I had a repipe of my property. After reading reviews online I contacted 4 pipes companies for estimates. 2 companies came to my home and two did an estimate by telephone. Curtis Plumbing was the only firm where I met Curtis, with the proprietor, face to face. The estimate also was for what he provides compared to the other companies more reasonable. I am quite grateful that I chose this corporation. Before this repipe's start date, I sent him a few questions through text. He invited me to continue to ask and always replied promptly. Throughout the repipe, he and David were at my home doing the work themselves. They explained everything they do and left no messes behind. They also set up a new water heater and water softener, plus the new shower heads and kitchen faucet I'd bought. There were not any costs and everything went together without any difficulties. Both men were friendly and professional. This was a pleasant experience.
Curtis plumbing definitely went above and beyond our expectations. Trusting to repipe our house and we went through plumbers to get someone knowledgeable and they did an wonderful job. It took three days for them to complete the job because it was an older home, but Curtis was here everyday working along side another worker and was good in communicating with me about some complications that they conducted into which was just one. Above all they repaired of the drywall where they needed to cut holes that he watched and offered to repair, which plumbers were trying to charge extra or did not fix them. He was quite honest about it all and I will certainly be using his company!
I was immediately impressed with Curtis. I'd family coming within a couple days, and he was determined to work on my schedule to be sure I had an shower in time for my guests. He promised me would be achieved having an agreed, final cost and without my approval. Upon entrance, the first thing Curtis did was put on shoe covers to protect against transferring dirt and bacteria from his shoes on to my carpet and flooring. I had never noticed another service company do this! We don't wear shoes in the home due to motives and importance, so you can imagine how happy I was. With him being in my house, I was comfortable; he did a fantastic job and is extremely friendly, knowledgeable. He also did some tweaking at no extra charge to taps around the home and left plumbing recommendations. I certainly recommend Curtis for any pipes issues and we will be using him again!

I have experienced the best pipes man. Curtis was professional and very honest and easy to use. Had difficulties in my home with taps and sinks and took care issues.
