The men were clean, friendly and cleaned up any mess that was very small. Time savers!
They charge hourly per man including drive time but was substantially cheaper than those companies that use rate books and charge"by the job". I understand. I'd quotes of them from two
Used them to put in 2 of those one piece flush eco friendly bathrooms in high rise condo. And take the older. Also a kitchen faucet. Very heavy commodes for a single man to do so I asked for 2 (positioning over screw holes and seal).

They are so cluttered that it took months to get even them on the phone and find out exactly what happened, and then they left so many excuses that I still don't know how they justify themselves. They seem to have tried to charge $100 just to provide the quote, which required ten minutes, (and then didn't include this amount in the quote!) , like you can't believe and they also rounded up in their time.
Just keep in mind, don't trust their estimates. They feel free. I think it's unethical and, frankly, thievery.
I think their problems are a mixture of incompetence (I heard they recently changed ownership and they acknowledge they've had various technical problems for months) and real dishonesty, which is the actual crime, by significantly rounding up their hours, including hidden fees, and then refusing to accept responsibility.
It is difficult to believe there being could operate a company this cluttered. I spoke to 4-5 people over the past months who constantly promised to do something and then never called again. They often don't answer their phones during business hours (or else hang up on you when you're on hold). They actually stood me up the original day of this job; they just forgot and didn't show. I had to wait a week. Apart from that, the plumber has been really unprofessional. He left a massive mess, and he spent half the work not functioning but complaining about everyone who had screwed him over in his life.
They came out and gave a quote, did the job, and then proceeded to send a invoice for 2.5 days the agreed sum, although the job took less than a hour and there were not any problems.

I have had to use Case Plumbing a three times but each timethey just take care of the issue. They even came out and tried to fix a problem that turned out to be a subcontractor of the fault of Tampa City. They can be emailed by me on a weekend to get service Monday morning the proprietor Mark requires to set up an appointment. I've been blessed, Miquel has been the one. He always go the excess mile, cleans up after himself and is respectful, educated. My husband and I love this provider. Rates are average and reasonable.

On 10/18/17 they sent a young plumber to clean both drains my house has beneath the kitchen sink (one for each side}. One that he cleared, the other. He left as he didn't lay down any plastic. On 1/02/18 the one that he removed plugged again this time I called Alvarez Plumbing; the well-experienced plumber managed to clean the two drains, plus he. I really wish I'd have predicted Alvarez the time.
