We had three plumbing issues within our property. They overcharged us the quoted cost, and the issues weren't resolved. I did, and never called and was told I'd find a call back. Following the 2nd and 3rd call concerning the unresolved issues and the statement, we gave up. We won't use Mallick again. Terrible service.

Listen, no one likes to take care of the crap (pun intended) which comes together with frequent household plumbing care. But dare I state that Mallick Plumbing actually made the experience enjoyable?
After my children clogged the bathroom for the time, I tried unclogging using a plunger and ended up covered in the toilet's materials. I wiped my tears and called Mallick, after considering adopting my children . They answered instantly, listened to my issue and dispatched a technician promptly.
Saint Michael Snyder came at my door with a strategy and a positive mindset. Not only did he instruct me on what was going on, he gave me choices. In the end, he saved my sanity and my bank accounts. Would absolutely recommend Mallick Plumbing to all and any from the Moco area needing a fix.

Following Washington Gas stated that there was a gasoline escape from the meter from the regulator, I had a crisis and they stated that it needed to be replaced. They could send somebody over and the pricing was competitive among companies and were very receptive, even though the price was on crisis rates. They had someone come to look at the flow to learn what part required to be replaced before they had the tech come across which was beneficial. Troy was quite knowledgeable and explained things so that it was easy to understand. I would suggest Mallick Plumbing & Heating for future issues.

We expected great support after reading their testimonials. Instead, we got a $475 invoice for a look around and a private visit to say that they could not assist us. I'm alright with being open about our needing another type of firm for the work, but don't go cashing the check I wrote for nothing to be done. They said they would research the substantial fee, but we never heard from them again.
Update: Mallick reached out concerning the situation to us. They did work with us to resolve and the firm they referred us to (waterproofing) was great. They also refunded our test and credited the charge to a miscommunication between the office and the employee who came to our house. I'll give them 3 stars after this resolution

Cons: Shannon supplied a quote, but neglected to list potential fees. When Jasmine and I spoke on the phone, I informed her that I had the snake system. After saying this, she neglected to mention that there was an additional charge. I understood this since I had to make the big guns and snaked my sink , although I realize she probably thought I did not know what I was referring to. To unclog the enzyme powder sinks and buy had I received a precise quote for $310, I'd have used somebody else.

Terrific. Honestly I would have paid them just about anything to have a hot shower, although my sense is they're not the cheapest around. I'll use them again should I have need for one more plumbing repair.
I got. Was surprised to be greeted with only lukewarm water in the shower. Called two plumbers first -- one ignored me, and another could not get to me . Mallick was able to schedule me and lent their rates up front. Ahead of work was begun by the plumber, he checked to be sure I understood their prices. He immediately diagnosed and fixed the issue, and I feel like I am camping in my home.

My electrical water heater required to be replaced therefore, after speaking with 3 plumbing companies, I encouraged outside Mallick for an evaluation. Gene arrived went more than recommendations. I chose one model -- not cheap, but the cost contained installation and they take a line of"industrial-grade" water heaters you can not purchase at Home Depot. He returned with the water heater and J.T.. The older appliance was clogged, so removal was very difficult and the job required 2 hrs to 1 +1 /. Anticipated. No extra charge! When they needed to bring the older one through into the front door they covered my floors. For their promptness, professionalism and determination that was cheerful, Mallick has earned my business!

Mallick Plumbing has become the plumber of choice for the flat community I handle for 14 years. I have had them mend everything to installing water heaters and fire hydrant issues, from plumbing repairs. We have had problems arise on nights and weekends. The same as with everything in life things do not go as the occupation prices change and expected and they are up front about it each time.
Each and every employee we have encountered has been amazing; Dale, Mike (there are a couple of of these ), Chris, Danielle, Sam, Brian, Jeff, Ken, as well as Bobby. I'm sure I missed lots more. If I didn't please know you are good.
In my opinion you will not regret calling Mallick.
Sure you may pay more but you will not get the years of experience that they look for when looking for workers. Additionally you may not get a company which has 24 hour service.

Fantastic service!! After leaving messages with no reply, I phoned Mallick and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. I was really happy with our plumber Tyler. He was knowledgeable, on time and was able to mend two clogged drains. If confronted with a different plumbing issue, I would called Heating and Mallick Plumbing again. This happens that someone takes the time to make certain you are educated and put you at ease. This was important to me. Before phoning them my basement area gushed water out and it took me a few moments that were stressful to find the valve. I could not remember that valve was that.

Very happy I moved with Mallick Plumbing for the little service needs. My toilet fill valve was leaking and that I had a new water Supply Line. Mike S was a plumber and he was out and in within 35 minutes. Very easy work and to schedule with. Will be using them again in the future.

So pricey. Cost than businesses. I called three providers that were OTHER, plus they were.

When falling hundreds of dollars, neither do I feel when one trip would perform the job, like hosting the plumber but I do not feel like gaming. Another two gave a lot of grief to me that I will not take the risk although the technician is excellent, outstanding.

After attempting to install a toilet I called Mallick to get a problem with a difficulty. That day a plumber was sent by them and I had been told I needed to have my flooring to fix it. I asked if they might have the next day, someone come and they said yes.
In addition, I will be coming back with the replacement component and said to Frank my Jacuzzi tub would not come on and he said let's take a look and discovered the problem within minutes.

Frank Rothwell arrived at my house at 8:00 AM and did an unbelievable job of describing, cleaning and fixing up inside a couple of hours. Frank has been the perfect example of what customer service should be with the plumbing knowledge required, courteous and professional. Because I have my own company requiring exactly the same I am able to love it.

Wonderful service and great price! Tyler was so nice and professional. We had a shower escape that was bad yesterday, left a message last night and they called me back st 7am. Noon now the leak fixed for a price that was reasonable. Thank you so much, Mallick Plumbing. You saved our neck!

Mallick was phoned by me based on reviews I had read and I love that they are not a franchise plumbing company that was huge. Frank came out, did some diagnostics, and repaired the problem. So we had thought! They then came back outside to re-assess and figure out the issue. I can state if they do not and that they are devoted to determining the issue, they're devoted to ensuring you're 100% satisfied with their service. Enjoy them and for sure will be hiring them again!

I had a water leak in the ceiling of my kitchen. Called Mallick and recognized the issue, which had been its pan and the washer, not the pipes and Dale came out over 90 minutes. Dale spent the time the way to proceed and to explain the matter. Looked in my own water heater and plumbing in the cellar and recommended upkeep in the future, but not tried to sell me on anything - just offer very good homeowner advice. It was valued.

Finest plumbing experience ! I have had some bad experiences with plumbers looked at reviews for help choosing one and wanted a brand new one. Mallick is highly rated so that I called them to get help with a up shower drain, a flow below a sink and installation of a new faucet. I was able to get a same-sex appointment, along with the technicians - Troy and Connor - arrived when they said they went directly to work and would. They were efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. I'd had the shower drain snaked about 6 weeks earlier Len the Plumber at a price of $300 for a 10 minute visit and it started backing up again in a month. Troy did a thorough job by cleaning out what looked like about 25 decades of calcium build-up, which was narrowing the drain but also not only repainting the drain. The price of this visit was $430 - a bargain for the quality of the work. Mallick Plumbing & Heating will be my pipes from now on.

I ended up getting the issue fixed for $1350 parts and labor and had a few estimates.
TL;DR - Excessively Pricey, Good Service
I have no issue with the work but at a rate of $240 for the first 30 minutes and $60 every additional 15 minutes, the rate is as high as you will see. Giving estimates when just a part is going to do to replace systems is not superior service in my view.
3 months later we had the exact same issue and whether it had been associated with there work, I called them back to see, as I said on the phone. It was not, the pump was awful. We had been charged for the identification $240 for a half hour since it was not related. We were supplied the fix for $5600. $3400 in parts and $2160 for 8.5 hours labor, I declined.
We've got two Ejector pumps and we had an issue. I called. At first we replace the floats for ~$550. The Labour rate for a plumber and helper was $450 for 1.5 hours. I thought it was high but I compensated and proceeded on.
