarified what the issues could be with the toilet and was early. He got me repaired in less than a 1/2 hour. I can use my toilet and produce. Highly recommend.

Ibrahim is a wonderful plumber. To unclog my tub after phoning other local plumbers I phoned him this morning and that he gave me a quotation right away, was able to come afternoon, and gave a very fair price. He was quite professional and solved our tub problems. If I have some plumbing problems later on, I call him again!
Other plumbers I called were considerably much more expensive for unclogging a drain or wished to come and see the drain (for a $30 fee) prior to supplying me a quotation. I am happy I called Belle View Plumbing rather!

Ibrahim was one of a handful of plumbers I found to provide a free estimate. He gave us a fare quote was quite responsive and fixed our bathroom. We have not had any issues. I feel like it is difficult to find a good plumber so I am glad we found Belle View Plumbing.

The best plumber at the DMV region. I've never met someone so fair and productive. Ibrahim fixed a sink clog that I had and arrived the next day. He did the job for an affordable price and quickly. He gave me hints for next time. He's a man that could solve problems in a quick manner that is honest and professional. I def. Won't use any other plumber in the future.

Ibrahim was great. I had a couple leaky closed off valves so he came out and gave a estimate for the job to me. It was that the watern't completely stopped, therefore we had to coordinate with Fairfax Water to shut off the water in the curb. Ibrahim had no difficulty including a one that was only reachable via a cabinet. As far as I can tell Ibrahim is a 1 person operation, which appears to help keep the cost down.

We had Belle View fix our garbage disposal and could not have been more happy with their job. They reacted and establish a time to come early the next day although I emailed Belle View on a Sunday. It took them hardly 10 minutes to fix the unit, plus they charged a totally reasonable fee (well below estimates which other technicians had supplied for the same work). Not only that, they showed me how the issue could be fixed by us so we wouldn't have to call a plumber. Simply speaking, Belle View did a fantastic job on short notice and at a price that is sensible. I would call them again.

Very responsive by text, showed up on time, worked really difficult to clear a clog (required 35 feet of snaking), and charged an extremely reasonable cost.

Ibrahim responded right away and was nice. His price was honest and he installed a garbage disposal for me. When he realized it he predicted in an hour and he forgot to do something and said he'd be back the next day. He was very conscientious and brought me a tap extender. I will certainly use him again.

Once I had a refuge ibrahm was fantastic. He knew exactly how to resolve the problem fit me to the schedule speedily and made sure he was through in repairing the problem and making sure nothing else round plumbing and the sink was busted. He charged a cost that is fair and was quite pleasant. I would happily use him again.

A plumber (Brahim) from this business came to work in my house yesterday. The job was for him to replace a shower head, put in a shower rod and replace 2 taps. For any reason, this man decided he won't work for me, however, he will only pretend to attempt. He replaced the shower head. He said he doesn't know how to put in a simple shower rod that came with instructions. As for the faucets, despite having removed the preceding taps, he began banging nonstop to the sink, even stating he can't eliminate something and can't install my brand new faucets. By his own accounts, he"did not do nothing" because of me. I wrote him a check because of his time. Why this man didn't wish to work for me, I'm not certain. Rather than stating it, he pretended to attempt. Do not hire him.

Great customer service! I had a small flooding emergency until he anticipated, and he got to my house. He repaired the problem at a portion of the costs which I got out of the opponents, for after hours service.

Belle View Plumbing came through for us in a way I still can't think. Left the house for work with the pipe and a busted bathroom creating a noise. Called in my way to work and Belle View Plumbing arrived to my house, fixed pipe that was unclogged and the toilet. Life saver and will call them every time! Thank you!!!

I called the owner on a Monday day and he provided a consultation between 12 & two the next day. He had the work done within the hour and came 15 min early. He taught me in how to properly drain the shutoff valve once we winterize dip.
This was our second time with Belle View Plumbing, and I was absolutely satisfied. This job was to substitute an indoor shutoff valve for an outdoor hose faucet using a valve. The present valve was.
