12/18: What fortune! The sink began profoundly leaking (read: running nonstop) the afternoon I had family coming into town. After a self repair Overstreet plumbing had everything sealed within a few of hours of my SOS call.
I have had a hard time finding a reliable plumber, but I'm happy to state Overstreet Plumbing came through for me. Within 40 minutes of submitting and email request I had a response to set steps that are next up. A brief time afterwards, I received Brian and a call fixed my leak that afternoon.
The work was quality and the price fair.

If you're searching for a plumber who is fair and stands by his work do NOT use Brian Overstreet. I was in the process of buying a condo but there was a flow that had to be mended in the master bathroom. The owners agreed to pay but that I coordinated the work. Brian handles assembly and ordered a new faucet and has worked in my building before. When he came to put in it I was on the phone and he didn't show me the end of this set. I looked at it and it was totally the finish and did not come close to fitting the faucet in the sink at the master After he was finished! He NEVER should have set up what he ordered! His wife came to put in it and she confessed it was the wrong finish! I then decided to replace both taps to make sure they matched. One would be paid for by current owners and one would be paid for by me. Brian sent me to find the faucets I wanted to use. He changed his mind, when I phoned him to inform him which style to dictate. It was not his fault the end was ordered and he wouldn't pay to purchase any faucets! Since the leak was repaired he was paid by the very first owners but now I have 2 different non-matching faucets and handles in my master bath and Brian won't stand by his work! I am VERY dissatisfied and he was VERY rude to me about the phone. DON'T use Overstreet Plumbing!

I had Overstreet Plumbing come out to fix a valve place in hot and cold valves under the sink, and then put in a faucet that I had purchased. He suggested substituting the valve for the ice maker as well, which he did when Brian looked at the project. When he went to turn the water supply back on the valve broke he replaced as well. He had been on site for 3.5 hours. I estimate the price of stuff was between $150 and $200 (utilizing Home Depot website). The entire cost of the repairs was $800 so labor price was between $600 and $650.

I just had a great experience with Overstreet Plumbing, that helped us beneath our kitchen sink with a leaking valve. Bryan Overstreet had it all repaired in short order and was out home in a little over one hour assessed the issue. He replacing and also passed along information to bear in mind as we plan for future renovations. You really can't ask for more. His services were fairly priced and my dog and cats were chilling around him because he worked and I've found them to be wonderful character barometers over the years! HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!

Should you need a plumber who's reliable and fair than look no further. Brian the owner arrived from when I placed the call less than an hour, at my house. He clarified the issue to me (leaking pipes from the water meter around house ) and went across the various alternatives to repair it. He arrived with his team to dig up the yard and replace the pipes and from the time my front yard was put together! Brian and were very considerate of my puppy which was scared while the job was being done, and his team were very careful and respectful of keeping my house clean. Brian and his wife Kristen were really pleasant to use while scheduling the repair, and some questions I had. Because you will not get service or quality of work from a different company don't waste your time shopping around.
