DJ and kirby found my problem - the wax bathroom seal had created chaos in the floor below and failed. The guys were fantastic. Took their shoes.

I recently worked with Osaro, Kirby & Brent to purchase & install a new water heater and then substitute pvc pipes with copper in my water cupboard. The job was a little more complicated than a basic install because the system. They were very helpful, organized and were cost conscious. In all facets of their work, they were professional from first quote to final install -- I will be recommending them to anybody who may want a trusted, dependable professional plumber & my neighbors. Look forward to working together again later on.

Me:"Yes, hello, my garbage disposal seems to have expired. It is not grinding, although whirring. Can you men come out and fix it, or replace it, if necessary?"
Plumbtastic Plumbing:"Well, I believe I will save you some money. You should be able to repair it in two minutes with a tool from home depot. I will send you images and walk you through it"
Anyway, it worked and I feel for fixing itself great. You can be certain I am calling Plumbtastic the time I want a plumber!!
These men could have taken me but the honesty not only telling a fix to me, but taking the opportunity is out of the world. How many plumbers can you say are that this trustworthy??

Update -- 3/6/18
Two gentleman arrived, and they arrived on time, if not a few minutes early. I explained we bought a bank owned home and we needed to have a look at our appliances. I needed to double check the link of our washer along with our dishwasher and drier. And it. Even though our dish washer was fine, none of the hoses or wiring were hooked up for our washer and drier. That would be a second round of water damage in our home I couldn't handle.
This location was called by us on Monday to get a leak from under our kitchen sink. They explained that they may be in our home the next day (today). Brent fixed the problem, was courteous enough to take his shoes and arrived on time.
These guys are amazing and adapting. Initially my husband called them and we were able to Schedule an appointment for midday Wednesday. Regrettably, I was in the hospital and had received a dog bite and forgot about the appointment before I noticed that they left me a voicemail. I explained what had happened and called them . They were understanding of my situation and compassionate and rescheduled for Friday afternoon.

Professional, competent/reliable, moderately priced, responsible. We had a pipe leak in a ceiling and under a toilet. I imagined the worst. It took just about 30 minutes for the plumber Kirby to find the leak, fix it and leave. I was astonished and pleased with the cost that was very fair. The majority of plumbers attempt to sell services one does not need. It was a great experience and I'd recommend them without hesitation.

Great plumbers. I asked if they had accessibility on Sunday afternoon and called with a severely clogged drain on a Saturday. They came out and did and fixed me up in 15 minutes. Fantastic service. I will definitely use them again for any plumbing problems.

First time that I called Plumbtastic was to get a failed ejector pump. I called in the evening, and they came the next day out. They were a life saver that afternoon, and lots of days then.

We called them in the morning and they could send out guys on the exact same day. They came at the time they indicated they would be here. The two technicians were professional and very courteous, and so are aware of our rules of no shoes at the house. They cleaned up the work area and finished the job before they left. Shout out into one of the lead technicians, Kirby (not certain if I spelled his name correctly)! We were also charged by them exactly what they quoted on the phone.
If we encounter plumbing problems later on I will call them again. I would recommend this business to family members, and my friends, colleagues!

They came on-time, found my own water intrusion problem was non-pipe related. Advice about how best to repair it. Didn't ask for a fee.

Very pleased! We had a leak using the drain in our tub. To quote they came out within two hours and I called and gave me a price. If it could be done since it was my day off, I inquired and they agreed to come back later to fix it. They arrived back and less than a hour after I had my tub fixed! The guys were very nice and no mess has been left behind, I would definitely use them again and would advise them

I had a challenging kitchen sink so tough that when the came out (two hours later I predicted ), the two snakes couldn't penetrate. They advised they had something but maybe not with them, and said I might call somebody to come out daily, or wait and they'd be to try again. And, they made sure I was aware that day I wouldn't be charged since it couldn't clear. Entirely stand up guys. I decided to wait and have them return the next morning, which they eliminated and did the clog as promised.
They were honest and fixed my problem with courtesy. I would recommend Plumbtastic! I'm a really satisfied customer.

I'd hired them in the past to get an emergency food disposal leak, they substituted the disposal moment and came out quite quickly. Don't over charge for late hours same day services. Today could not help me but after hours of phoning companies and not able to find anybody and originally kirby said they were swamped. Kirby squeezed me . Very happy customer and will hire them for different jobs.
They are amazing. His team and kirby are very honest, prompt and charge fairly for each job.

Here's to hoping the Year of the Sheep is free of plumbing troubles, but you know who to phone if it's not.
Let me begin with our fugly powder room. I wish I had taken some pictures, but suffice it to mention that the theme was bamboo and clamshell (think Elvis Presley in Blue Hawaii). When it was finally time for the renovation, we had been so excited we purchased the bathroom, using a concealed tank, stainless steel flush plate, and dual-flush system, without consulting with one plumber. Little did we know this wouldn't be a standard Lowe's-Home-Depot job.
The first plumber demurred, admitting that he, like most in his trade, was not acquainted with this type of bathroom. The second one gave us an estimate we honestly believed was a joke.'' Enter Plumbtastic. Kirby and Brent were simple with us promising if given the opportunity to perform their best and acknowledging that they'd never done this type of an install before. And their finest was spectacular. They handled challenges (and our 105-year-old house is full of challenges) with ability and elegance, completed the job as fast as you could expect under the conditions, and charged a very fair price for all their hard work.
They've done smaller tasks within the past couple of years for us, and we have urged them to friends. Their job is superb, they prompt, and you could not find two guys. Kirby declined payment the time that he fixed something as, he stated, it took a minute. What?!? I place a check in the mail to compensate him for his time, once I arrived.

I'm motivated to write this review, to update my review of who Plumbtastic installed my own water heater1 year ago which was great, but when I asked them to install my dishwasher - I found out months later (from other builders - who were working on my kitchen) -which they totally cut corners, didnt fix the dishwasher - that is why it had been moving so much, and ruined my side wall. I wasnt sure what the issue was until I had been informed they didnt install it in the first place. The builders were so kind to fix the problem for me and drilled it into the cabinet/countertop. I am annoyed and upset this support was compensated for by me, and they cut corners. FYI - beware.

When I called, they remembered me and said they'd come out between 11-12pm. There are numerous things which need me to praise, which I'll get into in a moment, but for one, they only provide a one-hour window, although other places make you wait all day and they're always on time, which means that you won't have to waste your whole day waiting for them.
I had such a good experience with these men (Kirby and Brent) the last time that they came out to fix my bathroom stop valve, therefore I decided to call them again. So I was lucky that they had been accessible, this time, it was on Veterans Day. When I called, I asked for a cost to replace a wax ring that's the ring underneath the toilet to maintain the bathroom water . I heard from my neighbor below which they believed that my wax ring was damaged and causing water damage.
Anyway, when they pulled my bathroom to get the wax ring up, they noticed nothing wrong. They then stated that they wouldn't charge me I couldn't believe it. They stated they did not feel right to charge me when it did not need replacement. That goes a long way to be fair.
I couldn't believe work and the kindness of those men, so I am writing a 2nd review just to clarify my experience. These can be my go-to pipes from today on.
However, on a note, they are honest men who aren't currently trying to make a buck. Also, they are quite pleasant and spend the time to put on booties not to dirty your carpeting or wood flooring. Super.

So disappointed. Was responsive and showed up on time. Seemed ok. But was not sure how to fix our water heater. Said he had to check with his boss. Said he'd get back inside a few hours. But not heard from him again. Do not return calls. Needed to hire another plumber.

These guys are fantastic! I phoned them in a pinch today and they showed up with in two hours (8pm!!!) They were professional and courteous, completed the work and they stayed and figured out exactly what was wrong with it fixed it so I would not need to, if they believed that a part was broken.
Can call them.

Prompt, courteous affordable and professional. Use them for company in addition to house - no price gouging for business. Highly recommend.

Kirby is wonderful. Just got off the telephone with him - one of my toilets had suddenly started making a strange sound (sounded internal) and he diagnosed it over the telephone and his free hint (make sure the valve is open all the way behind the bathroom to solve an air mixing dilemma ) saved the day and saved me ! Guy and I will definitely be calling again next time I've got a problem and want service!

Replace our kitchen sink and then we had to replace a portion of a pipe in our ceiling. They were prompt with their quote, did the work within the timeframe they promised, and the price was reasonable. Very did a fantastic job and professional.
