We've had two experiences with Hancock Plumbing. In the first instance it took several phone calls - to the point where I felt like a stalker - to get a return phone call. Last weekend, we had a leak on Saturday afternoon and needed to turn the water off . We called Hancock again because they advertised that they had 24 hour services. A return call in the morning Monday to be told that he had already been on a fishing ship, and no return call on Saturday, no return call on Sunday and was getting around to returning phone calls. Why advertise that you have 24 hour support if you are not going to answer the phone calls? They're your plumber, if you are patient but you better not need them.
Will recommend them.
