Very excellent workmanship and they were professional and offered me answers to my problems without even charging the moon!
Garbage disposal as motor failed. Mike was professional and efficient.
They billed me tell me that there is nothing they can do to the toilet when its not backed up at the moment and to emerge. They could have told me that on the phone when I called in the issue. Beware!! The plumber that came out attempted to sell me a new bowl I said I would he turned me down and if he didnt charge me the service call. So instead of selling me an bowl they rather choose the $90 for coming outside to tell me there is. Awful company!!
I've been using Terrano Plumbing for ages. Ross and his team's customer service and professionalism has been exceptional! Simple scheduling to deal with any plumbing work issue, from minor repairs to remodels. Will continue to recommend.
I'd 3 bathrooms replaced, I believed it would be a significant hassle, but it was a very easy experience due to Ross along with the excellent crew. They wore booties over their shoes, were respectful and careful of the property. Did a great job, quiet and tidy and courteous.

Terrano pipes is a great support. Ross, the owner, is very responsive. He solves problems and is useful. He can help you restore your plumbing problems and is accessible daily. I enjoyed working with him.
Ross replaced a water heater and mended a toilet for me, fully replacing a tub and bathroom. He paired tiles to lessen replacements' coating. And when I needed a shower curtain wrapped, Rose arrived and hung the drapes at no cost.
