Paradise Plumbing & Air Conditioning

We have a sink, either side were clogged, nothing we did our own appeared to work; plunger that is little, big plunger, pouring hot water, drano. . .nothing‍. When I need anything, I turn to yelp, before I begin panicking!  Especially when it comes to fixing things at the home.

I did not have to help me and informed the business owner Matt and he assisted in getting me my money back though paradise was paid off.
I dealt with them in another manner, although I can't speak on getting work completed by this company. My supervisor hired Paradise to do plumbing work for him, in which they completed the job to the satisfaction of the customer.
My boss advised me to pay the bill so that I did as a favor. Figuring out that my boss took my money and ran.
I can state this is the business owner I've ever met in my life. His company and he hold themselves to very high standards with much integrity, and honesty is very very tough to find nowadays. I would recommend Paradise.

So thankful for the excellent service! After my garbage disposal stopped functioning, called this morning. They had been kind enough to send me a movie explaining how I may have the ability to fix it. So we determined it would have to be substituted, my disposal has been leaking from the bottom. Sabrina who was kind and answered my own questions and I talked. She called me to tell me his name was Luis and when the tech was on his way. Luis came after my phone call with Sabrina. He was functioned and professional. He worked quietly and so quickly they remained asleep although I had two of my children taking a rest! Super thankful to get. Also, my garbage disposal is so amazing, I wish it was not below the counter so it could be seen by more people, haha! Paradise Plumbing is great! I will definitely be using them again.

On a Friday I noticed a sewer smell in the kitchen. I call Paradise and they send a plumber over in about an hour to explore. It was determined that the drain out of the kitchen sink had finally given due to its age. It was an pipe out of'56 when the home was constructed.
Welp... Once more I've had the joy of utilizing Paradise's services this time it was the pipes side of the business enterprise.

I fear I am beginning to sound like a lover boy.
Paradise said they'd be able to come on Monday morning to fix the issue. My initial though was fantastic, but I wasn't sure I could take care of the smell for the weekend. Jason and I called the office and spoke. He said if one of their plumbers would be able to come to my home on their day away they only do emergency calls around the weekend but would find. They were able to discover a plumber willing to loan me their day off so that I could have a free home.
Early 2 members of their staff and the following day bright arrived and quickly got me up and running.
My initial though was this is going to be costly as to repair the problem the plumber wold have to go through the block onto the side of the home to repair the pipe. The plumber quoted me on the place while I am not going to state what I was quoted it was about half of what I was hoping to pay. Possessing an older home I've had a plumbing issues so I am knowledgeable as to the price of pipes work.

I moved to the South West Florida area about two years ago. I didn't know anything about AC or Plumbing and I had been worried if my AC unit broke in the dead summer heat. I didn't know who to call or to locate someone that was trustworthy. Fortunately, a friend recommended Paradise . I phoned them that afternoon they responded. When I predicted, Jason reassured me that everything was going to be okay and answered. He sent a guy and they went with me the fundamentals and what broke and how/why it occurred. I had been given a price for them fixing my AC and coming out. The majority of companies will take advantage of knowing that their client does not know anything about pricing or AC but they had been kind and went together with me over what along with the components and prices. Paradise is recommended by me and hope only the best for this amazing business.

THEY Won't SHOW UP. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE Men and Women. We made an appointment together with these individuals weekly in advance to have a quote for our bathroom. They assured us that we were in line so I took off and waited for them. About they had not showed up, so I gave them a telephone number. Now we were second in line, and they would be there by 12pm. So that I give them another call, at 12:15 pm, they were not in my house. Now the same lady (Susan) tells me that they cannot send anybody today and that we must schedule for 3 days from now. Like plumbing issues aren't URGENT.
These folks are unreliable. They will toy with you and not show up to their own appointments.

Within 24 hours in touch, a technician was at my place and managed to fix my A/C and get it done right the very first time! The service is impeccable and the technicians enjoy their work. If you have some A/C or plumbing issues, call Paradise for the very best service in South Florida!
Paradise has been such a fantastic company to work with. I've experienced many problems with owning my own place Since I moved down to South Florida. With great recommendation from some friends, I'm happy I picked Paradise for their support.

Jason and Matt Would Be the Best. Matt took special care to install my new coil and re-route the present lines my previous installer (from a different company) did poorly. I had a few technical questions and Matt was educated and really friendly. His work was efficiently and very tidy and performed expertly. I would say he's due for a raise! The A/C is blowing now and I couldn't be more pleased. I give them 10 stars!

False Advertising!!!! States in ad 24 Hour Service! Called at 9:09 pm and stated no service after hours!!!!!

Profesional, they were on time and did not over charge me. It was that what we believed.

When you are a service company like plumbing or a/c your standing rests on the support techs who interact with clients and do the real work. I had both technicians were superb and Paradise do two jobs for me. The first task was to substitute a fan module and motor and the next was to set up a new hot water heater. When I sent out requests for quotations on 18, jason is the boss and reached out to me. His cost was competitive and he was able to send techs. It's especially pleasant when they showed up within the time interval and called 30-60 minutes ahead of arrival. For both jobs, it couldn't have gone smoother. Matt was the A/C technician and Greg handled the water heater. Stunning work, thank guys!

AC Paradise hasn't gave lip service, AC Paradise actually took action to fix the comings and took corrective active since my last review.
As most of us know, many companies do nothing to fix the issues and then gives lip service to us.
AC Paradise has taken steps to fix the problems that were prior.
This is what's changed my mind from not recommending this company.

Paradise has done two tasks in my apartment. His apprentice and the master plumber did an outstanding job on both. They came were professionally dressed and well spoken and respectful of my home. A few weeks ago a leak was repaired by them under a sink. I've had no escapes because and they were left 100% pristine to the work place and quiet. I had a sink replaced in our laundry area. They did an excellent job. They came on time and were very courteous and well-spoken. The work was completed by them about an hour and a half in a timely fashion. Further, they cleaned up the work place so the cabinetry round the newly installed sink seemed like new (!!!) , when they abandoned, and the work place from the laundry area was pristine! Both of them are overall professionals!

BEWARE. Just needed the hot and cold connections to my machine replaced. Was given no estimate. The only tool was a wrench and a few plumbing tape plus they wanted $300. They came back with 254 and I eventually settled on 170 because the technology sent was great and l just wanted it done. Should've just said,"take me to court""

Morning called on a Monday morning, had a quotation from Tuesday. Install was completed within a week using a significant quantity of work. Professional complete best experience using a plumbing and ac company I've ever had. Highly recommend!

The Condensing Unit which controls my kids' bedrooms piled on Wednesday and from Thursday day Saul and Jason had replacement parts to my 2004 unit and we were running and back up. I additionally requested replacement estimates SAME DAY and they had a suggestion into my email inbox. Service in my opinion. Paying over the phone with Amanda and Deana and priced was a breeze. I'll certainly use their services.

Last year two AC units have been set up by paradise in our house. The services have been thorough and simple. Is very polite. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

I had them to come out for a month ago for a toilet that was clogged. I think my appointment was the following day after my first call. The man was on time and gave me some tips on what to do the following time if the toilet was supposed to get clogged.
