The hourly costs were different costs. The were honest in resolving the matter.
Disadvantages:
Lisa Valentine answers the phone & novels all appointments... She is nice & professional!
Aside from the negotiating over the cost when the work has been finished, the project ran.
I had a horrible little leaking problem that needed them to extract a pipe that is galvanized that is leaking in a space that is tight.
I suggest using them when you require a plumber, but check costs.
That problem was fixed by them quite efficiently & easily. They also set up a new toilet in one bathroom, replaced some'innards' of another, and also the washers onto one of my showers (valves).
These men arrive on they & time! They also appear to care about their work.
