You guys Rock. We had a clogged toilet that is up building a mess, and she sprang to action after talking to Carole. The project was done - kudos to Joe for fixing the issue. You guys were down to earth, & fast, honest.

No need to get into what place me in the unfortunate situation that demanded Bradshaw plumbing's help. Is when I moved with an emergency on a Sunday afternoon Yelp, Bill Bradshaw gave his number to me to go over the issue and got back to me. Once he had a fantastic idea of what was needed, he got me pointed in the ideal way to begin as well as answering my many follow up questions and phone calls. They'd one of the licensed technicians, Joey, call me to set up my appointment. He showed up on time, and although he said it would require 5 1/2 hours to him he had been done in just over 4! This included removing a water heater and substituting it with a tankless (provided by Bradshaw with warranty), re-running and soldering new pipes and a whole lot of other things he clarified but I don't have enough time to continue as this is already a very long review! When Joe was completed, my place looked exactly as it did when he came, except a gorgeous tankless water heater where an old broken down tank used to sat! Thank you Bill, Carol, and Joe. You guys made a frustrating situation simple and painless to repair.

Bradshaw Plumbing ought to be known as Joe's speedy and accurate plumbing. This happens to be the time that I needed the employment of Bradshaw Plumbing over the past years. Joe came out to both occupations. He was fast at accessing the problem. He clearly and accurately showed what needed to be repaired and clarified the costs. He moved on which was being done and was very respectful and washed up any place he needed to do the job. It's very refreshing to use a company which takes pride in their own job and does business the old fashioned way. Anyone would do with Bradshaw Plumbing for any plumbing needs.

I left an email requesting a quote for replacement or repair of my 12 year old Rheem Water Heater, Carole responded within half an hour. In one hour, one of the technicians of Bradshaw came to provide a free quote. The issue was analyzed and explained by him clearly to me and gave me two options, replace osmosis element and replace the unit or see if this corrects the issue. He was clear that he would have to control for the element replacement when he replaced the whole unit. We collectively decided to go with the Element replacement and it worked so much better. The unit leaks and we have hot water. So the entire process was finished in 3 hours from initial email to repair conclusion. Best experience I've had with a plumber and Joe was quite professional and conscientious working to meet questions, budget and my requirements. Can use Bradshaw and highly recommend Joe.

In my opinion, like every other, only a sound generic, plumbing service.
I've used Bradshaw Plumbing previously and Joe does a fantastic job, but my interaction with the firm was not the best. I called a couple times a week to program to get a fix, left a couple of messages and called again, the lady that schedules the ceremony said that she had received my message and had me scheduled for the following Tuesday, she made certain to tell me to"make sure you are home". Tuesday comes by and it's a no-show I'm home!

Their tech Joey came out and has been very nice and educational/informative (also exactly on time which was amazing ). Told me what was the matter along with the resolution to my problems! You would be sensible to choose Bradshaw Should you have some plumbing related issues!
Bradshaw Plumbing has been an awesome choice and I'll definitely be calling them with all and no of my plumbing requirements. Carol was awesome over the telephone and quite upfront . I achieved to a few plumbing companies in the area and each other besides Bradshaw gave uncomfortable, non-trustworthy feeling to me. They also all attempted to"diagnose" the problem over the telephone. Bradshaw said they would appear and help troubleshoot in person rather than rattling off numbers and prognosis's over the telephone.

Great experience, affordable pricing, and speedy service. I really like that this is a family owned company. The Office Manager, carole, is indeed beneficial and it had been something required fairly immediately even though we had wasn't a job. And we appreciated especially just prior to the holiday to the service season. Call them and find out for yourself!

Can not put zero celebrity but it is zero. Horrible service, I called them a lady picked up the telephone just saying"yeah?" I thought I dialed a wrong number... They said they will call me after that day or another day to send someone to my home but nobody called me back... Therefore their support is null. I'll make sure all my neighbors not to call them cause they don't need any business enterprise.

Called Bradshaw plumbing the afternoon of and they gave me a 2 hour window. Called to follow along with let us know when they'd be here. Joe showed up, diagnosed the problem with my bathroom, fixed it on the area for quite a reasonable price. Really one of the reasons, nice guy patronizing companies that are independent is a joy.

I had a project that I wanted assistance with, replacing bathroom and kitchen pipes. I'd been quoted by another pipes service a cost and decided to provide Bradshaw Plumbing a telephone based off testimonials. I am glad I did! He was very nice, professional, and quick. The pricing was better then the quote I was given. I have several other small project I want assistance with. And I will only use Bradshaw plumbing moving.

I can only say they deserve more than 5 stars. The prices were fair but the support was exceptional. Everything was managed in friendly mannerthey were very prompt to return messages for actual installation and estimate on time and they took care of the job without a single issue. They are now my go to for any plumbing problem and would recommend them.

Bradshaw came out on short notice to have a look at a leak we had mounting up our own water bill. They suggested they were outfitted to perform leak detection it took a 3rd party. Joe came out and repaired the damage, once the flow had been discovered. Everyone at Bradshaw is topnotch. Carole is great on the telephone, Joe knows his craft, and Bill responded to my inquiry on Yelp. Carole & Bill went out of their way to help keep us, while we had a small debate over the bill. My only issue with Bradshaw is that while they claim to do flow detection, your underground leak won't be found by them in a different provider without calling or digging. I will consider Bradshaw, When I have a plumbing problem in the long run.

I am the owner and landlord of a property in Coral Springs, Florida. This can be very stressful once the home needs upkeep since I can't be there in person. I have peace of mind knowing I will call Bradshaw Plumbing when pipes issues arise. When pipes work was required understanding it would be expensive, I have cringed and I might not be treated with courtesy. William was professional and friendly and had no problem in person over the phone and my renter. He delivered me a fair invoice via email, and arrived on time, was considerate, took care of the plumbing issue after walking me through the job over the phone. Would certainly recommend and use again!

I hired Bradshaw Plumbing to replace an aging water heater, relying upon Yelp reviews. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and high quality of their job. He had been patient and returned to find the license without complaint, although william Bradshaw needed to spend hours to acquire a license, which was denied by town without a fault for Bradshaw. The plumber who set up the hot water heater has been exceptional. He explained what he cleaned up when done and was doing. Additionally, I had him fix a leak under a sink, which he did quickly and neatly. The jobs have been extremely well done and the quality of the water heater has been ten times better than what you get at the big box stores. Throughout, Carol in the office has been extremely helpful. Bradshaw is the best and I recommend them.

WellI simply called them for a water heater that was tripping the circuit breaker. Soooo helpful and nice, talked we understood it was likely the circuit breaker and me thru it over the phone. Easy fix! If it does not, I will be calling them to come correct although I hope it works! Excellent customer support on the phone!
