Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Explained problem to person on phone was told appointment could be within two hours. Received follow up call to let me know technician was about the way and he arrived"Anthony" in only under the two hour window. He immediately assessed the issue indicating he needed to pop both toilets because they had been on a Y and if he entered the snake that was very strong could enter the intersection and slam in the other. He provided a quote that was"MUCH HIGHER" than other plumbers estimate but he could not do the work so taking into consideration he stated if I can not fix it no charge and you receive a 30 day warranty off to work Anthony went.
He was able to snake the line beyond the home's walls well down some 75 Feet indicating the congestion was nicely downstream condominium living's pitfalls. He cleared the drain recoiled his snake sent it down again to insure it was apparent. Then he replaced both wax seals around the toilets, replaced and caulked both toilets then used a commercial soap to wash around both baths where he worked . In short the project has been nothing short of magnificent. Service from, and specialist begin to finish from contact to conclusion I could not not have been more happy. 2 weeks later and we are flowing . Sometimes you get what you pay for.
Sometimes you simply have to phone the company that specializes in a particular problem to get it done properly. Dwelling in a completely renovated condominium for 6 months without difficulty, fittings and new pipes everywhere so install isn't a problem. Taking a shower and water is bubbling from the toilets followed by ups in both showers the drain line is backed up. Have a plumber come over with a snake which keeps backing up, not getting anywhere etc in reality the issue was more severe or he was incompetent than we believed. Called and had enough Roto Rooter.

I had a little back up in my shower. Next thing I know they wish to dig up my whole driveway and charge me $15,000 to replace my entire sewer line for just a origin interference. Sounds sketchy. Won't call them again.

Had a large wreck today at the bathroom... bathroom seal spilled water was backed up by bathroom to bathtub was having a lousy day till Yony Horsford Mota revealed. He had been humorous very kind and super educated he did a fantastic job was really clean and I would recommend his services. Thank you Yony the day you saved!

Called at 930am and advised appt to get hot water heater installed. I kept being told in two more hours and called a few times asking standing. I get a call saying that they do not have an experienced enough technician to come out. Their experienced technician that was only available has been stuck on a call daily. That they sent out a technician after whining about wasting our day. He shows up and proceeds to inform us that he does not have the equipment. Don't use. Do not recommend. They lie to you all day and waste your time. They knew at 930'm for installing a new hot water heater what kind of technician they needed. So 12 hours later they send some one who isn't capable.

Nice tech and I assume there is a industrial firm faster, if your in desire need of a plumber. My part was 20 and the labor was $360 for not even an hour. A good point is that they are guarantee for their job

Called to find a quote they have me a huge window gap. Didnt leave a car or anything.... Still haven't seen or heard anything. They had another person come supporting him insisting that we get insurance and tear my entire house up and letting us know we had water all over the area. It was only 850 and I obtained another quotation from a competitor and he was not pushy and informative . Roto-rooter came of to be a pushy salesperson rather than caring. Extremely upsetting and stressful on our character.

Had another issue with a blockage and known as roto-rooter. They shipped Brian (#3344) out. He used his camera within half an hour fixed it entirely and to diagnose the issue. He then checked the pipes all using the camera to be certain no additional blockages.
Not only did he get the job done, he was punctual and well mannered.

Leeroy (Tech number 0460) has come out two for different issues with our pipes (very old pipes tend to think of all sorts of new and fun problems) and he has been amazing both times. Hedescribes the issue's on time, fixes it quickly and cleans up afterward. I know I could rely on him to get the work done! Icontinue to use Roto-Rooter and would recommend them to anyone that needs a plumbing issue addressed quickly.

Roto Rooter did an excellent job. I had wastewater backing up with no water in the home in my shower and tub. Not to mention it was 8:30pm in the evening and I had a house filled with guests to make the situation even worse. Roto Rooter's Demarcy L. with demonstrated up with the equipment required to solve my issue. Demarcy was so patient and helpful. I was impressed with his pipes knowledge. He explained what he was going to do, why, and kept me informed throughout the job. He worked until almost midnight to unclog my pipes - no easy task since my old home (1950's) does not have a clean outside. Demarcy was. Everything cleaned up so that it looked like nothing ever happened after he discovered that the clog. He had been a lifesaver. This is a great experience due to Demarcy as unpleasant as my situation was. 1 employee makes All of the difference

The service I have received from a plumber. He didn't know how to light the pilot light and afterwards I showed him told me that he wouldn't even know how to purchase parts for my water heater.

So, the door opens, he mumbles a quick hi and asks me what I need. I state my water heater is continually tripping my breaker. He states what breaker. A bit confused with the question, just walks over to it. After no longer than 60 minutes of looking at the breaker box and the water heater he says okay you can apply that in the event that you do a fix and it is $197 for cleaning. Already being generally frustrated with the situation, I mutter to him more than to myself, wow by the time. So that it would be troublesome to have to place any amount of money to it Remember, the unit is less than a month old. Nevertheless, it was just more of an remark to myself than anything. Well this must have offended him a"professional", since he looks at me and says"I DON'T MEAN TO BE RUDE, but what would you expect? 50 bucks for me to DRIVE out here and fix your water heater?" No sir, I did not think that but thanks for pointing it out at the most impolite way possible. But I let that one go, and before I made some decisions just tried to think. So him being a"professional" and I personally tried asking him just a few general questions, about maybe if something that I know had happened recently could cause the difficulties I was having. Just really fundamental things, would have taken no longer than a minute to answer. But I guess his"expertise" was too valuable to be wasting on me since he looked up at me again and said"Look, I'M NOT TRYING TO BE RUDE, however I'm not gont sit here and discuss what may or may not be incorrect with it here for free. We are PROFESSIONALS. If you want our opinion, it is $197." It was. Do not call us, we'll call you. They should really consider implementing a straightforward personality evaluation into their process. Nothing particular, just enough to ascertain if he's fit to socialize with his own species. This one clearly isn't.
Ever met a person that managed to get your blood flow in 5 minutes of meeting with them? Now, I met one, and it was my Roto Rooter technician. Fortunately for him, I did not catch his name. I would enjoy very much putting him blast here, When I had. But anyhow, here is my story *cue law & order bells*.

I purchased a voucher with Roto-rooter for plumbing work. The plumber who showed up to my home refused to honor it. I looked to work on my garbage disposal. He quoted me an incredibly high cost but because we needed the work completed ASAP we finally agreed to move. He then grabbed one tool, one piece that was twisted and the disposal functioned. He didn't honor my voucher charged me almost 200 $ for 5 minutes of work and tried to offer me.

Dennis attended our home this morning and mended our clogged sink! I had been anxious to be able to make breakfast so I was thrilled that the firm answered our telephone came within one hour of the call and call early in the morning. He was incredibly professional, friendly and clean. I adore their 6 month warranty as well. Roto-Rooter Plumbing is definitely recommended by me.

, I had a plumbing issue, so called them. Demetrius showed up bright and early the morning after. He cleaned of the pipes out and fixed my plumbing dilemma. He was very courteous and considerate. I recommend him for anybody desiring support.

I would rather spend my money any place besides"down the drain" but if I must call a plumbing firm it will remain Roto-Rooter! I've used them previously and will last. Unfortunately, I could not fix it myself and had a shower fixture split. Managed to telephone Roto-Rooter and get service. I spent over an hour trying to resolve the problem . After I called that they promised, they arrived 5 hours. The plumber was able to repair the issue within two hours and had a fantastic attitude and that included him going to the shop. The price was fair and they didn't charge any extra. This company is highly recommended by me!

I only gave 4 because of the follow up lead water recovery guy who came another day.this guy gets 0 stars. Doesn't explain advice or no business cards to leave with me. He advised that the only way to repair my small patch of water damage was supposed to remove the cupboard and replace. Outrageous. I have learned there are several different ways to fix and/or cure this.
Fantastic job by"Jimmy"/Demetrios in cleaning my drain out only to locate a dead rat!! On time and Jimmy is quite knowledgable and also entertaining. Jimmy gets 5 stars

Enjoy Oscar here to unplug a drain in our kitchen, we called first thing in the morning and that he was afterwards. Fixed the problem and gave us some information on how we could keep this from occurring. We always utilize Roto-Rooter in the pompano place and live in Oakland park since they are great to manage.

So this guy Dennis from Roto-Rooter comes in... checks out my difficulty along with under 15 minutes we are back in business. Exceptional work. VERY and confident Professional. I Live in Port St Lucie and every half hour I'd get a call from Roto-Rooter dispatch telling me how far away and how many minutes it would be before they'd get here. I could not ask for better support. Without exception... from now on... I'm calling You. On a side note I emailed them and had called 2 areas and that I have not heard back from them. Roto-Rooter 100%.
